  1. This may or may not have already been answered but I was wondering, is there pain in SAO RPG? On the Sword Art Online canon wikia, it says that there is no pain in SAO, only tingling sensations. But I was wondering if that holds true for this SAO, as things don't follow all of the canons 100% of the time. Just something I'd like to know for RP purposes.

There is no pain.  That is why the prototype for the Medicuboid was, in fact, a Nerve-Gear.  Patients that wore a Nerve-Gear (without Sword Art Online installed) had their pain receptors blocked from the brain to the main body.  You could be in extreme pain, and your brain wouldn't know except for that slight tingle.  That progressed into the Medicuboid that could fully disrupt the signals of pain, and instead show them on a graph/chart/monitor for the doctors/nurses.
