      Just to clear something up, are quest bosses always lootable even if they don't adhere to minimum?

      We were discussing it on Discord last night and was just wondering.

      Yes and no. Yes, because they will still drop their quest rewards, but no, if they don't adhere to the "lootable" mobs, then you don't get to roll on the loot table for them.
