I wonder if I should get a bunch of people that are low level to go take care of some of the early game quests, of if I should just try to convince a high level player IC to carry me.

The more people there are in a thread, the faster it could end and more rewards can be easier to yield. However, teaming up with a high leveled player will give you a better chance to stay alive. The choice is yours

A character in Underwear in public would still be considered as Not Safe for Work. You can make very subtle hints for one thread or two, but for the whole thread to be in underwear, in my book it is NSFW.

If I remember correctly. Threads involving activities that is unsafe for PG-13 standards are strictly forbidden, unless you grant access to the Unrestricted Chat. However, threads in Unrestricted Chat are null to rewards, even when standards of 2 page is met.
It was a little controversy that had led to a few outrage, but it quickly died down, and everyone accepted the new policy. I could be wrong however, since it's been a long while since my return, so just to be 100% certain, you might want to contact a PST or Mod for more information.

I have a feeling that the Boss raid thread never should have been changed to OP. There is no need to change from OP to PP, since there is no barrier that can hold someone from running in to their doom.

Then why make it an effort to open it as an OP, only to change it back to PP later. Why not have it as a PP from the start, if the meeting is set to private and only a selected few who's invited know where to go?

My question still stand as in why would the thread was changed from OP to PP. As stated above, no magically barrier would have exist to stop you from plunging to your doom, even if it was just a coincident that you find yourself inside the boss room somehow, and if there's a problem about people litching on the thread for free SP then made a rule so that if you're not contributing to the fight whatsoever reason, then you can not claim the SP reward.

If anything, the Info Broker, or the Notice board should've inform all the player what time is it until the next Boss raid so everyone is ready for it. If that wasn't the case, then it wouldn't make sense for everyone just assumed that X was the day for the boss raid to start. That's too many coincident assumption to be true.

Tristan, an unbreakable one man army, was put into the role of a rather squishy bruiser.
Lemon is a rat. Kiru is nuts, Nero is toxic, Dom is discount Hulk, Zel..... Being Zel, and Flint likes to punch things.
Sounds about right.
