Tanks that I know are up and coming (might not all be T2, but if they aren't they are quite cloes to T2): Hazado, Cosi, I believe Ruby is going to make Kairi a tank
Healers (same disclaimer): Krysta, Sunova, Hydravion

Yea, I know a few of those names, but I don't know who is Tier 2 (preferably further along the tier as well)

Haz is 31. Cosi I think is either about to hit T2 or just recently hit it. Don't know Kairi well enough. Su is still pretty low, as is Krysta. If you want me to focus my powerposting elsewhere, I can start powering up Katagawa for tanking (she's only 12 right now though).
