Pretty much. Though you can wear both armor types and still get the heavy armor bonus.

You can invest in both but there's no ooint since you can only get the bonus from one of the two skills. Now the equipment can be either one and you get the bonus from their enhancements no matter what.

There's also Dapper Rogues I think, as well as Azure Knights. All of which are pretty open regarding whom they recruit.

After receiving complaints from some players and concerns from some staff members about the raffle I went ahead and rolled on the site. This doesn't I'm scre- I mean, inconveniencing the person who had won. Both parties get a Cross Syndrome, and I highly recommend that any who have problems with this remember I already stated the return of this and similar items in the future. Now, congrats to our other winner.
