"That was close" Crozeph said as he backs away from the wolf. "It was trying to bite my arm off" he thought. Crozeph saw the opening as the wolf quickly turns to face him. "I guess this is another chance" Crozeph closed in to the wolf to lessen the distance and tried to take the chance but the wolf was fast enough to face him and jump back dodging the slash that he expected to hit the wolf "crap, its fast enough to dodge my attack" he said. Crozeph looked around him and saw that the space of the battlefield is still wide enough for him to move freely "let's hope that there won't be roots and stone around where I can stumble down" he said. Crozeph looked at the wolf and waited for it to attack him "once it closes in, I'll move to its side again and..." Crozeph saw the wolf charging at him and this time he needs to decide whether to block or dodge that wolf.

the wolf has been watching the player from afar, it sees the player as a prey that is ready for the taking. After lying in wait in the bushes it decided to move a little, to make itself ready for a first attack but the player has good instincts and that blew its cover. The wolf quickly jumped out in the bushes, frustrated at the blunder of its plans then the player landed a blow at it. The wolf didn't have time to react making it receive the attack of the player without even moving.

It wasn't over yet, the wolf will not go down without a fight. It snarled at the player, trying to tell him that the wolf is not that easy to kill. It bared it's fangs and charged at the player its mind set on biting his arm off, the arm he used to attack the wolf but the player moved beside it. The player saw the attack and now the wolf is open for an attack, a chance for the player to finish it off.

Crozeph is scanning in his inventory while walking on the forest on floor 3, he wanted to go hunt for material for his first cloak and sword and it seems like he tries to get ready for almost any monster who might drop some loot for him "floor 3 is a good place to start" he thought. Crozeph thought about where to start hunting and floor 2 may not seem good place to start. "the harder the monster to kill, the more loot it will drop." Crozeph scrolled down in his inventory and was dismayed with the things he saw "bread and water plus..." Crozeph closed the menu and pulled out his sword "... a starter sword" Crozeph has been going solo for a while except when a friend of his who goes by the name Arekkusu invites him to go hunting "that guy is quite an adventurer" he thought. Crozeph knew that he had to do some hunting to get better items and as he walks on the forest he noticed that the trees around give a good shade to rest on. 

Crozeph suddenly stopped upon hearing a sound of the bush rustling "here goes the loot"he thought. Crozeph's instincts kicked in and looked at the bush in front of him.After staring at it for while, a wolf came out of the bushes snarling at him. Crozeph pulled out his sword and pointed it at the wolf "not a chance wasted" after pointing the sword,Crozeph quickly lunged at the wolf in front of him giving it no chance to react on his attack. Crozeph quickly jumped back after landing his first attack on the wolf "not bad Crozeph, not bad" he said to himself.

Crozeph smiled at what Arekkusu said to him "don't let others control you" he repeated what the player said "yeah I can do that" he told him. Crozeph saw Arekkusu pull out his sword as if he's getting ready for an attack "a nearby enemy?" he thought. Crozeph looked around him and saw monsters from a afar but his attention was caught by the two wolves in front of them about a few meters away "hey Arekkusu, can we handle these?" he asked the other player. Crozeph pulled out his sword and pointed it at the wolves "if I were you, I wouldn't mess with my friend here..." Crozeph smiled "he's quite a skillful player" he said.

Crozeph got surprised by Arekkusu's sudden halt and listened to what he said "looks like I gotta make a weapon before going higher..." he pulled out his sword from behind "the stranger the things and monsters, the more it'll be a pain to level up" he said. Crozeph doesn't have much col and material to craft item yet but he feels that he's nearing to make one "I've got to make up for the time I spent inside the city" he said to Arekkusu "I just don't want to go down without a fight in this game anymore" he added. Crozeph has been fairly good at RPG games before he got stuck in this death game, that's the only skill he already had in him before putting on the nerve gear.

Crozeph was surprised by the sudden attack the player made and that left him in awe "what a nice kill" he thought. Crozeph felt the strong presence of the player and he would like to thank him but first "the name's Crozeph and about the prey..." he looked around him "I'm the one who looks like the prey of this wolves" he told him.

Crozeph ran as fast as he can, not because he's in danger. He's been aiming for a good loot drop for a while now and it looks like things are not going according to his plan. Crozeph solo for a long while after the death game started and also worried that his friends are also inside and in danger of the unexpected deaths that has been going around "I hope there aren't player killers around" he thought. Crozeph has been running, waiting for the wolf far from his side to close in. Even though he's on the higher floor, Crozeph's equipments are those that he had the first time he entered the game...the starter pack but he doesn't mind. "Stronger weapons can wait and I don't want to hold swords like that while I'm still weak I might cut my sel..." Crozeph saw the wolf close in a few distance enough for him to draw first blood but still he hesitated.

After running longer than he planned, Crozeph stopped and took a breather "I can cut it but there would be a problem" he said. Crozeph looked behind him and saw another wolf with red eyes frozen, as if it's waiting for what Crozeph would do. "Let's see what you got puppy" Crozeph said pointing the sword at the wolf.

Arekkusu made sense on what he said "at least I've got something to thank the programmers" he said "if they're the one who made it, the safe zone that is." Crozeph followed Arekkusu hoping that they'll reach the town just in time and most of all keep their health points up."How was it like on the higher floors?" Crozeph asked him, he needs to know everything he can in order to survive the game and having a clue on what will greet him as he goes upward is a good start. He opened his menu and looked at his inventory "I've been doing nothing lately and my bag can prove it" he thought. It made Crozeph feel down for a moment "at least there's still bread for me to eat" he thought.

Crozeph quickly followed Arekkusu to where he's headed and also staying alert for any monster encounters. "Three hours is enough for us" he thought "and it's nice for that town to stay open and be heavily..." Crozeph looked at Arekkusu "Heavily trapped? what kind of town would set traps?" he said "I hope he smiles because that would mean he's joking" he thought. Crozeph need not to be anxious about it, they still have a few hours to spend till the monsters come down and end their life for good "survive first" he thought.

Crozeph held on to Arekkusu's hand and stood up, brushing the grass that is clingin on his back. "there's a safe zone here?" he said to him. Crozeph has been roaming around for days and hearing of safe zones are new to him "new info" thought. Crozeph also noticed the darkness slowly creeping in and hearing Arekkusu's advice made him think while walking "I wonder what'll happen to me if it turned dark and no player is around to help me" he said to himself. "This is guy is promising, I'm hoping only for the best that no stronger monsters will maul us down" he added. Crozeph touched the hilt of his sword "is the safe zone far?"

Crozeph's eyes widened at what he heard from Arekkusu "you sure about that?" Crozeph looked at himself, he was already getting stronger but not his equipments. "I guess my equipments needs help..." Crozeph looked at Arekkusu "...and this guy is the only help I can get" he added. Crozeph pulled out his sword and looked around for enemies "you've been here and you know how the monsters move so I guess you'll be leading the battle" he said to Arekkusu "about the reward, it would be a great help for me and I'm thanking you in advance" he told him.

Crozeph was surprised by the player who talked to him which made him touch the hilt of his sword "crap, I almost pulled out my sword" he said to the player. The guy seems familiar to him but before he could ask, the guy already blurted out if they have met before. Crozeph stared at him for a moment trying to remember his other encounters on players. "I remember now, with the other players at the first floor" he thought. Crozeph stood up and smiled at him "I remember you Arekkusu" he said. "I joined your party last time I saw you, with the others" he said. "Looks like you've been on the higher floors" he said as he looks at Arekkusu.

Crozeph ran towards the third floor of the game hoping that he might run into someone "I hope some players are around" he said. Crozeph has been running for a while and cautiously avoiding any enemy encounter "I need help from others if I want to survive this mess I made" he thought. He's been preoccupied with finding information about his friend  that he didn't noticed how far he has strayed away. "I've got to stop this too much concentration habit" he said. Crozeph walked towards a tree and rested, catching his breath "let's see who'll I bump into."

After walking a few miles, Crozeph is now standing at the entrance of the starting city. "Finally, I just need to find some potions and craft some weapons, do some quests, level up..." Crozeph felt tired just by saying the things he need to do "I never thought that survival can be a chore right now" he thought. Crozeph once again felt the fear that his friend might be in the game. "I guess I have to get stronger just in case" he thought. Crozeph looked back and enjoyed the surroundings for a while "First I gotta make sure you're not here as I get stronger" he said. Crozeph slowly walked towards the entrance of the city and with a new goal other than getting stronger in his mind.

Crozeph walked towards the direction where Aincrad is after killing off a few monsters to level him up. "I feel stronger...not" Crozeph flexed his hands trying to feel if he has gotten stronger. Crozeph knew that the monsters are just the beginning of his journey inside the game and that made him feel weak a little bit somehow. "Clear all floors? kinda insane if you ask me" he thought. Even high level players will have a hard time clearing all floors. Crozeph remembered his friend outside the game, the girl who's clouding his memories and also the one who helped him get a nerve gear. Crozeph felt grateful that she wasn't inside the game when it started to go wrong or at least that's what he believes. "I hope you saw heard the news before loggin in because if you're in here too..." Crozeph looked at the environment "I'm never leaving this game without you" he added. 

Crozeph felt the sting of the wasp right after getting hit by it and it's not just a simple blow, it was a critical one. "All right, time for me to return the favor" he said. The wasp started hovering around him as if copying his movement on the boar earlier. Crozeph knew what the wasp is trying to pull off and he's not gonna let himself get hit by that stinger again I'm making a run to Aincrad after killing this wasp" he thought. As the wasp flew behind him, Crozeph quickly turned and slashed at the wasp landing a critical blow on it "That's for the attack a while ago" he said. Crozeph sheathe his sword as the wasp shattered and its fragments once again got carried by the wind.

the wasp saw it coming and read his attacks as it watches the player's reaction upon it dodging his attack. the wasp quickly took the chance of attacking the player and hoping to land an attack on the player. After moving back to dodge the attack, the wasp charge at him and hit him with its stinger causing the player to flinch and step back upon feeling the pain of the stinger and it seems like it's a fatal blow.

"That was close" Crozeph said as he jumps back after dodging the stinger of the wasp. Crozeph pointed his sword at it and lunged at it again "let's see if the attack will work again on that insect" he said. Crozeph did the same attack that he used on it the first time but the wasp already knew how he would do it and instead of flying upward, it moved back and dodged the attack completely. "I guess I have to think of a new plan" he said.

the insect felt the sting not from its kind to a player. It didn't like how things began to happen and started flying around the player. The wasp began to fly upward and then down trying to hit the player with its stinger. the player waited for the attack and with a sudden move it dodged the wasp's stinger and then jumped back and pointed it's sword again at the wasp. The wasp felt frustration upon the player dodging the attack and pointing his weapon at it that it began flying fast circling the player.

As Crozeph tries to keep his guard up his memories started clouding him again "listen Crozeph, you log in first then I'll follow...you're the one who's good at games like this" a girl said to him smiling. Crozeph clearly remember what she said to him as if she is there right now. Crozeph can't help but smile at the memories that flashes at him. I'll be telling you a lot of stories Aya" he said. Crozeph turned around and pointed his sword at the wasp that flies behind him "another one..." he said. Crozeph help his sword tight and rushed towards it. "charge then..." Crozeph ducked upon nearing the wasp at slashed upwards successfully hitting the wasp "heh, she taught me that move" he said to the wasp pointing his sword ready to take the hit of the wasp.

Crozeph saw the attack coming but didn't have the strength to dodged it. As he tries to stand at his feet, Crozeph felt it again inside him "I need to live so I can tell her what it is like inside the game...I promised her" he said to himself. Crozeph held his sword and pointed it at the boar. With a sudden move, Crozeph ran to his right and sees the boar follow him with its eyes. "the moment it turns..." Crozeph saw the boar follow him and tries to catch up with him but after closing in a few meters, Crozeph moved to his left causing the boar to stumble upon reacting to the sudden change of pace "got ya!" Crozeph stopped, put his right foot forward and slashed at the boar landing the critical hit causing it to shatter with just one hit of his sword. "I guess I'm slowly getting good at this...one step at a time" he said to himself.

the boar moved back upon seeing the other one shatter after getting hit by the player's attack. The boar saw how the player attacked the other one who even if it was looking at him got killed. Seeing that there is no other way to resolve this but to attack the player who seem stronger than he looks, it rushed towards him without thinking, only following the command that its program executes. The player doesn't seem to mind that it's charging at him thus the boar took the chance and landed a blow at him causing the player to be pushed back and fall to his knees.

Crozeph lunged at the first boar and tried to slashed at it. The first boar is caught unaware of his attack causing it to be open wide for his attack. the boar shattered, its fragments carried by the wind. Crozeph eyed the second boar waiting for its move "Don't worry Aya I won't be killed that easily" he said trying to fight the fear that consumed him a while a ago. He gripped the sword tightly and waited for the boar to move "timing is essential"  he thought. Crozeph has never felt this feeling before...as if he has found his goal.

"Don't tell me that you're resting Crozeph" a girl said to him. Crozeph smiled at her as if she's really there "I'm going crazy right, Aya?" Crozeph said while he looks at her in the eyes. "Enjoy your stay inside the game, I'll follow you once I saved enough money for my nerve gear" she said to him. Crozeph smiled, his memories made no sense with the situation. "It's better for me to be in danger that you" he thought. His friend would've been in danger like him. Crozeph opened his eyes and this time he sees the grasslands again and the three boars he listened to and closing in on him. Crozeph stared at one of them and this caused for the one on the right to walk away. Crozeph smiled "ok, that leaves the two of you" he said. Crozeph pulled out his sword and pointed it at the two "you twins?"

Crozeph closed his eyes but his ears on the boars a few meters away from him "I can't let myself off guard" he thought. Even though he's sitting under a tree Crozeph held the hilt of his sword. He kept on listening on the sound of the boars walking on the grass. "Two on the left, one on my right" he said keeping his breathing slow. "First come, first serve boars...I won't turn back on any of you" he thought. Crozeph opened his eyes and saw someone he longed to see after entering the game.
