    I have a problem with how I (Ebony), took damage for being over the 24 hour deadline, when Hikoru had a placeholder until 2 hours ago.

      Fair point. Perhaps Hikoru should also take damage? I do not like the use of placeholders in timed battles for this express purpose. However, they are almost necessary based on how we link rolls to the roller. Were it my call, I would assume that if a full post is not written per the standard by the 24 hour marker, the player with the placeholder is also damaged/skipped.
