Lol gotcha. I remember supposedly one of the tricks to try and normalize your schedule was apparently holding off on eating for almost an entire day, then eating when you want your "morning" to be. Supposedly it tricks the body's hunting and survival instinct, so that once you finally eat it sets your schedule.
