[PP-F2] A Night of Freedom.

Recommended Posts

After Zel stepped forward to greet me and accepted his present after saying it was unnecessary I simply just handed it to him regardless whether or not he actually wanted it. After that the party began to pick up and i looked around at everyone in very elegant clothing for the occasion meanwhile im here in a bit more of a modern party outfit that actually reminded me of something i wore to a party in the real world. To some it up everyone looked 1920 while i looked 2020 if only i could get a pair of red sneakers into the game this would exactly mimic an outfit that I did actually where to a party in the real world. Either way i felt out of place as i noticed the girls with there silk gloves and then me with the un-tucked modern style. At least i had the decency to take off the headband and get a tie; after about a few more minuets of feeling awkward i decided to embrace it and roll up my sleeves to my elbows to really give off the different more immature look i had going.

I then walked over to the food since of course i was hungry im actually not sure if i was ever not hungry. Maruchan certainty was since he ignored all the people around and stuck with me to get some food. The spread was insane I don't think I've ever seen this much food at one time in this game. I began pouring myself a drink pondering why the hell maruchan is acting so damn behaved. He's actually just following me around rather than climbing all over me not to mention how quiet he has been since we greeted Zel. I then walked back to my group of first comers i was originally standing among and spotted jomei looking a bit deflated Hey Jomei, nice party isn't it? Personally i feel out of place because I admit i expected to show up and get wasted but, even maruchan is acting civil sophisticated like its the 1920's. I said as i put a hand on jomei's shoulder basically explaining my thoughts of the past ten minuets. It's almost a shame really having two of Aincrad's best performers in attendance but choosing to go with a recording crystal for music. Im not saying a performance is in order with respect to Zel's party but hell I'm down to play anytime hahaha. I joked as i took a drink from the glass i was holding.

Alex left the corner, and wanted to attempt to make some friends. So he walked up to Zelrius, the birthday guy, and said "Nice party you got here. Thank you for inviting me, it's an honor. I am becoming a tailor and opening shop soon, so I will sure give you a discount if you like if you stop there!!!!" Alex held out his hand. "I am Alex. You are Zelrius right? Well do me a favor bro." Alex leaned in closer to Zelrius, and said: " You need to have a great party. Make sure you enjoy it." And then, Alex also said: " Pump out the Green Day on the speakers later if you could. You listen to Green Day ever?" Green Day was an older band that stopped playing out of a financial breakdown five years ago, when people stopped listening. Their songs after the 2000's sucked anyways, all of the older ones were beautiful. But Green Day started losing popularity slowly, decreasing tons of listeners yearly, until in 2016, a member of the band died from a car wreck, and a year later Green Day was ruined. Then Alex turned back to Zel. " I am so happy you invited me Zelrius. This may be a chance for me to actually make friends. Thanks bro. It means a lot to me."

It was definitely odd being escorted to a party by her guild master, not that she really cared, it was actually kinda fun seeing the looks she got as they entered, Shirosu enjoyed messing with peoples heads. Originally Mack had messaged her and asked f she was going to Zelrius's party, after she had replied yes he asked her to go with him as a friend and knowing the ruckus it would cause she agreed immediately. Shirosu Gasped when the tall, completely crimson guild master mentioned their might not be any food left,"Not if i can help it!" she exclaimed, her little legs taking about two strides for every one of Macks. As she walked her teal dress fluttered gently around her knees, she felt a little awkward in a dress but it didn't take her to long to forget what she was wearing.

She recognized some faces at the party and plenty she didn't, including the host. When Mack introduced her she smiled and said pleasantly,"Thanks for inviting me, and its nice to meet you" She didn't spend to much time there before Mack lead her to the dance floor and asked her if she could dance she scoffed,"Pfft, guess you have no clue about the house i was raised in, but ill let you in on a tidbit, i can dace very well"  When he asked for a particular jig in a low tone she had no clue what she was going to be doing but when she heard the tune she almost broke down in tears. This had been her dads favorite dance to teach her. Compared to the normal slow dance moves this had been a fun refreshing class that when she was little, her dad had loved to be her partner for, and she had been teaching it to her sister right before SAO.

Wasting no time Shirosu hoped right into the thicket of the Lindy Hop and matched all of Macks moves step for step, she even laughed a few times as she swung off his fingers, she had forgotten what dancing like that had felt like.  after the final move Shirosu let out a content sigh and laughed," This is the one i know best, great pick" She let go of Macks hand and straightened out, panting slightly at the energy of the dance,"Now, i heard there was food, me like food" she said, reverting back a much normal pattern of behaviour for herself.

As she tapped him on the shoulder, she didn't realize her had already begun a conversation with Zelrius. Opal smiled and waited trying not to be rude, but it only took a moment for him to turn around and he stared straight into her eyes. She smiled up at him, a big smile on her face when he complimented on her. She looked around and there certainly was a lot of good looking gals out here tonight who were beautified for the occasion, "Thanks, Law. And yeah, I wasn't sure if I was going either to be honest. I got your message and the a few others. My alerts were actually supposed to be turned off..But I'm glad I was able to see yours..." Opal's hand was kissed by the tall blonde, her face unrelenting in giving up that smile that spread ear to ear.

More flattery comments rolled from the silver tongues performer and she blushed when he said he missed her and then hugged her and talked lowly into her ear on how she was able to get away from her training, "Begging and pleading. I promised Master Myoga I will be training three times harder after tonight. I think he figured I'd deserved a bit of rest."

Opal moved herself to his side, taking up his arm as they walked over to Vasth and his companion and Lawfer introduced them to Opal. She had met Vasth that one time when Mack was 'escorting' Shirosu to the forge and while he was having a duel with that brunet, the name had escaped her. Opal clung to Lawfer's arm but she was curious as to who else had arrived. She peered over her shoulder and found a number of The Velvet Room members stationed by the seating arrangements, she would like to talk to them as well sometime later in the evening and do a little catching up. They all looked well dressed, she was happy she was able to look the part at least. Lawfer was pleasing to the eye in his navy blue tuxedo. It was just a nice coincidence that they were able to match for the evening in blue attire.

Takao nodded as his arm found a comfortable spot hanging from the crook of his neck. His expression mirrored hers, a broad smile plastered across his face, as well as a slight reddish colour. "Yeah, I really like it." he said as his hand fell from his shoulders. "I think it looks great on you." He swallowed as she leaned closer, and exhaled the breath he'd been holding in when she fixed his collar, quickly stammering out a "Thanks" before strengthening his voice by clearing his throat. She appeared to be very nonchalant by the seemingly intimate gesture, which deepened the colour that decorated his face. The conversation's shift away from their exchange of compliments helped to soothe his nervousness. "I can tell." he said, exhaling a lighthearted chuckle alongside her. His eyes fell onto the guild icon hovering beside her name and his head tilted slightly. He would question how he hadn't noticed it earlier, but he had a pretty solid idea of what had been preoccupying his attention. "You joined up with the Crimson Blades? That's awesome! They're really growin' quick, aren't they?" he said as he turned his eyes back to hers.

"I'm sure he's enjoyin' some time to himself." he said in reassurance, leaving out the small feast he'd left out for the monster for while he was away. Takao was sure the monster had finished it before he'd even reached the warp gate. "I bet he would've liked to have seen you again though." he quickly added on before clearing his throat.

"I don't really know him all that well, actually. To be honest, I'm kinda surprised he even thought to invite me." Another light chuckle escaped, this time accompanied by a dismissive shrug of his shoulders. "I've seen him a few times at the boss fight meetings and we partied up for a quest once, but that it's really. But you must've left quite the impression on him, since he invited you. He didn't have to save you from a boar too, did he?" he teased, leaning forward to gently nudge her.

Eulalia placed her fists upon her hips and puffed her cheeks out in mock defiance. "Well, I guess I could be the first then." She told Kalesh, acting like a stubborn child, before giggling rather heavily.  He was quick to shut down her denial of her look and she blushed, turning away and hiding her face.  She peeked up at the redhead. "T-thanks, Kalesh.  That's really nice of you..." She told him, her voice wavering slightly with embarrassment.

Eulalia elicited a jubilant giggle at Kalesh's response to being dragged away. "Please, you could call me Lady Lia as often as you wanted." She replied, gazing up at him adoringly.  When Kalesh asked if they could just do slow dancing, Eula scoffed. "You don't know me very well if you thought I was the kinda girl who doesn't like slow dancing." She informed him, slowing her pace as she entered the dance floor.  She began to slowly move into position, her right hand holding Kalesh's above their heads and her left placed tenderly upon the slightly taller man's shoulder. "Well, Sir Kalesh, it's the man's job to lead the woman~" She teased, tilting her head to the right.

Miriko hadnt had the chance to properly look at Vasth until now. His blond hair was tied back, Emerald eyes bright, dressed in a black blazer, vest and jeans. Simple but made him look good, handsome. "You look handsome Vasth." She grinned. Vasth suddenly pointed and waved at a nearby couple. Miriko and Vasth made their way over to the couple. Vasth introduced the couple to Miriko as Opal and Lawfer. "Nice to meet you, Im Miriko, Vasth's girlfriend." The short brunette smiled. Well Im certainly more social than normal tonight.

"Yeah, the Blades have been great. They took me in without a second thought." In truth they had been more than amazing to her, offering her a place to to base herself out of, and providing the kinship she needed to get settled into her new life. "They are growing fast. I hope to earn a spot as an officer one day." She added with a smile. She wanted to see them grow into something big, and to be part of that. Strangely It wasn't until they started speaking of the guild, that she noticed her Commander had arrived with Shirosu. The pair seemed to steal the show as they hit the dance floor in a grand fashion. They really were a confident pair, she thought to herself thoughtfully before returning back to her current conversation.

"Well, I was pretty surprised by the invite too. We only talked for a bit, and it wasn't anything special, nothing worth warranting notice." She said while touching her chin in a thoughtful manner. "No, He didn't save me from a boar, or anything." She laughed bouncing her hip into Takao's playfully. "And now that your here, I expect you to save me from any other trouble I get in to." She said with a happy wink.

She took another look around at the festivities unwinding around them. everything was so nice, and everyone seemed to be smiling and having fun. It was great to see a real world here, with real people just relaxing. In a way it was almost magical. All the women were dressed like princesses, and the men were handsomely clothed. For a moment she felt like she was at one of those balls from the old fairy tales. She moved in to stand beside him now, closer than before and sighed happily. "It really is nice."

A moment later and the scene was interrupted by the gentle rumble of her tummy. She giggled again, looking up at Takao with a smile. "Sorry, I haven't eaten in a bit." She said in an almost embarrassed voice. "Would you mind escorting me to get a quick bite to eat?" As she asked she reached up and linked her own arm in Takao's pulling herself closer.

It was a party. A birthday Party. Not just for anyone, No. It was a birthday party for a man with a sense of flair, and charisma. A man who was eccentric and extravagant. A man who had done incredible things, and in his own way become a symbol of Aincrad. This was was none other than Zelrius.

Nikki crept lightly through the field being careful to avoid prying eyes. She hadn't wanted to be spotted approaching the party. She had been on another Hiatus to deal with some of her own problems, and while she may not have sorted all of them out, she had no intention of missing out on such a grand event. By the time she arrived it looked as though things were in full swing. People were dancing and having fun, couples were swooning and Zelrius was, as always, the focal point of the affair. "You and that damn tuxedo." She whispered to herself as she continued to get closer. It seemed as though most of the party goes had already made their well wishes, and had moved on to enjoy the festivities, leaving her the perfect chance to get closer.

She had dressed up for the occasion, with her simple blue dress, and pulling her hair back into a neat blue bun. It was a look she was known for, being blue that is. In fact since her own start, it had been her staple color. Everything was blue for her, her armor, her shield, even the spear that she had loaned out to another tank was Blue. But now it had been so long, that maybe no one would know who she was, no one that is except for Zel.

With a smile she crept up behind him as he rocked in his chair, and without a hint of hesitation she placed a hand gently on his shoulder. "Well it looks like you've done well for yourself." She said with a smile. "It's been a while, Zelrius."

He smiled as his date told him he could call her Lady Lia anytime he wanted, chuckling at the idea of him going around referring to her like that in public. "I probably could, it's alliteration! On the other hand though I've never been big on being that formal." He shrugs as he was dragged to the dance floor "And I only speak the truth!" He said proudly as she got into position with him for the slow dance. He smiles at the chance to dance with her and brings his arm around to the middle of her back, mindful of where his feet were before he responded to what he perceived as manipulation using his masculinity! "This is true, Lady Lia, then lead us I shall!" He says despite following her cue and starting by leading to the right, gently moving her arm whenever they changed direction, slowly waltzing with his date across the dance floor while looking into her eyes with his own green pair. He was straight up bluffing, just following every scrap of information he had ever gathered from videos or pictures. That said, he did consider himself good at mimicry so he just hoped it translated over well enough he didn't embarrass his date!

Tristan's generally red looking appearance  (not helped by the unique shield on his back which gave off an aura of warmth) was like a polar opposite to the blue of Niki, the latter of which admittedly suited Azure Brigade better. Tristan had his cloak that was recently tailored, blue with a unique red trim. He was next to Zelrius still in his imposing fully equipped look, when he noticed a player came up to up to her. Was this...?

He had only heard of Nikki in part of conversation with mostly Zelrius, said to be the biggest tank in Sword Art Online before he became it. She was also the player he knew that had a blue notif to them, comparing to Tristans red and black and Zels gold. "Greetings Nikki, how are you? You may have not met me but probably heard of me, Tristan Delaney.". He knew that she had returned to fighting for a period when he was on a break from fighting and remaining at home, so clearly it was just poor luck they never met. "But yes, we have all come very far. Floors far, mind you, Zelrius here is one of the few to have cleared multiple floors, I've only ever been in one floor boss. To think though so many here haven't seen a floor boss before...".

Tristan caught himself on his tangent and did a slightly flustered expression, saying "Oh excuse me, got lost on one there. Anyhow, it is good to see players such as yourself."

"Well, now you have an excuse to be formal, now don't ya?" Eulalia teased. "After all... You wouldn't want to make me upset, now would you?" She put on some puppy eyes for added effect.  Eula felt a warmth spread from the point at which Kalesh's hand made contact with her thin, partially exposed back; his touch was surprisingly gentle, but gave the girl a sense of security at the same time.

She let the man take control, dancing the duo around the floor ever so slowly and gracefully.  The entire time she gazed up into the redhead's eyes, a connection between verdant globes, like two flowering trees speaking to one another through some mystical, magnificent means.  Eulalia lost all focus of the world around her, setting her mind only on the man guiding her around and holding her so tenderly but firmly.  Eula could tell her partner was no measure of a professional, but he certainly provided a convincing cover... But did Eula care?  No, she adored the way he danced, whether it was professional or not.  The first man within SAO to cause Eulalia to relax was dancing with her as if they were old friends from times before their imprisonment...

Eulalia mentally scoffed at the word 'imprisonment'.  It may have felt that way during the beginning... But the girl couldn't help but wish she could stay forever.  She was finding friends and bravery here... And maybe even romance, whenever that would come around.  Her childhood obsession with romance had quite blatantly expressed itself in her time within the game in the form of bashfulness around males... But Kalesh had snaked his way around that weakness.  In Eula's eyes, the redhead was like a cobra; deadly, sneaky and above all graceful.  Eulalia never thought she'd become affectionate towards and attractive cobra...

Eulalia's thoughts returned to reality and she was still gazing up into a mirror of her own eyes... Only more confident and kind than bashful and adoring.  Without really thinking about it, the girl turned her head away and leaned it upon Kalesh's chest, her green hair bundling up against the dapper suit.  She could only hope the redhead would take to it okay... She didn't want to create an awkward situation...

Piera watched with an interested smile as Kalesh and Lee hit it off, even exchanging friend requests much to her pleasure. Her grin only widened as she nodded in agreement to Lee's statement that he could clean up nice when he wanted to. "Damn straight." When she spoke of schmoozing, he stated that he was more of a mingler and she proposed, "Well you mingle while I schmooze."

When they met up with Lowenthal, her lips curled in a somewhat shy smile at the compliment from her friend and guild leader, to which Lee responded in his usual cocky way, shaking the other man's hand. Her attention was directed back to the girl on his arm when he introduced her and the alchemist nodded in greeting with a friendly smile. "Well it's a pleasure to meet you Persephone, you look as lovely as your namesake."

Looking now at Jomei as he shook her boyfriend's hand, she smiled appreciatively. "Nice look by the way Jomei. Formal and yet still very 'you'." Piera saw his content expression falter as he caught sight of something, though because there were so many people, she couldn't tell what brought him down. The only thing she could think of was the fact that Carmine wasn't here. Then it struck her as she looked back at Persephone. Both of his friends had 'dates'. Glancing at the ginger with newfound sympathy she nodded at what Lee told him. "Yeah, you don't have to stick here with us if you don't want to. Go chat up a pretty girl or something."

It was then that she noticed Lowe's distraction, the brunette craned her neck and asked curiously, "What are you looking at?"

A dark haired player came behind the Irishman, resting a hand on his shoulder to get his attention as he spoke of it being a shame that Zelrius was using a recording crystal to play music instead of taking use of the 'two best performers in Aincrad', to which she assumed he was referring to himself along with Jomei. Then it clicked and she realized she knew him from her shop, the player that had attempted to put in an order and get her attention using an annoying bell. The memory neutralized her happy expression, watching the interaction with passiveness.

Kalesh blinked down as his date gave him adorable puppy-dog eyes, tempting him to continue calling her Lady Lia to which he could only really agree! He let out a soft sigh though to preserve the drama before saying "Alright, alright~ I'll call you Lady Lia for the rest of the night. Fair?" He smiled down at her and into her eyes. He could feel the warmth against his hands and where she touched him. He honestly found the comforting warmth to be a surprise. Just how precise was this game going to get? He hadn't exactly done much more touching than handshakes with most players, so the feeling was a pleasant surprise at the very least, and certainly one he was enjoying.

As they waltzed around the flowery field of the mountain top, he put the greatest piece of his focus on his Lia, particularly avoiding his dates feet whenever he stepped. He tried keeping her from getting embarrassed to have chosen him as her partner tonight. The vast majority of those around didn't know him, so he had no reason to worry about his own failures, they'd forget he existed in a few days. What mattered to him was making sure the lady before him was happy with him. With that in mind his eyes softened while looking into her own and he kept a smile stuck to his face. He had no idea he had been found out as not really being a dancer, aware that she would probably figure him out. Still, he danced for as long as the music that filled the air continued to play for them in the hopes to please her and keep her from regretting choosing him. He hadn't the slightest idea what coincidence caused them both to have green eyes, his were unnaturally colored for his traditions, and there was no complaint anywhere inside his thoughts while looking into her eyes. Green was one of his favorite colors, so the fact she seemed to like it was well made him rather happy as well as eager to keep his eyes towards her while they both ignored the party around them together.

For a moment he thought he saw something in her adorable eyes change, like she had a revelation, but he had no time to think on that. A moment later he felt through his shirt the pressure and the warmth of her head resting against his chest! She could probably hear the sound of his heart stuttering both in-game and in the real world, speeding up from the surprise of her action. It even started to throw the rest of him off-rhythm! He quickly realized he was going to trip though, so he decided to cheat. He took a deep inhale and narrowed his eyes a bit before opening them again. He didn't know if there were rules against using skills or something like that, but he forced himself to concentrate using a similarly named skill anyways. The rhythm of his steps returned to normal and he let out his breath slowly. He realized that with her closer to him, his arm was no longer in a good position, partly scrunched against him. He fixes that before long, the arm wrapping around Lia and resting over her upper back, just below her neck.. He accepted the embrace, despite the initial shock, and continued the dance as he felt was all but expected of him. He even felt bold enough to stretch out a finger to feel her hair's softness before returning it to her back. "U-uhm..." It took him a moment to process but he did say to her "I guess dancing does bring people closer together, hm?" He was obviously a bit flustered despite his usual calmness and wit, but there wasn't an ounce of negative emotion going through him!

"What, no harem tonight?" asked Azide, who now stood to the right of X. He swirled the clear liquid in his glass before downing a swig of the icy liquid. It was water, of course- but there was no need to draw attention to the fact.

From the way they were positioned, with himself looking straight out ahead and flanked by his former guildmate, he reflected that it would not have been out of place to picture them sipping on beers in some suburban alleyway.

He shook his head disapprovingly, though the smile on his face would no doubt give him away. "You're slipping, X. Don't think I've forgotten about all of those girls you used to chase back in the day." Azide turned to gauge the guitarist's reaction, and caught a brief glimpse of another guest in the distance. Looking the youth straight in the eye, he asked slyly, "So, anybody here catch your eye? Or did you come just for ole Zelrius over here?"

"Alright, that sounds fair to me." Eulalia agreed with Kalesh's compromise, glad that he'd yielded to her request in the end.  He really was quite the gentleman in her eyes, and she was honestly astounded that he hadn't come with a date in the first place.  The entire time the two danced, Lia could feel the fidgety vibe emanating from the man... He was obviously afraid of Lia ratting out his dancing inexperience, so in respect she kept quiet about it.  When she rested her head upon Kalesh's chest, she could feel his heart pounding against his quest - Lia seemed to have succeeded in flustering her partner... Which was briskly confirmed by the sudden movement in Kalesh's semi-graceful footwork.  Before she could even gasp, she felt some kind of ethereal force set then back on track.

"That was cheating, Kalesh..." She mumbled softly against the redhead's chest, before feeling his arms shift to her back.  She could feel the man's finger tease her hair, and she giggled as she answered Kalesh. "Dancing brings people very close together, closer together than one might think~" She agreed, nodding before changing their combined position once more.  She shrugged Kalesh's arms down to her waist and locked her wrists around the back of Kalesh's neck, giving her a very decent view of the man. "Kalesh, you can play with my hair any time you like, you know?" Lia explained, giggling afterwards. "Pamper me as much as you desire, I don't bite... And I would return the favour, but I'm not exactly sure about what you might enjoy..." She teased with a subtle wink, resting her chin upon Kalesh's chest, still gazing up at her handsome and debonair partner.

As the dance number with Shirosu came to an end the Grandmaster of the Crimson Blades drew the silver-maned woman into the very briefest of embraces before separating from her and pushing her to arm's length while retaining a grip on her right hand which he raised to his lips to kiss before releasing. "Thank you for the dance," he rumbled in a low tone as Shirosu indicated she was going to go on an epic quest to the buffet tables. "Just don't make yourself sick. I'm not sure who eats more, you or Chewie," Mack said, referencing his grizzly bear familiar. The massive blacksmith watched as Shirosu disappeared into the crowd and scanned the various party goers, hoping to come up with another dance partner. He had one very particular woman in mind, but she would be the final dance of the evening.

He smiled as the two of them reached a mutual understanding on what she would be called, looking down at her happily as she hugged onto him and suggested he cheated! "Oh? And what gave you that idea? Did I put in some console command when nobody was looking?" He grinned mischievously despite her closeness and says "Only cheating if I get caught~" He teases before she changed their positions and she made her explanation of what he could do for her. His eyes were wide as it processed. She was asking for him to pamper her? That she would return the favor? His mind was racing while getting overwhelmed by several thoughts at once."Very, very close..." He mutter softly and then grits his teeth as his hands take a gentle but firm hold of her hips, holding her smaller form to his own. He resolved himself to stay on the manlier side of things and not to give into any timid nature that was telling him to blush and retreat. He was blushing, though, not able to stop it just like anybody else!

She said he could, so he removes a hand from her hip and raises it, gently weaving his fingers through her hair as his palm gently rests against the side of her head. Holding onto sheer willpower alone he forces the next words forward "If you don't know, then I guess we can spend a nice long while figuring it out." He grins down at her, one hand still on her hip as they moved across the dance floor. Despite the confidence he was trying to exude and the way he twisted words to his meaning, the blush on his face made it apparent he was a bit more panicked behind the mask he wore, so to speak. "I don't think I would really mind pampering you... and your hair feels lovely..." He gently runs his fingers through it and then returns his hand at last to her hip, looking down at her as he both blushed and grinned at the same time.

"That's really awesome. It's nice to see a big guild up 'n running." he said as his thoughts momentarily drifting to the memories of the few guilds he'd been in. They hadn't worked out in the end, though the end result of him going back to being a solo player hadn't really changed much in his daily life regardless. He shook the thoughts from his head and refocused on her. "I'm sure you'll have no problems gettin' there, 'specially considering how far you've gotten in just a few days." he said in reassurance, displaying confidence in her ability to succeed despite not being entirely knowledgeable about how the guild operated. He followed her gaze to glance over at Mack and Shirosu, and chuckled at the sight of the large figure being rather light on his feet. Plenty of familiar faces that he hadn't noticed until now were beginning to sprout up. Lowenthal and Jomei were among them, and he made a mental note to say hello at some point before the festivities died down.

He grinned wide at the playful bump and wink. "Something tells me you'll be pretty safe here, buuut I guess I could hang around." he said, imitating her playful hip bump and wink. "Just in case." A moment of silence fell over the two as she glanced around at the party, and he did the same. He found it all extremely calming, oddly more so than the time he spent relaxing on his own. Everybody all gathered for the same cause and enjoying a moment of respite despite what the near future held in store was a nice sight to see.

He stole a sidelong glance at her when she moved closer, and smiled slightly when he heard her stomach rumble. The colour in his cheeks and his wide smile returned in force when she hooked her arm around his. "I'd love to." he said as he turned and began walking alongside her in the direction of the food.

"You used some kind of skill.  You cheated." Eulalia explained blatantly, chuckling into Kalesh's chest. "And you did get caught; by yours truly~" She teased back.  She noticed the blush spreading over Kalesh's skin, attempting to imitate his hair colour, but she understood why, thus deciding to leave it alone.  Lia began to almost melt when Kalesh started to play with her soft verdant hair, his masculine palm against the side of her head.  She closed her eyes gently and allowed Kalesh do as he pleased. "Kalesh, if it takes forever to figure out, so be it.  I could stand here all day and let you do this~" Lia chastised the redhead.  She kept her eyes closed, placing her trust in her partner to guide her across the dance floor safely. "If you pampered me I'd be the happiest woman in Aincrad..." She encouraged her partner, before giggling. "And I'm unsure as to whether I'm supposed to say 'thank you' or 'your welcome'." She joked, still giggling.

Kalesh's hand left Lia's hair and she pouted up at him. "Oh, you're bored already?" She teased, unlocking her wrists from Kalesh's neck and bringing them behind her head.  Her hands worked on the ponytail she worked so hard to get to stay, and finally her green hair fell down to the nape of her neck, surrounding her head like a green cloak. "So, whaddya think I could do in return for the honor of your pampering?" She asked, smiling mischievously.
