So for Gemini quest, Which I have not taken yet, if I don't wear my armor or shield, it should not have MIT right?

No. The Gemini character has your skills and levels but it does not have the enhancements given by your armor and shield.

Not exactly what i meant.... Say I go in with my Sword, ACC item and Loot dice Item.... Now My Mitigation will be at zero since I do not have armor or shield on... Will the Gemini be the same way?

I think so because he wouldn't be able to use the block skill since he doesn't have a shield.
But ask a PST just in case
