  1. As Anemone stood up, she squinted and beamed up with a wave. She had managed to shove of a chunk of mud that formed around her cape line. But then there was an odd sound coming from above her. Red eyes widened when she noticed the bear, "Chewie! No!" her voice raised but the splatter had continued with or without her permission. More mud shot up from under the bear cub as it splattered in all directions against her shirt and pants. Her expression was that of dismay as she looked down at the familiar who once again begged to be picked up.

Rolling red eyes formed when she heard the booming voice above her, "Mack! Don't you da---" SPLAT!!! His heavy body with the impact of his landing and the mud had caused another wave of mud and dirt to just drench her, this time catching enough of the spew in her face and hair. The woman showed a fist for the first time in a long time and stammered. With both hands, she cleaned her face of dark brown sludge everything looking like a brown and dark grey as she smeared it off her face, "This is gonna take forever to clean..." she said in a defeated voice.

Unfortunately that was not the least of her problems. They must have stumbled upon some Troll, Orc, Goblin? tribe's domain which meant...battling. With his axe waving about, the Vice Commander released a mighty assault up those spear-men but not before getting caught up in their thrusting pikes. She had half the mind not to heal him after that fiasco, but while his antic was mildly joke driven, not healing him would be considered mean especially in a game like this.

With a hand out on the Thread of Life, Anemone attempted to heal Mack and his lost HP. When the green started to rise from her hands, it quickly faded and she let out a very dark choice of words, "Gosh....!! Darn it!!" It had been a taxing last few moments. @Mack

  2. Anemone popped her collar of the uniform she wore, sweeping a hand over a dark brow as the sweat smeared across her hand; how unladylike.  The Healer took a step back when the trio began their next round of attacks on the hot as fire golems, molten lava in their core and could be seen like fire in their eyes glowing wildly as they stared forward through the dimness of the cave. Her red eyes moved towards their HP Bars, no one had taken any damage, Shield the Tank of the group only stoked the flames of their anger as he belittled the AI. She shook her head, moving small bits of hair from her face as the heat ignited around her from their molten lava imbued bodies.

"Don't suppose anyone is need of some healing, huh?" She asked with a small joking question, the digital mobs were no match for the combined might of the trio of warriors and coupled with that new bleed effect thanks to Soredell's katana, the mobs would certainly be doused soon enough. So she did the best she could and stay out of their way and cheered them on. @Shield

Chewie had seemed to have his fill of blackberries, his face was stained in the juices and squashed bits of fruit that stuck there. The woman gave him a look with a small smile, he seemed rather tired from his travels of foraging for food and thought he would do well to be picked up. The girl was not so strong and he was a hefty mass of muscle. When Mack had related his answer to her, she nodded. "I see. You have some sisters, I remember I met that one Magda if I recall. I can certainly see the family resemblance. As for me, no...I had no one back home." She would have told him that she actually never had a boyfriend before, or even held hands with another guy. But she had day dreamed of being that Princess and finding that right guy that she could spend that Fairy Tale ending with. She shook her head, and thought it best to put the subject to sleep.

Taking a moment to step over the bear cub, the woman saw an interested knot in a tree. "That looks different..." feigning danger or any other possibly bad scenario, the woman began to examine it and her fingers lightly touched over the surface of the tree. There was a small rumble, "Oh dear...not again..." and then she went sliding downwards as the ground opened up from below her. She had clawed dirt and mud with her nails trying desperately to save herself. She had landed in a thick bowl of mud soup below her, everything that was white on her uniform had been splattered with mud and brown. She sighed heavily and waved back upwards sitting in the ground covered in mud, "I'm ok..." then there was a pop up indicating a Sub Dungeon had been discovered. She gave a rather sour look and glared at the mocking message, "Good news, I found you a sub dungeon..." she said with a bit more of volume in her voice.

"And now I need to clean myself up..." @Mack

  4. Apparently her question was soft spoken a bit too much for the Goliath Axe Swinger to hear here. But as she had bit down on her finger and saw that Mack had rushed into battle head long, crimson hair fluttering in the wind, his axe sizzled with a sword art. She titled her head to the side slightly and watched him mow them down with a bit of a flash before they had turned to pixel dust. "Well, then I suppose we won't be needing much help after all," she said mostly to herself. Her red eyes sought out the others, everyone seemed to be Ok. Tomas was standing there ready to help if there was a need, but he was a bit on the low side to help. Mestophales and Chewie seemed to have fallen asleep? Well, perhaps that was ok so long as they weren't at each other's throats anymore.

The woman smiled and clapped her hands and noticed Mack had taken some slight hits of damage from the last round of attacks. Even if it was a little bit of Health, it was her duty after all to act as the Healer. With her hands stretched out, those four little digits had been bumped back up to full health for Mack, "There ya go. It might not have been much, but at least it will do for now." When Anemone looked up to see if the coast was clear, it was not. There was an awkward cloud moving towards them again, but it was not a cloud it was another set of Flying Monkeys. Toto yipped to alarm them of the new enemy that was coming, ran in circled and jumped into her arms. Anemone held the pup to her chest and made a sour face, "More of them...Maybe next time, I should bring some food items to increase hit accuracy." She said mostly to herself. @Tomas

  5. Anemone had followed their lead into a cavern where the walls were running slick and hot with magma flow. Anemone raised her right hand and began to bat air at her face to cool her down, she had half the mind to undo one button from her top just allow some cool air to breathe into her, but that would be very unlady like. So she dealt with it as the others had done though they seemed more or less occupied with the Golems who seemed to be made of molten lava core rock. "Those might be some great materials if you guys can manage to slay them and get their loot drops. A rock sword with some lava flowing in it, that would be pretty cool right?" She wasn't too much into combat but she could appreciate the Blacksmith creation of certain items like that. The woman smiled and stood in the back as they had charged forward to gather the hate and to decimate those rock born soldiers.

Her red eyes squinted slightly as she took a peak at everyone's health, "Yep, no one seems to be hurt at the moment. My job is just becoming and more and more useful here," she brought a hand to her lips and stifled a small giggle. She wasn't angry or anything, nor did she feel useless, she was happy though they were getting the most out of this Dungeon Run though and that's all that mattered to her. With her hands out in the ready, she would heal anyone should it come to that but Shield was doing an exceptional job holding those magma soldiers back.

  6. Her last session ended up being very well done. She was able to craft some pretty hearty stuff and that made her rank swell in numbers. Always good to see that stuff rise. She had been working pretty hard on her craft, though she was now considerably lower on materials than she had bargained for. It would soon be time to go back out and look for those mats! But she had a stock left that might get her through one more day. So, with her sleeves rolled up, her apron on and her game face ready. The woman took to the kitchen and began her daily routine. Over a roaring fire, she melted down some ingredients, pinch of salt like cubes and pepper, a slab of meat and then things began to get flavorful and exotic as she began to experiment with different flavors. All in all, her work around the kitchen was getting easier, but it was left up to Poseidon to determine if she would be blessed with decent meals.

  7. Anemone chewed on her bottom lip as she looked at the grumbling bush where Chewie was fur thick in eating all those blackberries. She titled her head to the side and nodded at his comment, "Your familiar is quite different, Mack. He knows all sorts of neat tricks it seems. Even if it is broken coding, it gives him that certain charm I suppose." The woman addressed the Vice Commander and smiled with a happy nod, "That's good! Although I don't plan on getting you drunk. As I said, it would be taste testing, not taste...drinking?" The poor girl had confused herself when she was trying to word that correctly and shook her head, the white hair bounced off her shoulder in a springing motion before she placed both hands on her face and giggled through the gaps of her fingers.

She was however given an odd look from the crimson bearded player, she shot him a look as well, "Is there something on my face?" she was slightly embarrassed and began to hide her expression with one hand as her red eyes looked around for some materials to gather.

Due to her embarrassment, she was unable to see any new items to scavenge for in this area. Her porcelain cheeks were a quiet pink as she attempted to find something. Slowly the redness in her cheeks washed back to her pale color as she placed both hands on her hips. "So, is there a Misses Mack back at home? I don't mean to pry or anything. I'm just curious." @Mack

In the small glowing cave that they all had traveled together to, Anemone kept a pleasant smile on her face as she saw that the group was ready to get moving along once again. Their energy bars were filled up, their spirits were high...especially Beat's, he was quite funny to be honest and very optimistic. That was something good to have. She patted her knees, looked left and to her right and then took a step forward with a nod, "I am quite ready when you all are." That was the signal for @Shield to get to work on leading the party to their next quarry. Anemone had veered off the beaten path, or it looked like all the paths were beaten at this point in the cave, but nonetheless, she took a moment to sit on her knees and gather some materials from a glowing fountain to her right side. Sampling the items, she got a hefty amount and placed them in her satchel. If she could get around to doing it, collecting materials was a very important thing for her since it needed for crafting items as well as a currency for many Professions.

"Looks like I got some more neat stuff, sorry to keep you guys waiting. I am officially ready once more." Wide smile on her face as she cleaned herself up of the dust gathered on her knees.

  9. "Oh. I see..." Anemone was somewhat right about Tomas and after speaking with him, there was not so much distrust in him as she had felt the first time. He seemed like a genuine enough person and although his tone was somewhat dry and lacking any life, she felt that her feelings about him from before were her own paranoid delusions. When he said this was not the place for Confessions, she bit down on her smile and knew that much. They were in the middle of quest and something that might have Mack trouble getting around to doing with a bunch of lowbies tailing them. But she was no different, despite being mid level player, she was only a Support Character and she had no way of doing any kind of damage to these Flying Monkeys.

So that's what this was all about. She now remembered that really old ancient black and white movie from so long ago. It was indeed reminiscent of such a thing and the name Toto, how did that pass by her? She gave herself a 'duh' expression. Mack had swung his axe just in time for them to swoop down and try another run-n-gun hit. But the ferocity of his mighty weapon has scattered those Winged Monkeys back to where they needed to go. "Hey, Mack. You can handle these things, right? I mean, you think we can call for some help from the others in your guild?" @Tomas

The shy yet cordial woman walked side by side with Mack as they exchanged small talk. Only to be feel a brush against her leg from something very big and furry; of course it was Chewie and nearly giving her a heart attack in the process. The brown bullet sped into a bramble bush full of blackberries and thorns. She cringed when she saw him smack right into the fortress of thorns but that didn't seem to stop his tummy and his mouth from devouring all the fruit from the bush. "That bear is gonna get a tummy ache..." she said with a saddened voice.

Looking up at Mack, she nodded slowly at his answer. Then she left out a small giggle that was as innocent as angel singing, "I understand what you mean. But wouldn't it be a little odd to be playing a video game inside well...a game?" The woman placed her hands behind her back and tip toed over a bunch of green looking herbs, "So if beer is your thing, maybe you might wanna stop by my Shop sometime? You can taste test some beers that I can make. In fact, these look like some enticing looking Hops." She had bent over and collected a small amount and placed them in her satchel, it was kind of sad though if this was all he was interested in doing. Not having a hobby would be mind rattling for her, she had so many!

"Well, if you ever feel like doing something other than what a game would suggest that you do, let me know. Since we'll be guildies and all, it'll be nice to..." she blushed a little and started to dig her feet into the dirt while looking downcast at the Vice Commander, "Be nice to meet everyone in the guild." @Mack

  11. "Two down! Two to go!" she said cheering them on. They had a rocky start but they were chugging along now. Each strike was another notch on their belts and Anemone was keeping a very tight watch on their HP as hate shifted between the different mobs and the other players. Each person was doing their utmost to keep this thing moving along now. Her red eyes looked towards Vargas as he popped into the back row with her, she smiled at him and nodded her head, "You did excellent out there. Every little bit has helped us. Hopefully the others can finish things off and we can get a nice rest in before we tackle the next set." The Healer smiled at the person who was close to her, she would keep a trained eye once more on the others as they moved about the field slashing their weapons at the Bears.

She gnawed on her bottom lip a bit, these things were more ferocious then Chewie. But then again, she had seen that bear cub do some pretty rude gestures. Taking her time to recap on the battle and their HP, she gave the others a thumbs up, "Everyone is still in the green! You guys are making my job easy. Let's keep going."

  12. The bromance was strong with those two, she had wondered if they were actually a couple or just very good friends. Despite her rather religious background, if two people of the same gender had fallen in love it was always a magical thing no matter who they were or their gender. God was a being of Love, so whatever floated their boat? She smiled at the two listening to the stories told, it was nice they could share that bond. Anemone looked down and fiddled with her hands, she hoped someday she could meet someone like that, to have a bond and care for someone. Not that she was putting herself out there or anything, but even if she was super docile, she thought she might make an excellent wife one day.

Her head buzzed with those silly thoughts as she perked up from Soredell's last comment, "Oh! I am quite ready to go whenever you guys are. My healing doesn't take any energy so I am pretty much always topped off. At your leisure, you three." She would smile and pat her knees and shuffle her satchel as she would adjust for another hike through this bioluminescent cave. She already found it super enchanting, something you would find in a story book, much like this world already was.

  13. Anemone addressed Vargas with a thumbs up, she was able to successfully heal Morgenstern and that was a much needed heal for the Tank of the team. She looked from the corner of her eye at everyone's health meter. They all looked relatively strong so a heal was not needed at the moment, thankfully they were able to execute their attacks on the intended targets. Anemone had drifted back a bit more staying close to the rearguard to make sure everyone was staying alive through this ordeal. She would accumulate some sweat upon her brow as she had never been in a mob battle like this, they were certainly tough critters on these upper floors. But if everyone planned their attacks right, then the next batch of enemies should be easy to take down.

She had noticed a few things that could have gone better in this fight, but she doubted anyone could really read into the battle without making the necessary adjustments during what was actually happening. She would address these issues with the team after this current battle ended. That is, if she had the nerve to actually speak up about it.

Anemone buried her finger into her mouth as she looked between the three men and listened over the conversation. She was naturally defensive because she didn't have damage skills or any skills that helped with damage mitigation, so she always had to trust in the party leader not to lead them into a death trap or something. Soredell had brought up good points, it was good to be on guard. And Beat made some reasonable comments as well, as did Shield with not having to constantly look over your shoulder in terms of danger.

"Well, I think we are quite a well rounded team." She finally said, "Good DPS and a Tank who can take the brunt of the attacks and not so much as a scratch on him. I feel safe there is no doubt about that, I am just glad we are able to do this without much trouble. More experience for all of us. I am sure you guys will have plenty of things to do with the Skill Points when we wrap this dungeon up." @Shield

  15. A cherry red blush streaked her face when Mack had complimented on her support skill, "It usually doesn't go as well as it does. It's really up to the system I suppose. I used to beat myself up over not being able to help but I see it's a system thing and as you say, even DPS players miss on occasion. Looks like you got a handsome reward for your efforts. I am sure the guild will appreciate the col for guild...member things." She wasn't quite sure what col was used for other than guild amenities for housing and whatnot, she had wondered if she was now also able to join in the conferences and meetings as well. There was so much she had yet to understand and learn about being in a guild, it was her first time after all.

Her thoughts were a mass of so many different subjects and ideas that she had nearly forgotten that Mack's health had dropped once again after the last skirmish.

With a hand on the Thread of Life, Anemone shot the healing light towards Mack once more, so all he had to worry about was getting his energy restored. "If only I could use my energy to restore your energy, I think that would be a pretty neat skill for a Support to have. I think if that were to happen, you would be an unstoppable force of nature with me behind you," she gave off a small smile, pushing white hair off her shoulder as the healing process finished. "So, if you don't mind me asking. What kind of stuff do you enjoy doing, Mack? I mean, is all you do is hunt things?" @Mack

"Not today!" She said, she had lifted the ribbon once more and sent the aura through the thread like magic. Once more, Mack would notice that his Health Points have recovered once again from the Healer of the group. She smiled brightly, that was the first time her healing powers proc'ed one after another. She could already feel the wind of change, her soul filling with that confidence but she wouldn't get cocky about it. When the golden aura danced over Mack she would give another wide smile, "Not gonna let you down, Mack. Although you have them on the ropes now." It was true, she had noticed the mob HP was nothing more but a handful of points left. Another attack and he could reap his rewards and put another four bugs into the ground, "Quite the exterminator, huh?" she laughed folding her arms behind her back. Red eyes beamed all around her, they were going deeper into the forest now but she had no fear of it as she once had before.

  18. Things were a mess in Anemone's kitchen. Knives laying around, cutting board uncleaned, vegetables in the fruits section. How did it get like this? It was a kitchen catastrophe. The woman looked at the kitchen disaster with her hands on her hips shaking her head and 'tsk'ing at herself. This would not do at all. With a glare in her eyes, she pushed her sleeves up to her elbows and started to move around her stations and began cleaning everything up as it was supposed to be. An hour had been needed to sort things out and to put things back in place. Everything now looked spotless and she could resume her time in crafting. Though with the efforts of her last few dishes, nothing was really coming out how she expected. She would have to put in the extra effort and get things done if she wanted to be a true food artist.

  19. Anemone swept hair from off her shoulder. The white of snow strands lifted and fell evenly as she turned her head to look at the others, she had yet to say any other words especially when Beat and Shield defended her from Soredell's perfectly reasonable explanation that they were in a dangerous situation, which turned out to be not so dangerous after all. "Well in any case, you guys are making my job a lot easier. Anyone hurt? I don't think so in this case, I suppose tanks can be very self dependent on lower floors. I'm glad everyone is alright."

Happy eyes glanced off towards the side of the cave. The bioluminescent fungi was growing in small batches and Anemone had teased her bottom lip with a gnaw of her teeth as she sat on her knees and collected a few samples, "These might not taste very good, but maybe I can extract the source of light from them and make glowing food? Wouldn't that be neat?" The innocence that radiated from this girl was beyond normal levels for most people. She stood up and brushed off her knees and rejoined the group, standing behind Shield and Beat in the process. Thankfully she didn't fall over this time.

    @Shield

  20. Anemone had been focused on trailing behind the little dog Toto as it yipped and skipped about. When they fell behind slightly, it would shoot back into the clearing to get their attention once more before running around the group and darting back on towards the path. She found that to be super adorable, she had wanted a pet familiar as well, but without any basic damage skills she would probably never actually get one. There were many unfortunate things that came with being a Support Character and that is almost always relying on your team for help. Once more Mestophales and Chewie were back at it, scuffling around on the ground attempting to one up the other. The quiet woman had decided it best not to make any comments about stealing a weapon from Mack's forge, that was quite irresponsible for her and also to not give Chewie his credit as a Watch Bear?

With a meek voice, yet audible enough for the catgirl to hear Anemone had given her some advice to which might be a good idea to carry out, "Perhaps if you made a truce with Chewie that you'll bring him yummy food next time, he won't be so...aggressive towards you?" it was a thought at the very least to help pave a path of friendship between the two. Anemone continued to walk and noticed Tomas once more. She had been steering clear of that man and his cold eyes, but perhaps she was just over reacting over the entire situation. She slowed her pace to walk beside him, "Are you by chance open to confessions? I have had some...impure thoughts recently and would like to be cleansed of those if you ever have the time. Oh! But if you are not really a priest or anything, I won't bother you on the subject." Just as she was looking up, she had smiled, "Those look like some interesting looking...oh dear." The flock of Flying Monkeys had come crashing down towards them, but Mack had raised his weapon and slashed at them to move away from the group. Anemone took a moment to gather what needed to be done and she nodded at the others, "Ok...Now then, I just need to focus on keeping their HP up, everything should be fine. We have Mack with us." @Tomas

  21. Anemone had kept a defensive stance, or what she thought would appear to be defensive. The combined efforts between the dps and the tank were a solid unit to contend with. Each acting on their respective levels, the woman had only hoped they would be alright. Those golems had looked to be tough as nails as they cascaded blows against Shield, but as his name would appear to be, he took the pounding like a pro. Beat and Soredell also played their parts, taking massive amounts of hit points away from the mob pools that would soon end them. It was enough given they were all relatively safe as well, no one had their HP drop and even beat considered a small chat in the process.

Anemone's eyes fell on Beat as they hid behind the defensive might of Shield, his question was not something she did not think ahead of for herself, "Umm, I suppose I would just run? I tend to stay very close to safe zone boundaries when I go on materials hunts by myself, otherwise I usually bring someone to help me to act as a guard. I know I am squishy being a Support Character, but there are the advantages of thi-" as she was about to continue, she was interrupted by Soredell who asked to cut the chatter. Her eyes looked down and she gave a forlorn look, "S-sorry..."

There was a rather long list of what was expected of the woman as she joined what would be one of those prestigious and well known guilds in the game. From a meer invite and a quiet acceptance, she was now in the role of a Knight for the Blood Oaths, but as Mack would point out she would have to do what she was required to do in combat. And her role... the woman squinted her eyes as they came upon another Giant Soldier Ants, Mack doing his axe-thing and destroying a great deal of their hit points in a cataclysmic way. The woman, a now and new introduced player to the KoTB would show what her role was all about. Taking up the Life Thread in her hand, the woman shot a golden hue of light through the ribbon until it focused itself on Mack, she would not allow the Vice Commander to fall, although he had no trouble contending with these Soldier Ants.

They had become quite the team in a short amount of time, although from this point on, failure was not an option for her. She had to do, or she had to make due. There was no more of going in between, there was no more crying because of failure. She was a Knight, and be darndest not to make the most of it and to save as many lives as she could. @Mack

"I will show them I can do this. For Aincrad and to the Knights."

  23. Her hand was dwarfed by the Axe-man Vice Commander of the new guild she was now part of, whether it was official or not, she felt a bit of pride swell up in her chest when he mentioned it. To have a dedicated Healer and Support character, to be wanted, to be important. She almost felt teary eyed as she gave his hand a quick shake, "Thank you very much, Ma- or Vice Commander I should now be calling you." She smiled warmly, lifting up the twin capes that was tossed over her shoulder that was decorated in a royal blue pattern, "I suppose a change of color is needed. I shall make the changes as soon as I can," dye was not difficult to find from any alchemist shop or she could alway break down materials herself and do it that way.

With a small blush on her face, she had retrieved her hand from the mighty Mack and then looked around for a moment unsure of what to say or to do next. There was a small bit of silence as the figure looked to his HUD, "Yes, I am quite ready when you are. No time like the present!" she had no idea what she meant by that, but it felt right to say for the moment at least. Now that she was part of the guild, she had wondered what she would need to do first. The wardrobe change was priority, getting into colors. But, perhaps it was also time to meet the rest of the Knights. She would have to invite them all to her shop so they could have a magnificent feast.

  24. Shield had taken the lead for the team and they had entered what appeared to be a dimly lit cave by all standards of what would appear as the sub dungeon entrance. Bright red eyes set forth on the players as each one stepped through the Rabbit Hole with Anemone coming up in the rear. She had followed close behind Soredell, her hands together playing with the edge of her satchel as she stepped through the now illuminated cave. "So pretty..." she said mostly to herself as she drew upon the beauty of the enchanted cave. There had been bioluminescent flora around the cave giving everything a beautiful green glow sheen to their surface. It was such a beautiful light from the plants that she had almost wanted to pick one for herself just to have. Perhaps when there was no imminent danger, she could persuade the company to allow her to pick a few for materials. Of course, she wondered if they would even be edible? At the very least she could show one off or perhaps even create her own garden in the back of her store with them.

These thoughts surely made their way to her mind, but were easily subjected to change when her attention was brought upon a moving rock formation. Her eye brows furrowed and she took upon a defensive stance or lack thereof. She had watched the others make their run at these Golems? and pound their weapons into the heavily dense surface. It will take a while for them to crack through that surface, but she knew they were all very much prepared for the mobs in this dungeon. @Shield
