Hell, can't sleep at all. Might as well do some stuff ahead of time like before. A thought just occurred to me, Why didn't RCT just perform a sever maintenance and force log everyone out? Surely someone could of hackked into the SAO servers and created a GM account to do this or am I being a numpty and missing something vital? (I know Kayaba was a genius but still)

Rect didn't have access to the seed used for SAO which is in fact different from ALO's, not to mention only one administrative account was set into the system and a new one popping up would have set off red flags in Cardinal which would have led to it eliminating the new rogue element much like it would have done with Yui had Kirito not intervened and used the small window of time he had to use Cardinal. I may also point out that had Rect, or anyone for that matter, tried anything Kayaba would have noticed as it was made pretty clear he did nothing besides Boss Raids which hints to him making sure Cardinal ran properly and no anomalies were occurring.
