  1. Hidden started her craft as soon as she was ready for business. She took her first item out and started the appraising the item. It was a piece of leather armor. She smiled at it and tapped it. A few options popped up and she smiled. She clicked the appraisal button and it loaded for a second. The room around her was dark and quiet, just as she liked it. A notification popped up in front of her face, notifying her that nothing had been found, but it still was a possibility. She still had one more craft for the day. She could try.... She clicked the same buttons again, and this time she got some results. It appeared that the item she held in her hands had a recovery enhancement embedded in it. There could still possibly be more, but she would not be able to find anything out until tomorrow. She could feel the weariness over her body just from those few clicks.

  2. <<Shadowed Wares>>

    On Floor One, lies a completely back building. There are no windows visible, only a black door, easily visible from the white lettered words that lay above it. Shadowed Wares. As you walk in and the door shuts behind you, you find that all around is almost completely dark. The shop is only to be lit by a few candles. You should be able to see a few racks to the left of you with items that the merchant has found hidden enhancements lie on. To the right holds a few basic items, also available for purchase. Directly in front of the customer is a counter. The only light reaching this area of the shop is from a overhead blacklight, still making it yet hard to see. Standing behind the counter is a small cloaked figure. The voice is feminine and it only speaks a few words at first. "Welcome, what could I do for you?" You see behind the figure lies more items. And another door.

    The rarity of the item determines how many potential enhancements can be identified, just as regular item rarity functions:

    • Uncommon: 1 slot
    • Rare: 2 slots
    • Perfect: 3 slots

    In the event that an identified enhancement would result in an illegal item (following normal enhancement rules), the Merchant should re-roll the LD and make note of all rolls when submitting the item for evaluation.

When identifying a Perfect Potion, roll a 19 LD and apply +3 Damage. When identifying a Perfect Food, roll a 15 LD and apply +1 ACC (2 slots). Then roll again for a 4 LD and apply +1 Prosperity.)

  3. Hidden watched quietly as Sey left, putting his hands in his pockets, with one last goodbye. He probably had his own business to get back to. She knew that she would see him soon. She smiled at that thought and began to place things in a proper position. By tomorrow, she would start her journey for being one of the best merchants out there. A faint smile met her lips as he began to design the place slowly. It would not be the easiest, as she had to design the place from the top of her head, but she knew she could do it. She found an entire assortment of candles. Perhaps she could do something with those. For starters, she had a whole bunch of materials, shelves, cabinets and other items that she could work with. All that was left now, was to just get it put up. She would keep it quite dark, meaning there would only be a few candles lighting the area. She also appeared to have a black light. What was up with these people? Did they just guess off the name she had picked?

  4. Hidden was rather pleased to see that he had not minded when she ditched his idea. He also appeared to like her idea of Shadowed Wares. She would turn to him as he yelled, seeming rather excited. The items for her shop had arrived and she smiled. She took the cold silver key in her hand. Moving to the front door of the shop. She put the key in the lock and twisted her hand, hearing a satisfying lock on the other side. She was in. The place looked like Sey's but it was unfurnished. There would be no need really for furniture in this shop as it was a merchant. Customers would stand the entire time, get what they need and get out. She smiled to Sey. "Thank you once again for your help. I will see you soon and we both can do some material gathering. Perhaps by then I will have Gatherer and we can find an equal amount of materials." Se smiled as she entered, knowing that she needed to get started on working on the place.

  5. Hidden kept up her search. She had just found one, making her count total one so far. She smiled as she kept moving forward. Today had been rather successful and she had done it completely by herself. No help from outside sources, but just herself. She searched around, finding another gleaming area on the ground. She smiled and crouched down. Sure enough, another material lie in the ground. She retrieved the item examining it in her hands. It would be good for her to use for items or even for her merchant. She needed six more items, and most would require an artisan or tailor. Too bad she could not get either one at the moment. There happened to be very little of that profession. Neverless, she would get those items eventually. She moved forward. She might jsut head over to that lady in the grove now. It was getting a little bit boring.

  6. Hidden stopped and thought for a second. Unless she wore her armor, she would definently be in trouble for sure. A few hits, and she was definitely a goner. She could not use her armor though, until it stopped causing her to smash right into the ground. She sighed and just decided to search for some more materials. It was good for her to gather materials, especially with her about to go and get the Merchant profession. She would hopefully find her a unique item, if she found one she did not want, she would ask Sey if he wanted it. Then, if not, it would go to his guild. She wanted to help Sey out as much as possible as he did so much for her. Anyway, his guilds purpose was to help players like her, what if she joined that cause too? She would not join join, but help in some little way. The first people she would get to was the Paladin's. They were on the frontlines, and they needed something as well to help them out.

  7. He turned looking at her. After a moment of what seemed to be deciding he handed her the parcel. "When you can, I want you to hand this to a woman named Hannah. She is currently in a grove of trees on the north side of town. She requires this item to further her making of rings as she is an artisan." Hidden nodded. This was just a whole slew of story quests wasn't it. She took the parcel and then the man gave a reassuring smile and helped her through the door She wiped her forehead. She now had another quest up her sleeve, and another one that needed done. 'Great, Now I will not have time to swing by Sey's. I'll just go hunt a bit, then bring it straight to Hannah. She will have it by the end of the day and I can be done.' She smiled at her plan. Off back to the fields then. This time she would hunt the stronger ones so she could possibly get some col from it. Her energy was now refilled so she could start fighting immediately.

  8. She rearrived back at the blacksmith floor and the burly man seemed happy as she entered the building. He smiled and spoke in his deep, booming voice. "Welcome Back! I hope you have brought the boar tusks as I have asked?" The woman nodded and held out the bag of tusks from her inventory. He smiled and took them ungreedily."Now I can get back to making you that thank you for bringing me my parcel!" He laughed and took the tusks into his working area. He hammered away at the item, though things were in her way to be able to see. He made a few back glimpses at her, and eventually laughed. "Finished!" He seemed rather excited and he held out a pure black armor, with metal attacked to the tusks he had given her. She took it from his hands and was immediately pressurized by its weight. "I am sorry, but I can only make Heavy Armor! So just think of it as a way to uh... Build character!" The man laughed and grabbed a parcel from off his table.

  9. The boar sailed passed her missing her. It was good that she took pointers from Hikoru. The pup turned and stamped its hoof. With a quick snort, the pig charged forward. Smiling, Hidden stood with her weapon at the ready. Counting the seconds she spun as the boar got danger close. As he spun, she thrust her dagger in the side of the boar and it drug along its side and cut it open. With a satisfying shatter, the boar pup was dead. She smiled devilishly and sheathed her weapon. She had done great. She also knew Hikoru would have been proud. They had not done much yet, but he was like her fighting mentor. She looked at her notification and found that she had completed her quest as she had found the last boar pup. Now, all she had to do was bring it back to the blacksmith. She really did not need a weapon, or the kind of armor he could supply her, but he knew the man's intentions were at best.

  10. Hidden stood quietly in the plains, searching for another boar pup. There seemed to be an abundance of them around here. She smiled and began to move forward, another one catching her eye. She smiled and readied her dagger yet once again. Her blade was held in a reverse grip and she dashed forward, heading straight at the boar. it was her's for sure. The boar turned at that second and seen her. It moved out of the way and the cloaked figure sailed right passed it. The pup charged her, homing in on her body. Her mind flashed to the time Hikoru fought and he dodged the treants. With Speed and agility. She kicked off the ground and somersaulted backwards landing on her feet, giving her a bit more reaction time. She dove to the side rolling and ended up crouched on the ground, dagger forward and unharmed.

  11. Hidden smiled and moved back to Sey and looked at the new building. He was suggesting names. The first to come out was Violet Codex. She could have sword Codex was a book of information. It would be for like if she was a broker. She shrugged. It was fine. "If we are moving to more describe myself, it should be something with Shadows." She looked over at his face and said, "Violet Codex sounds cool, but I'm think that would be more for a scout broker. Blighted Shadow? Nah. I was trying to get what I did in there as well, but I don't think that sounds any good." She really did not want to hurt his feelings over his original idea, but she also was quite sure that he could handle it. She laughed and made a motion with her hand, asking if they should possibly go inside the building. She was a bit excited, and she knew she would love it, no matter what it was called. Another... eh thought came to her mind. "Shadowed Wares?"

  12. Hidden looked at Domarus. He was being silent as well. Probably for the best. She hated to break it to him, but it was time for her to go now. She turned, a short smile being seen through the hood of her cloak. "Good work today, Domarus"  She opened her menu and sent the man the material she had found. He had wanted the materials in the first place. "It was certainly a better use of my day than just standing around." She gave a small gggle and then finished by saying, "I am going to go ahead and eave now. Keep searching if you want. I will see you soon though, do not think this is the last time that we will see eachother. " Her hand moved to her shoulder to pat the familiar on its head. She smiled and the familiar flew back over to Domarus. Turning away, Hidden waved to Keres and left without looking back. As she got out of sight she moved faster. That was enough for one day and she just wanted to rest. She needed to recreate her attitude. Domarus had brought out... not the best in her. Instead h revealed a part of her she wanted to stay... well...

    Hidden has left thread... Get it Dom

  13. As they paused forward, the two casually spoke about her shop. She laughed and a smile played on her lips as her told her to remind him to never fight. As they got a little more upon topic she glanced around. He got to the point of personalizing and other things, even though she had asked him for names. "Well... Like everything else about me, we could have it shadowed theme. Even be lit with blacklights. I don't know if that would be the most friendly way to attract customers." He spoke of his client like he was an agent, working for a huge company. As much as this guys was doing, he might as well be. He then instructed her how to get the building to appear. She walked forward slowly to the little panel thing that laid in front of the plot of land. She tapped it and immediately a few questions popped up. she smiled and pressed the blue cicles one by one. After all was done, in a blue flash a building popped up right tin front of them. It was designed to be more merchant like though. In her hand laid a silver key, and she looked toward Sey with a mischevious smile

  14. She continued her search remaining silent. Domarus was a nice guy, but she really felt the need to be alone. He was here though so she would just have to be content with being alone in her thoughts. she remembered school. She had zero friends. She had around two before sh shut them out as well. She liked to shut things out. It made them so much easier. She couldn't do it in this world, but in the real world. Certainly. She calmed a bit and sighed. What was she doing here? Why she so low, that she was stuck on the first floor. The familiar on her shoulder shifted, but this time she was ready. It was an easy adjustment. Question was, what was this familiar doing? It was just sitting there, resting upon her shoulder. It also watched her carefully as if it were analyzing her actions. She smiled as she drew closer. Keres had been remaining silent as she picked up materials one by one as if she was a professional at ehr job. She had no idea how this woman was so good, but she knew that she would be better than her one day.

    @Domarus

  15. Hidden walked beside Sey as he spoke and contacted a few people. He explained the means of damage in his build, very important. She wondered if he had high mitigation and healing skills as well. "Well, for my build I need as much damage as I can get, so Damage over Time weapons would be great." She smiled as they arrived. It appeared she would be placed in a very decent place. She turned as he spoke of her offer. "I never said I was in debt to you... its just... I do whatever I want" She looked away from him to hide the redness in her face. "So lets talk names. You have any ideas? I am pretty sure you always have something going on in that little head of yours." I am surprised you hadn't mentioned anything already" she herself had an idea or two, but she knew that Sey always came up with good ideas. She also wanted him to get a chance in it. It was he who decided she should be a merchant anyway.

  16. OOC Ny character never moved So I am going to assume you are seeing the "Figure" that I seen to be a filler

    Hidden watched the man fight well. With the dagger, you had to act fast and move even faster. This man was a perfect example for that. He made backflips and spins and it was cool to just watch. He turned quickly and seemed to wanted to know where she was going. He lifted her hand into the air. "I have not moved. Im right here." She sighed. She was getting a bit bored though. Perhaps getting carried was not the most fun way to get SP. She was half tempted to get in the fight herself, but something told her she would die almost instantly if she was touched. She sheathed her weapon. What had she even been thinking trying to go hunt something. Everything on this floor was much too powerful for she, especially with this ma attracting the higher leveled monsters. He must have smelled different for things to go after him. He was just detected as more of a threat. Hikoru, as seen in battles, was not somebody to mess around with. He was lightning quick.

    @Hikoru

  17. Hidden followed Sey further down the street. "I thought it was not that far?" she asked solemnly. It turned out Hikoru and Sey were together in the guild. From what she could recall, there was nothing said about Hikoru's guild She might join, but she did not like the idea of a guild. It did not suit her one bit. She thought for a second after he replied he knew nobody. "Burn should actually also be damage over time. I might want that as well. There are a few more out there, but I have no use for them." It appeared that after this, they might just need to go ahead and set a date for material hunting. She would not have Gatherer by then, but she definitely could be of some use. She smiled at Sey. She would be more than happy to help him get a unique. He had done so much for her, it should be easy to do something just as good for him. "When I become a Merchant, if there is anything I can do for your guild I could strike a guild. Fill your members with Uniques or something like that.

  18. Hidden sighed as she moved forward. it was getting a bit lonely being out here all alone. She would rather be with someone like Sey. If she got done with this quest fast enough, perhaps she could go see him. Or she could hunt some mobs that might give her a good amount of Col. She needed some to be able to go see an artisan. The artisan was a scout so she could easily find a good amount materials so you could not pay her in materials. Only in Col. She was VERY close to being able to purchase stuff, but right now was not that time. She spotted another Boar pup and smiled. She raised her weapon and dashed forward slashing. The boar pup shattered faster this time, and also gave her a tusk. She smiled, knowing that she was almost done with the quest, meaning that she would have extra time do some hunting or other things.

  19. Sey apparently knew the people he spoke of. She jumped at the noise he made after she mentioned Hikoru. Apparently he had also scared the crap out of Sey as well. "He scared the crap out of me as well. I pulled a dagger on him. Fun times. He really was kind though, and I feel his heart was in the right place." She really thought Hikoru was nice, just he had a... different personality than she would have expected. He knew Domarus too, but apparently was not too fond of Keres. "Keres? She seemed nice. I mean, usually in the stories its the servant that turns out to be that bad guy, but nothing really seemed wrong with her." Hidden laughed and looked around as they walked. He seemed surprised that she would just give him a Unique Enhancement weapon, but she meant every word. "You are one of the kindest people I have ever met. You deserve the best. Not some equipment that is ok." She laughed and smiled at his offer for free food. "Yeah, If I become a merchant, I will have very inexpensive stuff. I need to be making a bit of money, but friends of mine, and friends of friends can get unique enhancements if I don't need them. I myself would probably want some like Blight or envenom. That way I can deal maximum damage. know anyone who would want Holy or Burn Damage?"

  20. Her heath and Energy had returned to max, satisfying her for another battle. These boar pups were quite easy, but she wanted to ensure that she was in tip top shape for all of her battles. She searched around for the smaller boars. After a few minutes passed, she found one. She smiled and whipper out her dagger, her hand feeling much colder as she held onto it. The weapon was cold, but was no compare to the effect of a weapon with freeze enhancement on it. She zapped forward, holding her dagger in a reverse grip. Here it was. She brought the blade of her weapon straight into the shoulder blade of the pup. The pig squealed, and shattered, engulfing the girl with the blue shards. She smiled, but it quickly faded as she once again found no boar pup tusk. She had found one, but had not yet managed to get more than one tusk. Infuriating

  21. Hidden walked beaming to the man. He believed in her that she would catch up to him level wise and she smiled. It was kind of hard for her to do, but she knew she could get somewhere soon. He began to talk more about the task at hand next. Apparently the first thing they needed was a space for her shop. She thought. He apparently knew of a space, and she nodded. "Lets go check that place out. I've been in your shop, I know you have a pretty good judgment" They veered in a different direction and he spoke that he had been busy lately. He probably was working in his shop and training in his free time. He then asked her what she had been doing. "Well, I took some quests by myself, took a quest with a man named Hikoru and helped a guy named Domarus search for materials. So, just quite a bit of training. Nothing really that special." She smiled and kept on walking forward. He wanted to be a frontliner. Something told her that he would be one of the more useful ones with his amazing build. "I finally got a rank into Search and Detect. After I get my dagger to rank two, I will be getting Gatherer so I can supply my own materials. Apparently, merchants can find cool enhancements in weapons. I might just find one for you one day." She laughed a bit before asking, "What would a preferred enhancement for you be?"

  22. Hidden listened closely to the man. His White hair glinted in the sunlight, but his smile appeared a bit brighter. "It really is nice to see you as well, Casper" Her face felt a bit hot, but she tried to ignore it as much as possible. She smiled as she looked over, a few players coming through the gates. She shifted her position, hiding her face. Sey assured her that a dagger could get her far in the beginning. "I know, but I just want to get as strong as possible. I have to catch up to you!" Se laughed and turned looking at the details of the quest she had enlisted it. As he asked her of the merchant profession she nodded. She had studied a bit, and Merchant was the only one that would suit her. "I would not mind you being my coach or whatever. I really don't know much about people, or businesses so as always, you are perfect." The last part just came out of nowhere, but she kept it calm to act like it was nothing. She began to walk backwards, starting to head toward the gates. "So, how have you been lately? I bet you have a whole bunch of things going on"

  23. Hidden waited silently as was rather glad to hear the notification of him replying. Reading it carefully she smiled. 'He'll be here in a few minutes. Great!' She smiled and opened her HUD looking at the items she had gathered on her own. With a few seconds of looking she heard a familiar voice. Her face beamed as she seen him, but she realized he could not see her face. She looked around the area, seeing no one was nearby. She removed her hood, revealing her face. Her eyes met the candy apple and she laughed. She removed one from his hands, stared deeply at it and replied, "I can't believe you brought more of these!" She laughed and took a bite. She chewed and swallowed. 'Alright, one thing at a time' She felt her hand move to her sheath inside her cloak and she brought out a dagger, black as night. The air around it was darker as black mist protruded from the weapon. "This is my weapon, Shadow's Bite. Some of the materials you helped me get went to get this. Haven't managed to get around to get the other items though."

    Hidden stepped forward into the town. She wore her cloak as usual, obscuring her features from those around her. It was time she figured, to see Sey again. She had grown stronger, and even though she hated to admit it... she needed his help again. She hated the fact that she relied on his help every so often. A thought crossed her mind. She really did not need his help anymore, she just... preferred having him around. She gave in and decided to send him a message.

    Hey Sey, I am sorry to bother you again, but I would like to request your help on Earning a Living. I have decided to become a merchant after close consideration of what you said. If you are searching for me, you can check the friend's list, or just return to the bench that we met at

    She pressed send and sighed, sliding on the cold bench seat. Hopefully he was not busy. She wanted to show him how much of a help that he had been. She still had yet to get anything other than her weapon, but the Artisan he recommended was closed, and so was the tailor. She was getting close to needing to go to someone else, but she was giving them some time.

    @Sey

  25. God you got long posts... Makes me feel bad XD...

    As quickly as she spoke, Domarus replied. She nodded at first, but it quickly became a shake. "I don't wish to be famous, or stand out where everyone knows who I am. I don't want to be thrown aside like before. I just don't want to be trash." A bit saddened she looked around. The world had not been the most forgiving to her, but there was nothing she could do about that. Just in this world, she would not let that happen. Those around her would know who she was, and her importance. Those who did not.... She would not think about that. She heard Domarus give her advice, advice that she heard many people tell her, to be the bigger person. Ignore the haters etc etc. The problem as, it jut did not work. It did well at first, but it begins to just slowly build up inside. Hidden spoke but no words came out. she looked at herself. She sounded broken, lost. She promised herself in this world she would not be that way. She was strong and silent. "Alright, Let us continue our work." She searched the ground and picked up a nice material
