Specific Rumor. You will then be charged a fee of 35k Col. They will give you a little extra info, and then you must meet a 20 post requirement along with any other reqs that the Rumor may call for (These will not be directly told to you) Once those are done, message the Scout Broker with a link to the thread along with your stats at that moment.
