Daeron as always was running late. He began to full out Sprint for the teller teleporter. WAIT Daeron was running down to his last breath. Finally after several seconds of running he came to a stop nearly crashing into the group there. I... I.... I'd like... to... the que...quest. he was breathing heavy with his face red. He stood for a moment to catch his breath until he finally did. Name's Daeron. Level 7 at 19 years of age.

Darius wasn't phased by the new arrival. He always knew there were people that would run late. Luckily for this person they got there just in time for Darius was about to give the command to teleport to Floor 2.

Darius scanned the new arrival up and down with a neutral expression to see if he looked like he was any good before holding out his hand to be shook. "I am Darius, the individual who issued this quest. After you shake my hand, we shall depart immediately." With his free hand Darius opened the menu and sent Daeron an invite to the party.

He seemed to have been very lucky because as soon as Daeron accepted the party invite and shook his hand he heard the command to teleport almost immediately. After just a few seconds and blinks of the eyes they were surrounded with a whole new home. Mountains surrounded the outside of the town they were now within. Daeron marveled at the sight for another mere few seconds until he pulled himself back into focus of the objective. He looked at Darius Lead the way. he said as he made agesture as if to go.

Daeron was now almost a new person. So serious and straight forward. He set a goal to protect everyone in his party no matter to what extent it took.

Darius opened up his map and set a waypoint far north. It would take them at least an hour or two to get to. He walked north with the rest of the group, not stopping to look at anything or to gape in awe at a new sight. His expression was freakishly neutral as he led the way. After a few minutes the party came to the outskirts of town.

Darius turned and addressed them. "We now leave the relative safety of the town. It will take us at least an hour to walk there if we go quick and undeterred. Knowing SAO though, we will undoubtedly have to fight something along the way. In the case we do, I will draw whatever enemies we face towards me with abilities so you can focus them. Stay safe. This is anyone's last chance to back out if you have doubts." Darius looked across the faces of the group that was behind him to make sure they were all prepared, an analyzing expression on his face.

Seeing that everyone was prepared, he nodded to himself and set out, leading the way with a grim expression. A calm mood seemed to settle over him. There could be any range of things on there way to the cavern they were headed for. It was best that they all stayed on their toes, for the ENTIRE trip through the area. Floor 2 was mainly a woodland with some cliffs and the occasional mountain.

"We are nearly there. Maybe fifteen more minutes of walking," Darius stated as they walked through a shaded patch of forest. It had gone on for a good distance, accounting for another fifteen minutes of their walking. Darius walked on, unaware of the eyes that was watching him. His face was in its normal, neutral mask.

Anyone in his party with 'Searching' would be able to feel their presence and alert the party that there were monsters around.

Daeron wasn't much of a tracker, but he noticed a presence for sure, however he couldn't tell from where. He began looking around very subtlety so he wouldn't cause chaos in the group yet.

1-6 Can't Seem To Detect Anything

7-9 On a trace for something. (higher chance of success next attempt)

Darius stopped walking and turned around to see what they were talking about. He personally didn't sense anything, but thought it was unusual that they hadn't been attacked yet. The last time he took this route a few days ago, there had been bandits waiting for him. Now it was seemingly empty. Now two of the other party members were having a discussion about something they were looking for, as they were looking for it. He sighed. He knew it was too good to be true. A leisurely stroll through the forest wasn't something the game allowed.

As the party stopped, the spiders knew they had been had. Their AI told them to attack the weakest link in a group, which now seemed to be whoever was in the back, the farthest away from everyone else. Beforehand they had been silent as idling air, but they clicked their extremely sharp pincers together, and then a split second later one of them acted. It coiled it's legs launching at whoever was the farthest back party member. As soon as everyone focused their attention on their newly attacked comrade, the rest would spring in, trying to catch them all off-guard.

The spiders had razor sharp pincers meant for tearing, powerful legs meant for jumping and pounding, and their webs that they could shoot out to slow down or immobilize a party member. The fight begins.

[You all decide who the farthest party member back was. First come, first serve, I guess. They get to action first and then we will go form there.]

Daeron made an attempt to dodge the spider's attack, but was too late with his reaction time. The spider now snapped its pincers at Daeron's arm. He watched as 5 other spiders jumped out of the darkness. Look Out! More Incoming! he tried to warn the group.
