“Is that what that thing does?” Abellio was star struck. He gazed at Lysette, wide-eyed and grinning - as she whirled out of the way of the boss. He didn’t know what it was, but seeing her pop off was always so incredibly attractive. Added to her mystique. Just another reason why he considered himself so lucky to be with her. And he would gush about it. Later. Right now he wasn’t about to waste the opening that his girlfriend had so graciously provided him. He took off like a rocket, a red blur. The force of his start broke ground, kicking up drops of magma that flowed just beneath t

“Having a little performance anxiety, I guess,” Warren said. He exhaled a thick cloud of smoke.”Think we’re gonna have to leave it up to you guys.” “Wild,” Sin said. But she didn’t belabor the point. Normally, she’d rub salt in the wound, but with everyone standing around, she didn’t think that would be a very cool thing to do. Vitalis snapped his fingers, activating one of his skills to boost their damage. Oscar and Warren were out, not like it would have mattered how much damage they did. “You’re up, Abellio,” Vitalis said. Abellio landed the first hit. He didn’t really take t

Abellio replied to Oscar's topic in Intermediate Floors
“We’re just waiting on it,” Abellio said. “Et tu Abellio?” “Calling it like I see it. You can’t help yourself.” Sinnamon didn’t appreciate everyone coming together to bully her. She pouted, watching as Lysette and Abellio cut into the Dungeon Boss. It was a slight smaller version of the Midnight Ripper, but much larger than the other Rippers that they had been fighting. It fared about the same. Though, it was oddly more durable than the actual Field Boss. But she didn’t let that distract her. “Just watch, I’m gonna prove every fucking one of you guys wrong,” Sin said as sh -

The sound of steel on steel grew ever more staccato as the Rippers unleashed their flurry on Oscar. Abellio had never seen him on the defensive before. Oscar never really bothered. Monsters just didn’t do enough damage to make him sweat. And maybe he was showboating, but Abellio didn’t really care. With his penchant for over the top attacks, one would realize just how much skill the man had. He didn’t just move - he flowed. Parrying blows with impossible speed, anticipating angles of attacks and moving with grace that a man that large should not have been able to muster. And yet he did. -

She didn’t notice, but Abellio did. Breaking off into a sprint, he vaulted up and over Lysette’s head. With expert balance, he ran up Lysette’s extended spear. As he reached the end, he planted one foot upon the Ripper’s pauldron, the other balanced against the lip of the beast’s breast plate. He shifted his footing, hooking his boot under Lysette’s spear and tilting his toe up. The spear came free, allowing Lysette to spin away. In the same motion, he grabbed his blade halfward down and guided it through one of the slits in the Ripper’s helmet. Ripping it free, he lowered his posture and -

Abellio stayed excited. These outings, when the entirety of Visionary showed up to the function, were always so much fun. He was at his happiest around his friends, after all. He scarfed down the offered Feasts. A bit more… messily than would have been proper. But he was just so damn excited to get going! It seemed like every time they did something like this, everyone was just a little bit better than the last time. It was so nice watching everyone’s growth. Because it was more than just levels. It was about learning how to play and being comfortable with the whole thing. You could have -

And really, this was all Sin wanted. To be someone people could rely upon. Whether it be in a fight or shot-calling a party or whatever. Being a loner had taken its toll. It had been a survival tactic. But it was much more difficult than it needed to be. Life, in general, was harder when you didn’t have people around you to uplift you. Shore up your weaknesses. To have your back as hard and as you had theirs. She could only smile. “Thanks, guys,” She said. A rare moment where she conducted herself with none of her bravado. That type of sincerity that ached in the moment. “Really, I m

"Nah babe! That was perfect!" And it was. Lysette opened the way for Abellio to take on the boss. Without her army to protect her, the Witch of the West was a sitting duck. Abellio dashed across the way, a red blur as he closed the distance between himself and the witch. His first strike was a stun, aimed to capitalize on their momentum. It had been a hell of a showing - from Sin and Lysette. It really did bring a smile to his face. Especially Lysette. Knowing how she was when she first started fighting and seeing her now was simply a treat. And he couldn't let himself be caught lacking.

“Yeah,” Abellio said, nodding in agreement with Vitalis. “I’m sure you did your research.” Sin had. Extensively. Honestly, it took an incredible amount of time to nail down a quest that was simple, safe, and useful enough for them to take on. And this was the only source of a potion of this kind - that increased these stats. At least, as far as the Info Brokers knew. She went to a ton of them. But it was nice to know that her efforts were appreciated. She was no Frontliner. And she didn’t have extensive knowledge of the Quest List like Oscar did. But she did know the right people. Bl

F25-PT-PP We Crave Dragon Flesh <<Trouble Brewing>>
Abellio replied to Oscar's topic in Intermediate Floors
Abellio caught the item in midair. He whipped around, bringing his sword low and hooking it under the dragon’s chin. With a powerful thrust, he slammed the creature’s mouth shut. The stream of flame stopped suddenly. He spared one glance towards Warren, relieved when he didn’t look all that worse for wear. Ripping his sword from the dragon’s flesh, he tossed the crystal into the air and struck. The trajectory of his attack cleaved right through the crystal. Lighting struck his weapon - Divine Rancor erupted into white flame. Now wielding the power of the heavens, Abellio pointed his sword
