Beating regularly as the heart of "What is the point of living...?" exists The Creation of Meaning: that's something which you, I, and everyone we know, are uniquely well-equipped so to do – since evolution, both cosmic and biological, has encapsulated within each of us with the most sophisticatedly complex arrangement of matter in our known universe, namely a human brain. It's a meaning-seeking, meaning-making, consciousness-generating, storytelling wonder of an organ, and just to be a dweller within such a potentially joyful means of experiencing 'Life, the Universe, and Everything', is (IMHO) an innate, birthright source of happiness.

Our self-awareness of our own mortality poses no necessary or sufficient restriction on our seeking out and co-creating meaning for our lives – it only sets a finite temporal boundary to our world line. From being the best and most authentic [insert_your_name_here]this world has ever seen, to being a participant in our cosmos becoming self-aware of its own functioning/history/destiny, plus any and every meaning your consciousness chooses to adopt or create, the points of living are as diverse a multitude as you can assimilate over your lifespan.

Between your conception and your expiration, our universe has a YOU in it – and you have the freedom to choose how to invest your being in the world with a rich ecology of interrelated meanings. So do please feel free to
revel in and celebrate your time alive, making the best use you can, at each period of your life, of that sophisticatedly complex human consciousness; and I'll promise you that I shall do the same.
