Vigilon opened the door. He believed he was ready. He might not have fists this time, but he had a sword, and a darn good one, too. "Ok...let's do this...again." Red plains, had he once thought of such things before? When he looked around, it looked like he was in some kind of Fantasy setting, but out in the wilds...and the grass was red. Ok, so he had a new starting point, but he needed to get to the central area, or whatever Keep he was in the previous times he was in his mindscape. Everything was dark. Then everything began to show. Vigilon saw land appear in the void, around the stone he was on. He was definitely in the Mindscape, this change in land couldn't possibly be the waterfall's serene stone grounds. This natural labyrinth of flora proved difficult to traverse, as expected, so he kept his eye out for anything suspicious or dangerous as he continued on his way eastward, to who knows where. What even happened the other day? It was all a blur. He knew that he woke up in his bed, unsure of what just happened...aside from the fact that he felt sick to his stomach. This nauseous feeling that chilled him from inside hadn't receded, even when he tried to get along with the day by heading over to another floor, the one below his current home. Back in floor 6, he was pretty sure he was having some sort of nausea based hallucination, even though it clearly wasn't. Vigilon hadn't really gotten enough materials to do a mass craft in a long while. But ever since the event, he had six materials from a tier three floor, and it was time to change things up a little. He picked up Hephaestus's hammer, started up the forge, and went to work. He took an ingot from his stash, and it seemed like a mysterious metal he was kind of getting excited to use. Vigilon had hardly anything left to work with, but hey, it was better than nothing at all. He'd be able to get himself into material gathering shape one day. At least he was better than he used to be on the matter. He started up the forge and took some of his materials. He made an axe, he accidentally blew up an axe(into shards, obviously, and he took some time to fix the forge after it's flaming burst blew up the axe), he made an epic axe, and it even came with an inscription on it! Another day came, and that meant another day of crafting. While Vigilon didn't have much to work with, it was better than having nothing at all. He would start up his forge, and get to work. He would end up creating one shield, and wasting his last two tier two materials on some failures. He'd failed to salvage one, and his second attempt would be another trip and lose to the flames. Some of his items were being bought, that was a good thing...but now, he needed to get back to crafting. He started up his forge, and pulled out his materials. "It's been some time...well, time to get back to work." He pulled out one ore, and the result was one of the worst messes yet. He'd grown rusty in terms of how to watch himself around the forge, and he'd gotten himself a bit burned, and from this, his reaction caused him to accidentally destroy the item he was making. Vigilon had heard of a shop within the slums of the Town of Beginnings, and if he was going to be ready for all sorts of crap, he was gonna need some consumables. He would head over, and after a long time of wandering the area with caution, he would come across the shop he was looking for. Well now I'm hoping there's a surplus 'cause I'm running out of time. Also, there was this feast that got Identified and while it said the enhancement was damage, the name and description made me think mitigation. I currently think that mitigation was correct, but the exact knowledge of the enhancements are unknown. Care to help me figure this out? The feast's quality is rare, by the way.
