@Aster  - I discussed the matter with some of the other staff and PSTs and we came to the conclusion that if a player is stunned another person can use a Potion on them, since they are stunned. :)

I was the one who accidentally posted staff matters on regular chat, I mis-clicked the icon and didn't realise. Xion and I had a short conversation about the matter, before Azrael pointed out we were in the wrong chat, we removed our messages and took the conversation to the appropriate chat. Sorry guys, I should've been more careful. I don't know if Xion accidentally posted something after/before that, from what I've read I think not...

It doesn't have to be a plot per se, but people seeking justice should be able to do something... And just 'attacking' to know avail won't be enough... But I understand its a grey area.  
I think AoE only for mobs is a good plan. Increasing HP seems like a good plan too. Some bonuses on evasion would be nice, so that one hitting becomes more difficult (also evasion is much weaker compared to mit early game) 

I think I see what Raun means, what we're lacking is stringent IC consequences. Since IC we couldn't make an example of Opal, Oink or Teayre, despite the three being well known faces and crucial to the plot of SAO-RPG and having murdered well known faces too, there seems to be a general dismissal of what happened, plot wise.

Such murders, since they've unfortunately happened already and they happened because of loopholes in our system, should be used to create some site wide story arc. It could be used as an interesting turning point for the site, to have more justice oriented characters be able to do something about what happened and the current PK rules would prevent that. It'd be good to find a way to circumvent them for causes like these and other past offences.

Personally, I don't believe Oikawa or Opal would come after me, I'm scared this has given an opening to all the others on the site to try and PK. Its just something that might make the community more scary to RP in, I think I've raised these concerns with Oikawa and Ariel personally, but I'm just putting it out there one more time. That being said, I suppose the past is in the past... And... That's that. 

The dislike is not so much for the PKing itself, but for the way and the seeming reasons it was done. I hope the player reps and the player supports are working on ways to make sure something like this doesn't happen again. :) 

Element of surprise is supposed to be an IC thing right? So, I'm sorry I still don't get what you mean, I usually RP my character's thoughts... So if this was an all along plan, wouldn't Opal, the character, have shown certain tendencies towards this... proclivity for bloodshed? At least in her thoughts, or occasionally expressions... something? Right now this radical plot shift and character change, seems to be something that'd benefit the one who is playing it. Just trying to understand, my RPing is a little too conventional I guess, learning the ropes... ;) 

I thought the whole point of RPing was you 'think' evil and talk 'nice' when you're attempting a ruse? I don't see how Opal's IC feelings were all suddenly a lie... From the little I've read she seemed like a nice character to me. I don't know how she suddenly took the role that she did and I also don't know if its 'right' to threaten the others with 'hunts' 

In any case, I hope you know what you're doing and that you'll have fun playing the puppet master. :) 

Opal, I don't think that's fair. Laughing Coffin is a canon and if people wish to be a part of it, you should be encouraging them and trying to make a fully functional guild out of it. They thought of using that guild name to propel their character just like you did and I don't think its fair to kill 'em off or 'persuade' them to change their characters. Villains are anyways tough to play, if you're taking that route work together with the others who've also embarked on it. Just because someone writes differently, does not necessarily mean they're deliberately making a mockery of something.
