I started an Open party hunting thread on the 8th floor if anyone level 5-10 wants to join us for phat loots

Finally got Raeyliff 100% up to date.

So another player told me I'm only allowed to have 3 items equipped at 1 time. Where in the rules does it state that? The only thing I see is that you're only allowed to carry 6 non-vanity items by default and you can't wear 2 different types of armor. Help?
