oh. Well, in the series, I guess players could buy/sell credits for yen. The wiki says the conversion rate was 1 yen = 100 credits.

So I see on the journal starter that a player begins with $350. And that when you kill monsters it earns you x amount of money. And then I go into the market section and see credits as the currency for GGO. Are they both used or something? Idk
