I'd make you a Millenium rod ;) And the eye, as it's metal too :P Scales could probably be made too, although everything else is a necklace and whatnot

So do shields count as one of the three equipment slots or is it paired with it's weapon? Ex: Sword AND shield.

At that point you'd want to put enhancements on your shield. If you're going for block, you HAVE to have a shield, and it'll take up a slot

I'm not a mod at the moment (But I have been) so to quicken the process, you need to add more to your flaws/virtues. Also, take out all of the skills you've added, as you can only afford rank 1 something. There are no rank 1 Athletics for 2 SP. Add more stuff and then you'll have a better chance.
