    The swordsman catches the creature in its rampant fumble brought about by Kasumi, Celeste had the adds handled. A quick pair of slashes followed by a planting of his blade, would sheer the thing and stop it dead. Auric Sunlight sat ruthlessly handle up from the floor, as if in a pedestal. However it was pierced into the floor below, through the ribcage of the creature who feared the light. A tap of the handle would see the blade glow, and with it the creature starts to smoke. The light within was boiling it from the inside, causing it to shriek and clamber for the blade with its only one arm. Raidou pushes his hand with a heavy shove on the pommel, in a silent brutality allowing it to suffer. He was trapped in stasis, yet the blade would do its job regardless. The tapping of heels as Simmone rushed to clear the gap, and Raidou knew this was over.

    He'd lean down and pick up his relic from Ariel, proving still its value.

    The swordsman in his film of red looks down at the bolstered blade in his hand, adjusting his lenses with his left. "Checkmate" the man murmurs, dropping a stone out of his pocket. A familiar fragment, to which he tosses. The true light lantern rips to life filling the room with light. In that flare of white the creatures scream in agony, proving that the light was their undoing. Raidou appears within that flash and offers a few precise swipes at high speeds, cutting pieces off each. Those with acute senses will notice that each target by the swordsman is low and makes careful targeting on all metals.  Upon the ground is this trail of black, as if foreshadowing what would come after. Raidou halts, turning his blade in his hand and letting the point tap a black piece on the floor. The drawn symbol suddenly explodes in a discharge of electricity. "Macros Cosmos." the man whispers beneath troubled breath, as he fixes his glasses.

    Raidou is last into the room and scans the field. Analyzing his positioning and his foes, finding the largest to always be the ticket. Nisahime was lifting some lid, Celeste had the stragglers contained as she kept cutting them down. The twin skeletal knights sporting piecemeal armor would have to wait. Right into the thick of it, with his left arm he jabs it into the creature before adjusting back and allowing his weapon to cleave off some of that robe. A spray of black causes him to cough and clutch his throat, as if he had just inhaled a handful of burning ash. It stung, and caused his mouth to become black. This does some serious damage being internal where his armor provided no safety. Juiblex responds as does his rage, causing his eyes to light up in a matched red. An aura of red bleeding off of him like an opposed miasma.

    Raidou turns to Simmone and pays her a nod, despite his reluctance there were bigger fish to fry. Simmone should be able to handle herself long enough to try and deal with this mess. Breaking to Kasumi as she'd leap free, a glance to Celeste checking her distance. Good, the thought raced through the nomads head as his weapon would ring out in a sharp streak of electricity as the very nerves in his right arm burned. That blade of his would quickly be rotated, in a reverse grip. It lights bright in a dark blue outline, before he dumps the point of that blade into the creatures back. Like a lightning rod, the static exits and races across the creatures back. Causing it to seize violently and become still. Despite this however, the damn thing just wouldn't go down despite the beating it had undertaken. A rip of his weapon out, he'd have to wait out the stasis once again looking to Simmone to confirm her security.

    A turn at blinding speeds, the swordsman readily adapts to the change in foe. His weapon finds itself into a sweep, allowing air to reach his palms and affirm his grip. His left finds his lenses, securing them on his nose with a quick tap as he'd kneel low in a hunched runners pose, the blade held off to his right. The robe flapping would be the obvious giveaway, as the man transitions into a red blur. A rip of blue light causes the gold blade to whine as he'd rake the enemies in a graceful show of finesse. What it lacked in power it clearly made up for in spades its precision. Shredding his foes into near paper, the bars upon them fall in easy succession. It would respond in kind, save one and would find purchase only upon the swordsman's blade in repeated sparks and flashes of light.

    Raidou was already making his way in that direction knowing that his team were fully capable of putting the other creatures down. What he wanted to see was what Nisahime did with this beast the moment they put it down. Very curious to know how she pulled out Sam's weapon or was Sam only borrowing it. Was that what strength they got from the woman when they signed that contract? Walking the white dragon that was plastered on the ground like a silver platter waiting to be taken. Pink petals floating down giving indication that Kasumi was just here. Pulling that large blade up, slamming it against the scaled creature sending shock waves up through his weapon and into the wound causes some of its thick hide to shatter before him. He began to start moving again but seemed to be having trouble finding his feet to come up beneath him. Getting into a defensive stance, he would be ready if this monster decided to rampage on them.

    Hearing the sand stir behind him, the sound of tiny taps were heading toward him. Glancing over seeing the crabs making their way slowly this way. When they get close enough he just drops his sword on them. They were not worth more movement than that. Eyes meet Nisahime’s as he pulls a wrapped up paper out of his inner coat pocket. Raidou heard the woman's words. After seeing Shiina speaking to her, he would wonder if she had convinced the woman to impose something different. Regardless, this was what he wanted. Handing the map to Nisahime, she takes it with a very small smile peering over her lips. There were still so many unknown variables such as where they were going, what they would be fighting this time and what sort of environment would impede their movement if any. These are the things that he had to think about. Raidou liked being prepared for anything but when Nisahime was around it was always hard to do just that.

    Pivoting his blade, slamming in against the ground causing a fissure with large amounts of tiny lightning lines drawing toward the creatures. This sends them flying in every which way direction with a POP. Seeing a few more, they were heading to Shiina. Raidou knew that the girl could take care of herself. That armor of hers does well at protecting her frame. Glancing around now, it seemed as though Nisahime was slowly wrapping around the group now. Her face was blank, but it was possible that she was thinking, the question was what about. He knew one thing for sure though, that map was going to her again. Last time they were in the same place as her, the storm just got in the way. In any hope this time it would do the same thing but the skies would be clear enough to follow or at least watch what the woman was doing.

  10. Seeing Celeste get pushed down, it made him furious. After blocking this last attack, his feet shift and the blade turns. Smashing against the creature's shell with full force, you could see small strings of lightning against its flesh as it fell flat to the ground. Glancing back to Celeste he'd ask “Are you alright?” A simple nod from the woman who was already back on her feet. The creature was having trouble getting up from the impact. Its top main armor piece was dented inward and it was probably going to be causing some pain the moment it started getting up and moving around. Eyes find Nisahime’s who was watching from afar, nothing new there. Something was was though was that the woman and Shiina were glowing in unison to the beat of the music. It was strange to think that maybe Nisa was helping her power the intensity of that song that was being played.

    • Tough Shell: This monster’s MIT and ACC cannot be reduced, and it remains unaffected by Incarcerate, Paralysis and Freeze effects.
    • Too Large: Familiars’ Grappling Skill cannot be used to stun the boss. Only normal stuns will work on it as a result of SAs or skills being used, and they will have a 4 turn cooldown.
    • Pincer Attack: Sand’s Claw will attack two times during its turn, targeting the player with the highest hate, and then the player with the second highest hate. Perform one attack roll for each attack.

    • Gobble Up: If the boss’ health reaches 2000, on its next turn it will skip its attack and start eating rocks. It must be hit with 3 or more Delay SAs until its next turn, otherwise it will expend it on healing 1000 HP. This can only occur once per battle.
    • Soft Skin: Once afflicted with Bleed, the effect will not wear off for the remainder of the battle.
    • Unguarded Sides: Area of Effect attacks consume twice the base energy, but deal 50% (rounded up) more damage.
  11. Laying in bed of their new home. Birds could be heard just outside the window as a soft light would glow on the pure white sheets. Eruda was still sleeping soundly, bringing a gentle hand to her face lightly pushing a strand of blond hair around her ear. Pressing his lips against her forehead ever so softly as to not wake her. Was a bit sad that he couldn’t stay, there was still much to be done. Getting out of the sheets, cold feet against the marble tiles. Raidou would have a cup of tea later, he wanted to get this done and over with so that he could come home.

    Arriving on the beach front, the sands were all too familiar to the man. They managed to follow Nisahime into a blizzard last time, unsure if this time would be any different but they had to try. The woman was planning something and whether it be good or bad, he wanted to know for sure.

    The swordsman in red would rip away from Kasumi and follow into that sandstorm, the benefit of glasses proving more divine then most would expect. Eager to shut down the most dangerous foe on the field, as Celeste would send it flying. This causes the wanderer to change directions with his left hand used as a pivot point upon the slick stone floor, before bolting at an extreme pace and cleaving upward. Bolts of power ring out of his weapon as a blue trail is traced through the air, cleaving pieces of its armor off in sections. The energy discharged races through the metal carapace sending it jerking and twisting in an uncomfortable display. But despite the damage sustained the thing still hung on, drawing truth to the warning they had received. Heavy hands held fast against the ground continue to try and pick it up, not willing to give in just yet.

    Following behind Nisahime as she'd attempt to free herself from their perceptions, sliding into this large gilded vault room. The place was littered with shattered pillars, broken pane windows as colored glass crunches underfoot. The whole place reminded him almost one for one with the champions hall yet this one seemed in a magnificent state of disrepair. Moreover, there was a sense of intrusion not present in the other but his curiosity sees him move from the gate. Pressing a hand against one of crumbled pillars, he'd slide it down and peel off a layer of dust. Rubble across the floor begins to stir to life, rolling toward each other and starting to take to a mass at the far precipice of the chamber. Raidou instinctually starts to attempt to deny its ability to reshape. A bolt of lightning rushes through anything close enough to be caught in the blast, as Auric Sunlight is dropped like a hammer.

    From silence to absolute chaos. His party was already knee deep in waves of enemies, killing them but they are quickly replenished. His cousin manages to knock the largest among them from its horse, taking away its speed and height advantage, yet it doesn't stay down. Not in the slightest. As soon as it has the opportunity it tosses a small axe in its hand which the girl manages to avoid. But seconds afterward it redirects and comes back toward her, outside of her perception. The nomad in red blinds in at a screaming halt, cutting the distance between them in seconds. A flash of steel and the grinding of metal, before lightning forks in off the attack with a shower of sparks. The axe parried is sent blind into one of the back walls, slamming hard into it and seeming to actually hang in the stone. Proving that it was likely going to be lethal.

    "Kasumi, just like back home." Raidou murmurs with his back pressed to hers, his robe still flowing.

    Kasumi would look to him, offer a stoic nod as she'd catch his meaning.

    The party had already set down upon the foe with such a ripe display of violence, and Raidou was no stranger to it. Giving chase to the ogre as it flail around trying to halt its tumble, the red robe upon the swordsman's back would be a sharp pinpoint of his location as it fluttered angrily under his speed. A high pitched whir as he matched its movement, casting a bluish glow upon that gold blade. Ugzeke stops dead, and tries to pick itself off the ground. His skin starts to transition from its pale grey to a much more notable red, his rage personified as his anger would begin to bubble. "No." Raidou remarks within a foot of his foe as he'd slide, transferring his momentum into his sword arm. A pivot whips him around and the sword art triggers redirecting him and keeping all of that built energy and adding to it.

    Its driven hard against the creatures back with enough force to press it into almost a person cookie cut mold in the stone, Ugzeke's skin is scorned under a wave of electricity that completely defaults the guy into a seizure.

    Raidou would become aware of the creatures that Nisahime points out, a glare casting over the lenses on his brow. The daylight causing them to become mirrors as it bounces off, shielding his eyes from view. A blazing rip of his weapon clean from its scabbard would see it gleam in a gold colored flash, as the solarite blade screams out in rebuttal. A turn on his heel sees him twist into a runners pose, kneeling low and allowing his speed based skills to carry him toward his opponent quite readily. This would cause his blade to surge in a blue outline, becoming ripe with system bestowed power as he'd cut the small rising creatures to pieces with a single decisive strike. With this cleave, those that remained would start to scatter for the edges of his range. Trying to avoid being struck down by the swordsman in red and gaining some sort of upper hand.

    The nomad would look to his cousin and offer her a gentle nod, adjusting the lenses sitting on his nose. A weapon in his hands would turn and find itself behind his right shoulder. Offered to a scabbard that sat eagerly awaiting for its usage on his back. It quickly finds itself hidden in his robe, as the man would start to take a center stroll down the length of the beach. Eyes peeled, he'd catch the smallest rustle of sand. A whistle and a point toward the space, Raidou would start to slowly approach the small space in the center. It was likely to be more much smaller shellfish, that would quickly scatter once they knew they had been discovered. Raidou wasn't exactly the most well concealed, and despite his armor weight he still wasn't one to sneak around neither. His stroll was slow and meticulous, and within a foot or two he was ready to draw. His hand hovering a handle, his perceptions once again proving ever useful.

  18. Roaring into combat like a bat out of hell, Raidou leaves Nisahime standing where she resides. Within mere moments the man would draw his blade and raise it to the heavens, calling the storm down upon his steel. Seconds later its dropped like a hammer into an awaiting victim and bounces between four legs like a lightning rod. The thing would jerk violently and start to fumble and fall rather abruptly. A flourish once the swing is completed, his robe stirring angrily as a result. The man redirects his posture, twirling his blade as he'd move more toward the flat of his feet. The crab flips out stuck in a stupor, trying to pull itself back to its feet as its arms and legs just don't seem to cooperate at all. What follows is the thing clambering limply toward its surroundings looking for something to clutch on to. To no prevail.

    • Tough Shell: This monster’s MIT and ACC cannot be reduced, and it remains unaffected by Incarcerate, Paralysis and Freeze effects.
    • Too Large: Familiars’ Grappling Skill cannot be used to stun the boss. Only normal stuns will work on it as a result of SAs or skills being used, and they will have a 4 turn cooldown.
    • Pincer Attack: Sand’s Claw will attack two times during its turn, targeting the player with the highest hate, and then the player with the second highest hate. Perform one attack roll for each attack.
    • Sand Cloud: Upon rolling CD 9+ and LD 10+ during one of its attacks, the boss will instead raise a cloud of sand from the beach, lowering each player’s ACC by -1 for their next two turns. This effect does not stack and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • King’s Grip: On an MD 10, Sand’s Claw will lower the target’s MIT by 15 for the next two turns. This effect stacks up to two times, and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • Bubble Spray: On an MD 10 and CD 6+, Sand’s Claw will instead hit the entire party for 125 unmitigated DMG, lowering every player’s EVA by 1 for two turns. This effect does not stacked and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • Gobble Up: If the boss’ health reaches 2000, on its next turn it will skip its attack and start eating rocks. It must be hit with 3 or more Delay SAs until its next turn, otherwise it will expend it on healing 1000 HP. This can only occur once per battle.
    • Soft Skin: Once afflicted with Bleed, the effect will not wear off for the remainder of the battle.
    • Unguarded Sides: Area of Effect attacks consume twice the base energy, but deal 50% (rounded up) more damage.

From what he had managed to piece together, this place seems like a waypoint to which the woman in white could breach through into unknown locations. That was her strange fixation with this place in particular, now as to why that this was the case Raidou would assume that she'd never share it with him. The woman was a steel trap, unwilling to share beyond the bare minimum. A fact that he'd share readily with her, need to know information could be troublesome with loose lips. To her side he'd look out into the water, reflecting her inner reflection. The glare upon his glasses would shield his eyes from view. "You are rather odd, but I am starting to be convinced your not a real threat." The man offered in a blunt honesty.

  20. A flash of the warp gate would bring the man back to this strange chamber, allowing him again to peruse what it had to offer. That gleaming hall of gold so much to the point of eccentricity. Every step would echo off the walls, pronouncing the empty space and further validating its emptiness. To the receptacle again sat numerous items, and the nomads prior sample proved nothing. It was virtually similar. However, Raidou would see value in a confirmation. To the stone that sat upon a stone pedestal, eyeing carefully the statues on each side sporting poleaxes and shields. A deep slate color armor that seemed to house no creature. Gingerly he'd approach and with his gaze measuring them on edge, he'd take the stone. As if on repeat the other pedestals flare causing the items upon them to disappear as the armors would cross those weapons of theirs, blocking access. "I suppose that's it for now." The man would move to the gates, another sample in hand. Until he understood the motive, he'd keep his aura of caution.

  21. Here's my loose interpretation:

    1. Availability, not everyone wants to risk their neck given frontline fights are dangerous and even if most wanted to not more then the ones present are strong enough to participate

    2. As far as I know, there is no way to see the username of a player without them being in your friends list or party.

    3. Any that have blue flames on its perimeter, which if you look was the gleam eyes fight and canonically should also be where Sachi died.

    4. Harassment as far as I know are any sort of physical altercation, like pick pocketing or punching someone. The punishment is a temporary cursor color change until enough harassments have occurred or an extreme form of exploitation (I.E. murder) has transpired, upon which they will be permanently red/orange markered. This will prevent them from being able to freely traverse safezones, use warp gates, or access safe zone shops.

    Raidou rips his weapon up toward the sky and with that gesture, a storm brews. Lightning would dance around in its white overcast, yellow flashes that forecast what was soon to come. A bolt screams out once its focused down upon that raised steel, casting a shadow over Raidou's face as its lost in the light produced. A turn of his body would see his left arm lance out, and in his best scorpion impression a set of three tendrils of black would fire out from beneath his robe sleeve. Latching upon the phantoms leg, it plays the part of wench ripping him toward Raidou as he'd move to the only other opponent. His left hand suddenly releases allowing the ghost to slide within proximity and with a turn Raidou discharges the lightning he held trapped for so long, building his own grouping. It tears through them, sending them down a violent overcharge of nerves causing them to seize and jerk without input.

    Raidou would groan in a muted tone, his irritation clear only to those in direct proximity. She'd managed to slip into some odd pocket once again, and surely as Kasumi had pointed out it was going to be life threatening as many before it had been. The man quickly would close the distance to the entryway, turning to his other party members and offering a shared nod before diving inside. What comes to greet him is the field of grass the others had seen, which would provide a minor sense of relief but that is tainted by the sudden suit of near spectral armor that had come out of strange device. Kasumi is blasted by a few needles of light as it would extend its hand, causing Raidou to tear across the battle field with such ferocity that his eyes leave a trail of red like a sword art would. The clap of steel on steel would sound akin to thunder, as his target is sent catapulting across the water like a skipping stone. It may look like a ghost, but it was obviously solid.

    From beneath Raidou's feet as he'd look at her with the most stoic composure, listening and seeking eagerly faults in her logic or slips: Another array of tiny crabs. Her intentions seemed to reflect those of a standard player and yet her capabilities seemed to drastically dwarf their own, unbound by location, unaffected by monsters basically ignored by them, and very good at avoiding even his exceptional tracking ability. And she was looking for what? Weapons and armor? The very same equipment that was readily available to all players at this point. Yet that wasn't sufficient, so much so that she was seeking out specific objects from what looked like the depths of all manner of untouched places that she somehow had a way into. A tilt of his head as tiny crabs started to claw at his boot, one even finds a place where a pinky toe sat inside and clipped it for a measly 1 point of damage that would immediately tick away.
