What is the actual upside of using two handed weapons? You're giving up all the max 50 MIT a shield gives you for..? I chose to use them so long ago I've forgotten the reason.

It definitely seems like the system is stacked in the favor of a select few builds. Heavy armor vs light armor is similar, light armor gets savvy and so much more than heavy armor but they mitigate exactly the same damage even though the payoff for choosing heavy is MIT realistically O.o

Morpheus isn't fighting Neo... but @Ssendom is taking on the three front line fighters in the Knights of the Blood Oath strike force: @Mack, @Ethereal, and @Macradon. Come one, come all... I think we're selling tickets for 30 col apiece... unless Dom doesn't like that idea... hopefully my comrades don't leave me hangin' or this is going to be a VERY one-sided duel.

Just want to say thanks to Manta and Zelrius. These boss-fights have got my alchemical businesses to increase. Some even buying in stock and/or Rares!

That moment you wish you'd picked a one handed weapon so you could get a shield and actually tank ;_;

My new idea:
1 - Get a big ass shield.
2 - Make it cap Thorns and MIT when you equip it with your equipment.
3 - Fight with two handed weapon until you need to tank (Parrying here).
4 - Switch to your shield, turtle and howl.
5 - Profit.
6 - Max out Block and Safeguard at some point in a million years.
7 - Max out a one handed weapon so you actually fight back.

If you change your profession, can you switch back to your old profession and return to your old rank? Just wondering.

Aw.. I'm an alchemist. What about if I bought a tavern as a "house" and hired a few players/NPCs to work there?
It'll be non-profit, just for RP purposes.

Harder than you think when you've lost your Col balance because your journal was wiped.. I'm grinding as fast as I can trying to get mats to pay for such items :S
Speaking of, wouldn't it be easier to grind on lower levels rather than higher because their damage etc. is lower?

One thing - the contents of my character sheet have been deleted :S

This quote is from a few months ago where I asked that very same question. I can remember most of my equipment anyway, considering I went on quite a few farming sessions to get the materials for my dragon armor and weapons.
It probably got deleted when Erron decided to do a site cleanup.

Wow. I've just come back to the site after months and man, it's changed! Very nice skin and easier layout. I had to comment, seeing as I had the urge to see how the site was doing and was pleasantly surprised.
Keep it up! One not-so-minor thing - my character's journal's first post has been totally erased... I was sort of hoping to join back with 'Ethereal' so if any GM could send me a PM, that'd be great.
