    I was just wondering how you get unique skills? I know there's an information broker, does that have something to do with it?

      I believe so. If you catch the info broker while they're online with a pm they can give you info about the rumor related to the unique skill. Then you have to investigate and if it's true defeat an NPC that uses the skill and bingo. :u Or duel a player with the skill who agrees to put it up for offer and win. Or someone with a unique can transfer it to you.

      (I could be totally wrong btw, so if I am someone else please correct me. o -o")
