The guy seemed to be a bit shy as he chuckled uneasily confirming to me that he was thinking what I thought he was thinking. But at least he recovered quite fast with his words and seemed to accept that I was knowing what I did. Giving his name or gamer tag, I did not really know but Alkor was the name. He seems nice at least as far as I could see. But somehow I felt like he has seen a lot more than me in this world.

"Well Alkor, if it is almost like this, then I still want to see it. I never saw it so this is the first time seeing something like this, so I guess it's fine."  I said thinking how most of my life I was in Tokyo and did not really get out into the world staying around my house and work. Trying to see if I could get there it would be a dream but for now, I got something to work for, "For now I have something to fight for. Clearing this game and getting out of here," I said as a bit of fire came out into my eyes as I made my hand into a fist. 

I turned to Alkor and gave a friendly smile, "Question, do you have something you are going for. Like what are you fighting for, because you don't seem like someone who would sit by and do nothing like other useless people down at floor one," I said a bit harsh but still with a calm and soft voice, almost if I didn't mean to be harsh to the lower level players. Even if it did sound harsh I didn't seem like I was meaning it. while looking out again I placed my goggles back on my forehead, My bright blue eyes shined in the sun a bit and I looked out a bit enjoying the few at the moment.

still being quite tempting to jump in and fight with him was quite big, I never liked to see people get in trouble but I need to hold back otherwise the quest will fail and he is not getting this quest done at all. But upon hearing him say that I should not worry I noticed his thorns. It was clear that he didn't need much help at all but still, I wanted to. "Alright, Just make sure you don't get critted then, they will pass your thorns then." Saying this I looked over and made sure they did their best to not get hit while still planning on getting their thorns in the attack.

Looking at his fighting style it was clear he did not use any Sword arts yet and just went with basic attacks, it was good to keep your energy high but he did not do much damage at all. Still, the fact that the item drop was not 100% confirmed at all. I had to kill the Nepent variant twice, "yezz, Hopefully, he doesn't have my luck as well," I said low watching the battle as it went on.

Koga told that he didn't like this forest, but I have to say it was really not that bad at all. Mainly because I never went into the forest at all, just leveled up around the edge. Still, I got into some trouble over time and got exhausted in the end that I collapsed down. "You know I just know it is an item right, I never have done this quest before. But if I don't need the quest you can have it," I said again a bit more direct and harsh, I felt like he didn't understand what I said to him about me wanting to do the field bosses. Hearing him speak up and thanking me for helping him to level up gave me a bit of pride to work with, "No worry, I got to level up as well, Soon I would need to have new items to make sure I'm getting better," I said to him tapping on my shoulder plates.

"You said you been to the forest before, maybe you could help us there. I have no idea where this maze is and it's said that even within the maze you could get lost for a good hour or so," I said to him pointing to the gate almost demanding him to move and lead the way to the forest.

Her name Alyssa Butler, Or Lessa. Quite a lovely name for sure no holding back there, It did kind of fit her. "Well pleasure to meet you Alyssa, and you too Riker," I said to her and the wolf who seemed to get patted by Alyssa. It was nice for once to get someone's real name, It gave the feeling of just being normal again. Where names did not become big things. Hearing upon her reaction that she never really came to floor seventeen, but her suggestion made me think a bit. "A Spa... I have heard of them, Never been to one, never got the time to do so. to be honest, I never saw the use of relaxation at all. But a promise is a promise," I said to Alyssa.

Looking at the map I opened the side some quick notes, "So I guess I could go to a spa, um... Mind if I ask something," I said lowering my head a bit as I never use to ask anyone for help at all not even if I really needed it, "You do seem to know how to relax, c-could you ... I feel dumb asking this. Could you teach me it," I said a bit nervous as it was the first time in forever that I asked for direct help. "If you don't want to, that is okay! I could try it for myself and see if I can do it." I said fast jumping out of my nervous voice.

I seemed to be quite a wreck and from a close look, you could see that I was exhausted quite a bit with my changing emotions even if I did not show much at all. "You're probably busy, but um... I will not ask again for help if you teach me how to relax. because I seemed to get stuck here now. And I cant go and break a promise that I should take a break and relax." I said sounding determined and full of passion not wanting to fail my promise I made.

It would not be that high, I guess I could but maybe I can test it with something that has durability and drop it and see it like that. I thought and nodded as I opened my inventory for a second. But I was caught off guard a bit and with a small panic, I turned around as my goggles fell down over my eyes covering over my blue eyes a bit. The guy spoke up to me and I stared at him. Wait did it look like I was thinking of ending it, Bleh! stupid Shion... Well, let's make him calm there then. I thought as I made a small bow.

"Sorry," I said as I stood straight again, "Sorry if I gave you the wrong idea, I was planning on testing something. Plus it's not that far down, there is a small path down there just about 25 Feet down," I as my voice sounded smooth, soft, and calm. Carefully thinking of the words that came out while my eyes, hard to see thanks to my goggles falling down in the panic turn, scanned the guy up and down.

I moved a bit away from the edge to make him clear I was not planning to do anything, even more so that he was here. Knowing that some people would take weird action if they see someone thinking about killing themself. Looking over the mountains in the distance I gave a smile as the sun made a small reflection from my goggles. "Nice place, isn't it, This Reminds me a bit of Japan." I paused and made a fist from my hand, "One day, I'll see this view for real, I'll make sure of it," I said as my voice changed a bit from is calm to being quite determinant.

I turned my face back to the guy and with the same look I gave him a smile, "Name is Shion Kikenna, Pleasure to meet you," I said to him still smiling.

Walking on the floor I looked around to see that this floor was a bit more Asian based floor. It quite changed off the scenery. It was quiet on this floor and with my bright orange hair going on the wind I looked over to the mountains. sigh, never thought I could see something like this living in a city my whole life and never really going out of it. Staring into the far horizon my blue eyes darted over the edge from the mountains. It was quite a few to see for sure and never thought I would see anything more than this. Still, it is a game and nothing is real here, it's all better for us to fight so we can get out of this game. 

I walked a bit into the settlement and looked at the houses, NPC's walked around doing their own things and Players started moving about as well, just slowly. To see some of the player's fear of death was quite weird, I only remember it a bit lightly now but back then I did not really care for much more than that guy his armor and weapons. Now he is dead and no going back on that at all. But I have to move on, "no need to linger on the dead, they are one way to get stronger. Making sure they didn't die for nothing," I said low looking at the sky for a second. Stopping in the middle of the street I looked up a bit and sighed again. How does one do this without getting more help, I need a tank or maybe a healer, For sure I need a tank I can heal myself. But who knows maybe I could use another DPS as well. I was thinking about this as I stood in the middle of the street. 

I walked over to the side of a cliff and looked over the edge and let out a sigh. Even if Fall damage was a thing I still wonder if it did really that much damage to a player's avatar. I kind of wanted to test it and see how much fall damage was going to be if I jumped over this cliff and into the wild. I looked over the again and smiled a bit, Its about 25 feet down, and that would be quite high as well. Maybe I could try and see, I thought leaning quite a bit over the edge now as I looked down.

"Teleport Delilah," I said before it went white and for a second It was quiet, then bam there I was standing in the settlement of Delilah. Koga was there already waiting and I was not sure if he heard me from a second ago. Walking up to him I looked up at the time and nodded. "We got a bit of more time now, we don't want to be out when it gets dark tho," I said to him opening the book I had before and smiled as I read out of it. "So Forest of Wavering Mist is not that far from the settlement. Seeing as its name is Waving Mist, I'm suspecting it is made to make us look for it quite a long bit. Knowing that treants life in the forest who don't all act hostile but we can better prepare just to make sure." I said thinking about a maze I once went to and got stuck in because of my 'GREAT' sense of direction. Aaaah why did I think of that, I hate it. But still, I need to get this boss so let's hope the maze is not all to bad. I got quiet thinking of a way maybe a good way to make sure we could find out way back out of the maze. "Oh Sorry! I was thinking of something but yeah the Minotaurs, in a catacomb, it also says it drops an item for the party leader. If I don't need it you can have it."

It seemed Koga has been to Floor 3 before so that was quite a lot better. Getting ready to look up the name Koga was a step ahead of me, "Yes um... Delilah, YES that is the place," I said as I looked at him as he moved tot he teleporter. "It's deep into the forest so it must be good hidden," I said before he teleported out knowing all too well that this was going to be something. Bleh Mist, didn't help me on floor one so it won't help me on floor three as well.

Seeing Koga go into the teleporter I followed suit, Getting on the teleporter I smiled and nodded, "Let's do this, I won't fail now~!" I said before opening the menu and saying the words, "Teleport Delilah." And Gone I was getting out to the floor where I needed to be seeing Koga there waiting for me.

I turned around to look at the voice I stared at her with my blue eyes and gave her a friendly smile, "Guess I spoke out loud, I may need some help yes," I said friendly my voice sounding smooth and soft. It was true that I could do quite a bit of anything but I guess I need help now. It's not often I ask but I guess now is better than ever. "I do need some help. I am taking some advice from someone to take a break and relax. Knowing the history of Greeks, I'm sure they know how to relax. But I seem to get lost just a tiny bit, I don't know anything about relaxing." I said to the blond as my smile turned into quite the determinant frown.

"Um... Guess formalities... um yeah," I said fast not knowing how to do this most of the time as I got told off by some to use my real name but I didn't mind. "The Name is Shion Kikenna Or Azhoda. A pleasure to meet you and ..." I looked down at the wolf, "To meet you and your familiar," Saying this I made a small bow and then held out my hand for a good handshake.

Taking a small break from the field bosses I made sure I got out some of my stuff as well. I just got food on advice from someone that on floor seventeen, it seemed he was right and I enjoyed it quite a bit so far yet I still needed to eat. It was nice to lay my eyes on things for a while to empty my brain. But well that would not work, I still had to find someone with who I start to train with, Koga was sure a nice person but I have been getting nothing so far. He is also a few levels lower. I seemed to fall out of contact with Morgenstern for a while now as well, so no need to try him. At this point, I was at a loss and started wondering quite a bit It doesn't happen often but right now I did not have a plan. 

"Alright Shion, come on. Think of something you are starting to slack off quite a bit. What was it again that my mother always said. AH! When you want to start fresh and go relax," Easier said than done, some people call me a workaholic. I don't know where but maybe this floor has something nice, it is based on Greece so Maybe there would be a place to relax here. I opened my map and stood in the middle of the plaza from Athenaia to find something to relax at and get my brain working okay again. "Relax... Re-lax... Ugh, how does one do it!" I said looking at my map.

I opened my menu for a bit and took out a book of my inventory called 'Floor 3 Hidden Gems' It was made by someone called Ennakai. "It seems that according to this book the Minotaurs is in a maze Deep within the Forest of Wavering Mist. Seeing as I really never been there it must be something I never have seen yet. But this boss is not that strong I hope and we can probably kill it faster then you think." Saying This I did look up for a second at Koga. He is not that strong as me yet but he keeps up with me quite well, And he is not even holding me back yet. Thinking about it like that I became a bit quiet. 

"Aah~, Yes sorry," I said getting out of my little daze. "The Minotaurs, strong for the lower-level players but weak for those who have put their focus on attacking and not defending. Seeing as I'm both not, It would be a simple thing to do. The main settlement we need to get to is... um aah... Let me look," I said opening my menu and looked at something.

It took not long, last time I was here there was one big fog that drifted in. It made fighting these things even for me a bit annoying. "Well let's hope you're better of then me, It's sad that I can't kill them, it will not help you in this quest if I did," I said to him looking over to some of the nepents in the distance. It took not long before Zuekin went into combat and as soon as he jumped to attacked I yelled at him, "Good luck Zuekin, I'll make sure nothing else attacks us," I said to him as he went in for the attack. But with that attack, I kind of felt like he did not do much damage at all. I could have killed them with a basic attack but he seemed to have not that strong of a basic attack. The moment the Nepents attacked moving him to the ground I wanted to attack as well, but I held myself back, "Gods be careful Zuekin.... ouch," I said as he seemed to get back up. To speak the truth I was kind of hoping this quest was not in the way as I wanted to help him really badly, never leave anyone unprotected again. It was clear you could see me hesitate to jump in every time the monsters moved.

easy Mark, Those words gave even me some hope. Okay, Shior, you got yourself a partner to get levels going fast, good job now next GET THOSE LEVELS, I thought as my fighting spirit just entangled with flames. Looking at my eye you could see the burning passion right away, "Alright! Let's do this before we lose our adrenaline completely," I said grabbing Koga's arm again and dragging him up the hill back to the path as we still needed to walk back to the teleporter in the settlement. I got a boost in my emotions even if I didn't notice them at all I really got some joy off from me. A wide smile came from my face as I dragged Koga behind me a bit before letting go and walking on his tempo, "Sorry getting ahead of myself, But hurry I want to get this done fast," I said with a smile of pure joy and burning passion.

Following just behind, I notice that what I did with this quest went to waste only seeing no impact of what I did. Well guess not everything can't be helped, but still, it seemed like a good effect on the players themself. As Zuekin was talking to the elder I looked behind him at the elder and gave a friendly wave to him not saying much more than that. When we walked away I could not help myself to sigh, "Dangerous... HA! really these things dangerous, I would love to believe that but I do not, I one-shotted them all with a single attack. Well can't blame them I'm like level 20 when I did this," I said to Zuekin with a smile as I opened my menu to look at my stats and highest damage dealt. 110 was the highest damage I dealt over this full time of the game and It would become more and more, over time. Last time I can remember I was around here there was quite a thick mist around really not helping me in the fight against the nepents. hopefully this time there would be no mist at all.

With the successful attack from Koga, He yelled out for me to attack. As he stepped out of the say I went out with my glaive. With my Glaive glowing a red yellowish glow I made my attack. A sweep right on the chest from the queen then I leaned on my glaives back end and kicked the queen where I hit her before Smashing my glaive right down on to her as she fell to the ground. Before I knew it the Queen Wasp went up into pixels and died off, giving both me and Koga EXP and an item. 

I turned to Koga and went up to him holding out my hand to him. "Congratulations, Koga..." I looked up to the sun, "And its not even late yet, we can move on to the next floor and get that boss done as well, I heard it is a minotaur," I said to him getting a bit more fire in my eyes and getting the Idea out that this was going to be a day for the ages.

It was clear that Zuekin did not play many games at all, to be honest, this is probably my first game in years. "Your not alone Zuekin, I have not played games for like five years or longer. But I just read up on some of the books made by players and tried to see if NPC's could tell something," I said to him as he handed over a handkerchief. "Ooh hehe~, um thank... Sorry, you had to see that," I said and cleaned my face before finishing my sandwich with a smile. Better to help someone on a full stomach than on an empty, don't want the same thing happening like last time where I fell unconscious in the middle of the field. clearing my thoughts I looked around at the path and lamps, This game sometimes really looked quite nice and I could not lie that sometimes I wished I wanted to stay here. When Zuekin mentions that we were getting close again I Nodded, "Alright, he should stick out for sure, like easy, I think he was the only old man standing outside of a church," I said hoping to see the village soon.

I opened the bag and took out a paper-wrapped sandwich, It was quite big and fully packed with things inside it. "Thanks then," I said taking off the paper from the sandwich and taking a big out of it like a hungry wolf. All my ladylike looks disappeared as soon as I took a bite and I turned into some monster eating away at the food. I Looked up at Zuekin as he said something, A bit of sauce got on my cheek and I turned to him. "Ooh that is nice, I could use some tea Thank you Zuekin," I said to him accepting the cup as I held my half-eaten sandwich in one hand. Taking sips from the tea and yet another bite from my sandwich I turned to him with a full mouth. "Its immptrot to knw he," I stopped as I notice what I did. Emptying my mouth I spoke again, "It's important to know that the mechanics of this world and our world are completely different, yes while they have golems and other things, they don't have your basic wrench or bolts what kind of is needed to make a glider. Sure you could make an item but that would probably break the system or not work at all," I Said knowing well, that their needs to be a system to make something that can't be made. A glider is just that item that can't be made as there was no mechanic for flying in this game.

"hehe, your not alone, I got hungry too, but its the first time my stomach did not growl yet," I said with a joking smile turning my attention back to the conversation. It seems like I made a small miscommunication and smiled. "Ooh No, no I'm just learning how to pilot from a friend who flies it, I'm just the one who made the plane. And its a glider. It has been flying over Chofu and even over Nogawa Park. So Yeah, No I'm the engineer." I said to him pointing at my goggles "Welding goggles a bit," I said with a smile before going back to walking. Getting a bit of hunger now as well I looked at my stomach and held it, "I have food so um do you mind if I eat it because of kind of need after my training, As um... It's going to sound weird, but 3 days." I said holding up the bag I was holding still in one hand making clear that in this bag was some food I got from a store on Floor one in the town of beginners.

The queen seemed quite agile as well as very mad. She took a look at Koga and moved out of the way before staring at me again. She was not happy with our attack turned to my attention to the queen. "Okay, Stand still and this will be over quick," I sad low looking around for a second and nodded. Moving my glaive around my body I made it glow purple again and was getting guided into the attack. four strikes and a slash, and... MISS! WHAT! THE FAST ANNOYING THING. I got a bit angry with my attack and seemed to miss it. "Koga, Try to hit it and see what you can do, I can't seem to hit me," I say to him looking at how the wasp moved around and it was fast but not too fast. It seemed really hard but somehow it was not that hard at all. God how can I fail this hard already just after getting this good here.

I looked confused at him as he said that, attracted to him, "Nope, I don't waste my time with that, It's quite useless in my line of the job if you want to get something done, Then you have to think about your partner and think about their ideas. Nope just sticking with my own things," I said to him straight without anything else added to it. I never really cared about any sort of relationship, people didn't like me for some reason because I was to smart for them at college at least. Plus the fact that relationships are just a waste of time, I don't need time. Just like I don't need friends also just a waste of time.

Then as the walked over the hill I was a lot of wasps moving around, Wind wasps to be sure, many as the eye could see. Looking for a small second I spotted the Queen, a big large wasp flying around without a care. "Okay Let's end this quick so we can even face the next field boss today already," I said putting my goggles on my eyes and tieing my hair into a ponytail before taking out my spear. I smiled and ran into battle with my spear aimed right for the Queen.

Moving past Wasps, workers and soldiers alike, I went for the Queen. I jumped up making a bit of air and with that, I made my Glaive spin a bit aiming four spinning slashes at the Queen, All of them went wide and after I landed I was guided into one final strong thrust right for the queen. The Queen was taken by surprise and just barely moved out of the way from my attack. As soon as she did so The Queen moved to me. Getting her attack on me I made a side step to the right and her attacked went wide right into the ground. "Koga, Flank her! She is a Fast one!" I said to him as soon as the queen moved away from the ground she just hit.

I got excited about talking ver my old job and the glider and looked with eyes of a child at Koga, "Maybe we get out here you can join me at my workplace and I show you around If you ever are around in Tokyo in the Chofu district. I can spare the money if you don't have any I got enough from my parents and myself," I said to him not really caring about what we did at the moment, but as soon as he mentions the Queen I got back into focus. "Ooh yeah um... That sorry didn't pay attention, but let me see," I said opening my map again and looked at the marker, it was now in the map itself meaning it was close by for sure. "Not that far as you can see, past this hill and it should be easy to spot from there then." Closing my map again I looked to Koga and smiled, "And Koga I mean it, maybe you can meet Ryuusei he is my pilot and a good friend who looks out for me like all the time. Maybe I can convince him to even do a route trip to get you and then show you around my workplace," I said to him smiling getting all excited again.

Listening to Zuekin got me thinking, If he was around the Nerima district that means he would be not that far away. "Nerima, Nerima... Umm... Chōfu to Nerima... about a short hour and 30 minutes away from my workplace, I take about 30 minutes to get to work if I even am at home, think not. So..." I said all this out loud while holding my hand to my chin as I looked up to Zuekin. " You don't live far away I guess, maybe about 2 hours with the train and quite a bit less with a car. As I'm from the Chōfu district," I said to him as I kind of showed up my smarts of with this small explanation. "But no, I have no need for it, I'll keep with my 'pilot' training, Need to keep my reflexes and endurance at check as well for some arm training," I said to him.

Hearing he was more mature then his age I looked him up and down and tilted my head, He didn't seem much older than me, maybe in the way he acted. As he then said he was just twenty-four I looked up this was the first I heard of being at least the same age as myself, "Wow, I know what you mean, To keep fighting and dreaming for what you love, But my old professor said the complete the other thing about me, that I had to grow up and live in the real world instead of caching my dreams for the thing I fight for as It was not possible to get. But I must say I got there but still have a long way to go." I said to him as it almost looked like you had Zuekin the Brawn and me being the Brain, or the Brain and Brawn.

you might not think things one hundred percent through, those words stuck with me. It's not like I have heard that before, but why not think at all well then you get nowhere, It always good to go with what you know and don't think too much until it's proven to have failed and then just start over. Done it all my life, it got me my job, it got me this level it got me the will to not hide like a coward. I thought until Koga spoke up again.

I held my hand to my chin thinking of a good reason, "My reason, well my job... I'm an engineer, I don't sit still. I evolve with my environment. And I guess people out there are worried because now their whole plan is in ruin because I'm stuck here. As their project leader and architect of the glider and plane. I have my own agenda and I want to fly it again, so I will push to the top and end this even if it destroys my body slowly. I won't sit by waiting for some lazy ass coward to clear the floors," I said looking at Koga with determination, not even noticing my own insult.

Listening to him as he spoke I nodded my head, I picked up a few things from that sentence and smiled. So he is adopted by a mistress of a dojo, where he did some training with people who came there, I thought, holding my hand to my chin. I kind fo wanted to know where, as one of my co-workers went to a dojo. "Alright, so I see. another question," I said looking at him, "Where did you teach, I mean like city, maybe I know the place or at least seen it maybe, If you want you can ask me something as well soon," I said as I came from Tokyo and lived there my entire life and still do. I would be something if he did, still, Tokyo was a big place with multiple cities as one. I kind looked him up and down, just to see a bit how old he was, and from what I could see he was maybe around the same age as me, maybe younger or older I don't know.
