In a sense. They definitely provide an edge over the normal stuff, but that comes with being "unique". xD

Uniques + high level = Success. And when T3 is out it'll be even better because it'll be easier to steamroll fights.

They're already easy; just be level 50 and have unique perfect or higher quality gear.
