  1. Oh...right....Koga had forgotten to make Lishuu her weapons and what not...well, he best get started on it now. The man immediately went into the back of his shop, into the forge and immediately set to work. Except...what the hell was he going to make for them her? She hadn't given him any specifications. Just that she was going to be playing a support role. Well...Koga figured something that would give her plenty of reach...but one handed? Or two handed? Shield? Koga thought hard for a moment. "Aw, fuck it," he finally said, reaching for his hammer. "I'll just make 'em all for her, and whatev
  2. Unsure of what to do with that dagger he'd crafted the day before, Koga stared at thing, trying to decide what the hell to do with it. He could sell it he supposed...but that took work...work he didn't wanna do. At all. Shrugging, he stood and went to the store's front door again and threw it open. The few players who had been around the day before immediately took cover, figuring that whatever was about to happen would be detrimental to their health gauge. One of the newbies in town who didn't were about to get quite the treat. Randomly chucking the dagger at a player he shouted, "think
  3. Koga was little surprised when a blue head of hair walked through his shop's door. "Oh, Lish, what's up? Can I help you?" The man couldn't imagine what she wanted with him, but...here she was. It wasn't until she leaned over the counter seductively that the man understood. She wanted a weapon. 'A spear,' was the first thing that popped into Koga's head after a moment of thought. "I think I can fix you up something good," he said, "Why don't you come back later tonight, I should have something ready for you by then, okay?" Yeah. Koga had just the thing in mind.
  4. Item Name: Glory In Death Profession: Blacksmith Rank: 6 Roll ID: 183210 Roll Result: 12 Item Type: Dagger Tier: 1 Quality: Perfect Enhancements: Damage 2, Keen 1 Description: A dagger that is black as night and a bit smaller in size than normal. Every time a target is killed, it is almost as though you can feel the blade curl into a smile, although its shape never changes. Post Link:
  5. Crafting twice in one day? Koga must be losing his mind. But, then again, that was the first time he'd gotten a perfect craft so quickly...maybe he could push his luck just a little bit further...Firing up the bellows, the man heated his metals and began hammering away. The first craft didn't make it, which did not bode well. Even still, for some reason or another, Koga still remained hopeful. The second craft though. Now THAT was a dagger. It was a sinister thing though. Not that was something that actually bothered Koga. He wore all black after all, like the edgelord he was.
  6. "Eh, save your money. I'll buy own drinks, don't worry about it. I can answer whatever questions you have," Koga said to the newest newcomer with a smile. Inside, two different Koga's were battling it out with fisticuffs. In the end, pragmatic Koga won. He needed to get out and make some more friends. He hadn't let himself have any fun since it happened. If anything, it would be good for the man's mental health. "I know a good place not too far from here if you guys wanna go?" he offered up. Good cheap food and drink, and warm beds for those who didn't have homes yet. Koga realized he had
  7. Well...it wasn't like he needed them for anything, so...Koga picked up the best of the lot, a black sword with a ruby pommel and peeked outside of his shop. Yeah. That guy would do. The sound of the shop's door bursting open echoed down the street and was quickly followed by the sound of metal and leather connecting with some kid's skull. "It's a piece of shit, but you look like you could use something better than the trash you got now!" he shouted at the boy before slamming the door to his shop closed. A look of bewilderment went around those who had witnessed the event...did w
  8. Item Name: The Blackstone Shard Profession: Blacksmith Rank: 6 Roll ID: 183173 Roll Result: 12 Item Type: One-Handed Straight Sword Tier: 1 Quality: Perfect Enhancements: Damage III Description: A long black colored sword, the weapon in question is thought to be inspired by the prison on the first floor. The blade points to a doubled edged tip, making it sturdy. The blade though is light, the blade sturdy but thin, and the guard is brought on by a flat but simplistic design. Bringing it all to a bow with the handle, wrapped in black leather and a black Ruby at the end. It’s g
  9. Koga walked into the shop hunched over, he may as well have been staring at the ground. Actually, he was staring at the ground...Not that that mattered. What did matter were the roughly five or six large sacks the man had slung over his shoulder, all clanking noisily with a variety of gear and weapons. The man smiled sheepishly at the merchant he doubted remembered him in the slightest. "So, uh, do you mind junkselling all this?" he asked before setting the bags down with heavy thuds. "I'm so sorry about this," he apologized, knowing the sheer quantity was probably going to be very annoying fo
  10. Koga wasn't sure why, but he had the urge to forge today, despite not having any orders, or any real designs in mind. Maybe he just felt like taking some of his aggression out on some metal or something. In any case, the man walked into the back of his shop, lit the forge, and got to work. By the end of it all, Koga had four swords of varying quality before him. Somehow, Okami had slept through all the racket, and was still snoring peacefully in the corner as Koga gave the weapons their final polish. Well...what to do with them now?
  11. Koga could suddenly hear a strangely familiar voice shouting over all the commotion that was going on. Curious, the man swiveled his head in the direction of the voice and watched as a blonde girl shouldered her way through the dispersing crowd and ran towards the small gathering of disgruntled folks, of course asking if anyone needed to be healed. "Oh, hey Astralin," Koga greeted her before answering her question, "Nothing to heal but bruised egos, I think. Nothing to worry about." He ended the sentence with a shrug. He didn't really understand what they'd been fighting about if he was g
  12. The larger man clearly didn't get it. The idiot shouted back at Koga in response, Koga was about to step forward and explain to him why the man probably had as many brain cells as he did testicles, but before he even had a chance, the blue-haired woman stepped forward and quite literally stuck her finger in the man's face, and spoke softly but in a clearly chastising tone. Koga blinked in surprise. She was completely dwarfed by the armored buffoon, the absurdity of her telling the man off the way she was took Koga aback for a moment. After having appropriately scolded the armored man, she
  13. Koga had been at the Monument since the early morning. It had been the first time he'd visited the location since Noctua and Tala had died. He'd avoided it, really. For some reason, he thought that seeing their names carved into the granite slab and crossed out would make their deaths real. Some part of him had clung to the idea that he might one day wake up from this nightmare, and they'd both still be alive. That by looking for their names on the monument, he'd be truly killing them. "They're already dead," he'd told himself. "You have to visit them. You owe them that much." It had take
  14. Before Koga had even finished his sentence, two of the three quickly began to fight. Okay, well, it was less of a fight, and more of just the larger man beating the absolute piss out of the skinny guy. Their third, a blue haired woman, shouted at him to step him. For anyone to step in. "Oh, you can't be serious," the swordsman grumbled as he slammed his shop's door closed behind him. The armored man was really doing a number on the smaller man. Or rather, he would be if this wasn't a safezone and the man wasn't using just his fists with apparently no martial arts skill. In addition to the
  15. Peace at last. After spending most of the morning hammering away at ingots of god only knew what in his forge (and far too many failed crafts for a smith of his rank), Dax had set aside his hammer and decided to watch the storefront, Okami lazing at his side, per usual. It was a shame that he didn't actually own any books to read, as the shop was empty for the time being. Even still, Koga was just glad for the silence. "If they can't get through to your hit points, you're much less likely to die." "And if they can't hit you, that doesn't even matter!" Shouting and the clamor of
  16. House Name: Respite Location: Floor 11, Taft Description: While nowhere near opulent, Koga's house is, by the very least, comfortable. A mixture of brick and plaster, although it appears a bit more modern than anything you'd typically find on Floor 11, it doesn't stick out. Enclosed by brick walls, it is not unlikely to see smoke coming from the back of house, where the forge sits. The interior is similarly designed. Although it does appear more contemporary than the rest of Aincrad, it does not feel entirely out of place. The first floor contains the living room, dining room, and kitchen
  17. The black water continued to rise, quickly reaching up to the player's waists, bogging them down as Shion made her way over to Koga. With a grunt of effort, Koga hoisted the armored woman up onto the balcony. The water was almost at chest level as he took a step back and peered up at the woman. She reached down and offered Koga a hand. Koga jumped, and reached out to grab the hand. As soon as the two clasped hands, the balcony collapsed. Koga had plenty of time to ponder what had just happened as he was pinned beneath the murky waves. Most likely the added weight of the unnaturally thick
  18. Yeah...that sounded like about right for someone Shion would be worried about. Koga just gave the woman a short nod. At least now he knew what he was looking for. Although, Tier 3, that guy was probably faring better than they were in all this. So remind Koga again why they were the ones looking for him? It wasn't long after that Shion pointed up at the roof tops, and Koga caught the briefest glimpse of purple dashing behind a rooftop. Smart. Koga looked stopped a second and looked around a moment before spotting a balcony low enough from them to use. Koga ran over to it and gestured for

  20. Koga suddenly felt someone grab his shoulder and the man went to draw his sword as he turned. The weapon was already halfway drawn before he recognized the form of Azhoda, her armor marred from the inky rain, and her hair, likewise containing streaks of grey and black now, clinging to her head. She wasn't taking 'no' for an answer from the sound of it. Koga looked back behind him at the group he and the others had been shepherding. Already the girls were moving up along the hill, the blonde dragging the other behind her. "Damn it," Koga swore. They'd be fine. The man turned back to the re
  21. Koga put every ounce of strength into each of his hammer's blow. The sound of metal striking metal echoed off the walls as sweat beaded at the man's brow. The first craft was a failure. It didn't surprise the man, nor did it surprise him when each one after that was as well. The day was nearly done now. He had one last chance. The blacksmith paused and took a deep breath. It was all or nothing now. The forge roared to life again for the eighth time that day, and the ingot was heated until it could be shaped. The hammer struck, and the metal glowed iridescent, morphing into shape. ---
  22. Koga hardly moved as the NPCs and Players around him began to rush outside, and the two women near him began barking orders. "Goddamn it..." he muttered to himself, "Gimme a break, I just sat down." Despite his complaints, the man stood, stein of beer in hand began to quickly gulp it down as he walked with the crowd. Thud! There wasn't so much as a shout as the green haired woman suddenly shoved Koga aside, and just in time. The roof crashed down, right where he'd been standing, and somehow, nowhere else. The man stared in both surprise and amazement at how pristine the rest of the t

  24. Koga had just walked out of the backroom forge to the shopfront, wiping the soot from his hands with a dirty rag, only to see a woman scribbling out an order and leaving them on the counter before issuing some instructions and leaving very, very quickly. "...What in the fuck?" Koga had had a few odd balls come through the shop before, but he'd never had anyone yeet out like that before. Whatever...Koga picked up the order and gave it a quick read before heading into the back again. Here's hoping the RNG Gods were on his side for once...
  25. Exiting the alley, Koga found himself on one of the main thoroughfares of the town, marked only by the fact that the street was just a little bit wider than the others. Not that that was much comfort. A quick look around, and Koga quickly realized all the NPCs, and supposedly the Players too, had found some semblance of shelter inside. With a loud crash, the door of the nearest tavern flew open, the flash of lightning throwing a sinister silhouette into the room, accompanied by the crash of thunder. As the foreboding light faded, the silhouette took on the form of a very, very sodden man.
