If we're going to bring history into the argument, it is important to note how incredibly different our cultures are than those you've references. Simply stating "we should allow it because they did" is a very dangerous, slippery slope.

While there may be nothing wrong with being naked, you have to understand that it isn't typical. If I saw someone walking around naked, I'd be floored. I would not treat them the same way I would treat someone who were clothed, and neither would my character. And that isn't even recognizing the rules that are in place against that sort of thing on the site. If the staff decides against it, it should be honored.
Glad you have someone willing to write with you though.

I think what you're going to see is a difficulty involving yourself in threads, even socials. Nudity is not something that can merely be overlooked - I think people would be doing themselves a disservice if they ignored it in their threads. I know my character would be pretty distracted. Your character is also incredibly young, which would make the nudity more uncomfortable. I do see that you increased the age from 15, but 17 is still too young, in my mind. If you were to stick entirely to the unrestricted section, I suppose that would be a different story. But I also think that you're shorting yourself by sticking to this character concept. Just my opinion though. I'm all for unique characters, and being naked is great, but just consider how your character will be received. If no one wants to write with you, because they worry how their character would respond, you won't have quite the same experience here.

SAO Achievements! (long post)
So I've been trying to think of an achievement system for SAO, and I've talked a little bit about it with other staff. I know several players have said it's something they'd like to see... but I'd love more ideas! What kind of achievements would you like to see? How would you like them handled? Badges in your journal? Titles? Some with non-combat rewards of some kind?-
You and I have talked about this already, but I would encourage you to stick with very cut-and-dry achievements. You do it, or you don't. There is no denying what has or hasn't been done. I know ages ago we were talking about post and story quality, but we don't want to go down the Althanas road. I'm a huge badge girl. Earning badges or titles would be neat.
