Isn't that the brand name for that one gelato?

The brand name is Talenti. The product is Sorbetto, or sorbet as we know it. Sorbet and gelato are different, but I don't recall how. Yes, I can cook as a few of the board members know, but I don't know all the intricacies of the differences between all those frozen treats.
