  1. Taking a glance around to take stock of all the faces, most he'd seen in some manner or another. It was strange that although he recognized most of them, all of it was nearly superficial. Only rumor, simple exchanges and simple reflections. Only surface level deep. None of them really knew him, and likewise it was only an insight and not confirmation that he knew of them. Freyd returns with a relative overkill amount of crap from Baldur's buffet, undoubtably to take most of it home to jam into his cupboards.

"I haven't the slightest clue, they just sprang up and ran off." He nursed his own cup as Freyd would take a seat beside him. "I would have never expected her to show up here. Personally, I am extremely out of my element. So I understand her reluctance. The last time I showed up to one of these affairs, the context and confusion stuck everyone stupid." Staring complacently out the window and taking another sip. "I never got to say thank you for representing the guild in the most recent meeting, they really have a way of getting under my skin."

Turning over to see Freyd bang together a pair of carrots in a charade too saucy for this movie theater. "Private Duel? I need Eruda, but I also need her to remember who she is first. Eruda was trying way too hard to be who she thought I wanted her to be. All I want is for her to be herself." A gentle smile, as he catches Eruda paying the host her respects.

  2. The dark elf clamors against the implanted blade, trying his best to rip clean its point. A dark snap as Raidou twists the handle. Arms drop limply to both sides, losing the strength to move. It was as if a floodgate had opened, that silver haired woman starts to sob uncontrollably. Her entire world had been flipped upside down with one failed day. The nomad works to her, grabbing her wrists and starting to check for some wound. It was almost aggressive, still fuming that thick red smoke. "Why didn't you help us?" she chokes out through those tears. The guys hands stop moving. "You were not ready, I told you all to drop it. Why didn't you hear me?" It was the same harshness as if scolding her. He'd lost the thing that would have allowed him some tact. "I saw what you did, you could have solo'd that thing!" she shrieks, ripping herself away and keeping a buffer between them.

"What good would have that done? You wouldn't have learned anything. Your party would have only survived one more day. The point was to teach you why this was stupid." Looking past her and seeking out the glasses that had fallen from his face in his haste. Nowhere to be seen. "So what, you would just let us die instead!?" weakly trying to shove him, his body swaying just a bit. A shrill hoarse as her voice breaks, a blubbering mess. "It wasn't my doing. This could have been avoided." The nomad glares back, but was having a hard time convincing himself that she wasn't speaking the truth. "We wanted to prove you wrong, we wanted to prove we could do it on our own. That you were wrong. This would have never happened if we didn't meet you." A defeated grumble from her voice.

A hysterical jump to a conclusion.

"What if you're right, what If I intended for this to happen?" Twisting down and piercing through her skull with a pair of crimson eyes. His hatred on overload. "You're a monster. How could you do..." Startled by the sudden fury now within inches of her face. "Next time, perhaps I'll just do it myself. Would that be easier? Save you all the trip?" Of course, he was referring to killing the field boss. But it was easy to be misinterpreted by a girl who was already losing her shit. "I'm bad luck, I always have been. If you ever see me again, I won't let you rush out like an idiot. Blame me for this, when it was all a nightmare of your own design. Get the hell out of here." Throwing a teleport crystal in front of the girl.

  5. Accepting the escort, finding the walls of the town of beginnings. Where their journey had begun, changed and swerved in ways that could never have been imagined. Immediately the robe on his back is recognized and is met with a flavor of hesitation. Whispers from the lips of many, as it's recalled and the legend lives on. Down a wayward alleyway, to a hole in the wall with a sign that had seen better days. The ringing of chain links as it would sway. As the threshold is breached, the smell of beef, a hint of something herbal on the air.

"It definitely seems to have a real world feel." The nomad spoke, as Raserei rushed into the back of the established. The familiar was familiar with this place, in an obvious way. Scanning about, it would appear that the twinned players were the only present. Raidou counts his blessing with a sigh of relief. Joining Eruda at the table, he starts to manifest and place out his typical blueprinted place mat. Adjusting where everything belonged, before an expectant glance to Calagin. The blonde tank would order hers, and Raidou simply accepted a duplicate of what she had. After all, this was the unknown, and he didn't know what to expect.

Returning with a rather stacked looking burger, dripping a bit with grease. It probably wasn't considered healthy, and as he exchanges a look with Eruda she was already two bites in. A smile, as he plucks up a knife and fork. Strangely, he starts to cut sections off like slicing a cake, taking bite size pieces with a fork. A chuckle from Eruda confirms it being an oddity, but it was who he was after all. A share of beliefs, of hearts, and a discussion of the day by day. Eventually the atmosphere evolves into a cacophony of smiles, joy and laughter.

Moving ever forward, minutes turn to hours. A ring on his HUD alerts him, an alarm set screaming away. The sun was setting, and time had caught up with them. The shopkeeper, that older man, shows them to a ladder. It was as if she knew, as Elda was already halfway up it. To the roof, an overlook out of a hatch on its top. Shingles made up the ground, at a slight incline. Removing his robe to protect his butt from any odd things he could sit in. The players take a seat, basked in an orange glow that peeked over a horizon. A shared gaze, locked to the waning sun. Almost blinding but in a way it was what he was missing, every time it would pass by.

A silent anthem, the ripple quiet finally and uniform in its delivery.

[Fool] I should just leave, I would be just setting myself up for pain later

[Star] Don't leave like that.. - you'll need allies in the future

[Emperor] Do you really think that protecting a few people makes up for the lives you've massacred?

[Strength] If someone doesn't agree with you, forget them

[Priestess] You saved me, and you hardly know me

[Star] The beauty in that, though, is that you can make a meaningful impact in anothers day

[Hanged] You're right. You didn't have to do those things.

[Devil] Don't leave me. I can do it, honest.

                   [Judgement] Thanks, I guess?

[Magician] You're quite the onion, aren't you?  So many layers deep.

[Tower] I believe that you have control

[Lovers] Are you the man that I have grown to know?

[Sun] You are a fierce heart ready to fight!

[Chariot] Of course. Any day of the week!

[Hierophant] Come boy let's go, Raidou has it.

[Fortune] I don't know how this is so easy for you, it's miserable in here.

[Hanged] Are you strong enough to protect everyone that comes under your wing?

[Death] I sure hope you know what you're doing.

[Empress] I'm hardly going to judge you for being sentimental

[Hermit] At the very worst, we wander for a long time, get hopelessly lost

[Fool] We should also search for another whom walks this path

[Temperance] Eventually things will turn around. We just need to be patient.

[Justice] It may be healthy to find a better outlet

[Fortune] A hope for a new beginning, A fresh start.

[Moon] Whatever you do with this now, defines how much you really care.

    [World]
There is another path to take then the road you walk.
    Goodness knows, he's earned it.
Let them have faith in you.

A soft glow in his pocket, bluish he fishes it out. A single card, staring at a picture. It flashes and changes to an entirely different image. Raidou reaches up and removes his glasses, and looks into that sunset with a gentle smile. The most minute whisper as a small string rushes down his face:

"Thank you for all showing me the world."

  6. Shards of glass ring out, the ones that were once a person. Drawing a blade and violently tearing it against the front of a weakened but not entirely out Field Boss. The Dark Elf recoils as that cool gray blade rings in a vengeful red flare. Like a boulder down the side of a cliff, the thing scatters across the turf. Bouncing and tumbling before grinding to a halt. "Why didn't you listen!?" An almost feral screech to the silver haired girl, still stuck in shock, as he kneels down over the kid. Where was the tan skinned fellow? The red head was gone. Grabbing a fist full of the kid's collar, taking notice of a tiny blinking red bar, nothing more than a sliver. From the pouch on his hip, ripping out a vial and snapping the top off with his thumb. "Drink." Spoken like an order, but the body was limp. "DRINK, GOD DAMN IT."  A weak movement, reaching for Raidou's face. Lips move, but no sound comes out. The cracks forming on this kid's face, before he falls to pieces.

The red wanderer is left holding nothing, grasping at the particles as if he could put the kid back together. "What the hell were you all thinking! I warned you." His voice taking an almost sinister tone to it, sickening to the stomach. His anger obvious. That gaze twists right to the Dark Elf, and his shape starts to distort. Ripping The Black Star up and pivoting the edge down. "It didn't have to end this way." It burns hot like fire, the most ruthless slam of it through the dark elves chest sees it impaled, denting the ground beneath where it lay. Fuming in an almost silent outrage, trying to find where his glasses fell. He needed them desperately.

  7. The nomad's hands continue to move, trying their best to ignore these players. "You are not prepared for this, go home." He mutters just loud enough for them to hear him. "Whatever, it's clear that he doesn't want to help us, Regal. Forget him." Placing her hand on the brown haired boy's shoulder. The cascading sound of footsteps prove them leaving, and the wanderer continues to work in a deafening silence. Rustling leaves, birds chirping, returning as the primary noise. "Go home." Raidou pleads to the plants, as if he was speaking to them through the shadows. Time starts to crawl past, making ends meet and potions for another day's worth of scouring. Raising to the flats of his heels, and pushing through the foliage. Those branches spring back into place, recoiling once the tension is removed.

Making motions back to <<Aruyt>>, Tracking firing and yet failing. Coming up empty as it continued to seek out names, but it was as if they no longer existed. A blood-curdling scream pierces that silence, causing the hair on the back of Raidou's neck to stand on end. His feet pivot in the sand that make up this dirt road, reaching for a handle behind his right shoulder. Drawing out in equal distance, his stance lowering. Like a subsonic pulse, the ground sprays up into a cloud of dust as his skills trigger. Almost frantically honing in on the source of the howl, hoping that whatever it was, it wouldn't be too late. The brush gives way in smattering as it's torn asunder through the wake, a blade clutched in his right palm.

Holding the frame of a red-headed female, a blade plunged up to the handle through her back and poking out the front. Eyes wide in horror as they look upon the skewer, before the color of their body begins to become nothing more than bluish fuzz.

    *Pssh*

  8. sddefault.jpgScanning those faces, one by one, and inserting them into memory. As if they were being etched to the inside of that tired mind. "We were thinking of trying to tackle a field boss, so you in?" A bombastic voice chips in, overshadowing the younger boy. Accounts rip through the wanderer's head, like ringing in his ears. Numbers bleed past in an instant, weighing these four against the statistics. "What are your builds?" Spoken as his hands continue to tear away at plants, plucking them from the soil. "We're DPS, and Mino is a healer." A tanned skinned male pipes up, gesturing to the red head that had spoken last. "Where is your tank?" The wanderer speaks in almost a snap, struggling to keep his mind on straight.

Seirei-no-Moribito.jpg"We don't really have one, don't need it if we kill it fast enough, right?" That phrase causes the nomad to immediately exhale irritably. On edge and stricken with mixed feelings. "I don't want any part of this, what your planning is foolish. There is no reason to just assume that everything is going to work out. Do you know anything about the Dark elf you are after?" His gaze locked on those materials, trying desperately not to look directly at them. But it was already far too late, he'd already memorized their faces. That group starts to look at one another, the support shrugs. "Not really, we figure it's probably not too high of a level. Between the five of us, we should be able to take it." Eyes sharply rip to the party, a scowl furling his brow. "Wrong, only four of you can participate. It will automatically drain your strength to its level. It's about tactics, not about numbers."

cute-and-deadly.pngThe sudden outburst makes them a bit uneasy, and the female starts to turn. Thinking this was going to be a lost cause. "I don't know why we even bothered, come on. Let's just go try. Beats sitting around trying to pick plants all day." That brunette kid still within close enough proximity to Raidou. "He knows something, Minerva. Look at him, and he knew about the boss by name. Won't you come with us? One of us can sit the fight out, and you can show us what's up?"

  9. Whoever wishes to foresee the future must consult the past; for human events ever resemble those of preceding times.

The brisk crunch of grass, finding itself pushed flat underfoot. Harrowing yelling peels itself through morning air, as faces topped upon vibrant garb. Ringing and flashes of light, tastes of greed, bittersweet to the tongue. Desperately seeking an edge, an advantage or a meal. Like the floors before, players a plenty rushing too and from. Seeking health bars and the rewards that would spring out of them. An anthem of breaking glass, and the taste of victory. The stave off of just one more day, one more piece of borrowed time.

These very same players, pushing away and pairing away. Using each other, exploiting each other as they lap the nectar of blood sweat and tears. A boyish looking face, a crimson red robe. A pair of tired eyes that seem to gaze into the distance. Almost panicked, lost and stressed. The cloth of the mind unfurling in strands and finding themselves frayed at the edges. Hope that has turned to desperation, concern to anxiety. However, the taste of humanity like such golden salve stuck to this nomad's tongue. After all, he'd aim to be worth those that were lost. What would his family think of him, if he chose to allow the lambs to the slaughter. Just to save their skins?

    Grimgar 1-1.JPG"Excuse me, sir?"

An echo through the turbulent mind, reverberating off the walls. Like a smoldering knife searing through the silence. Fatigued hands stop, finding but a moment of pause. Amber eyes peer past the reflective lens, being visible only faintly through those windows. Expectant, and yet uncomfortable. Nervous, a boy in rather standard equipment looks down at the wanderer. A simple head of brunette hair, who smiles once they exchange glances.

"You look pretty strong, my party and I thought uh..." His courage waning, as the quiet gaze didn't waver. It wasn't obvious, but the mind was struggling to keep together even with a focal. "We were hoping maybe you could give us a hand?" Blinking rapidly, a squint as if he was trying to focus. "What did you have in mind?" The words felt taxed, stressed and uneven. Those amber eyes move past this kid, to a group of three.

  10. Sliding his hands on the walls, to remove some dust to look at the gemstones beneath. "It seems that it may suit our needs, yes. But is this really how you'd like to spend your day? This can wait." Raidou remarks, lifting the glowstone up and causing the glimmers to gleam under that glow. Raidou moves and gestures open his inventory, tapping a pin into the map. To return at a later date, perhaps Eruda hadn't considered how to relax in the same regard that he had. She was excited, sure, but it was simply because Raidou was here. Not because she was enjoying this foray. Adjusting his glasses, he'd begin to take in his surroundings as if cataloging the place. That would suffice if that was all she wished to do, didn't need to spend the freedom they'd have wasting away in some cave. "Perhaps something like a diner, I am more interested in the world I haven't been a part of."

  11. A sudden pulse rips him upward, basically his highway at this point. He was so used to traveling rapidly between floors, that was jarring for others seemed as common as breathing to him. Immediately, the fresh tropical scent of saltwater assails his nostrils, followed by the silent scream of water upon a shore. A bright and vibrant day, causing the colors present in the fauna to almost glow. Barely audible patter in the sand as his feet start to move, being led by the girl. He catches the semblance of embarrassment plastered on her face. It was here in these wilds that he was at his most comfortable, and yet it was hard to tell. Legs shuffle him up the base of a palm tree, the bark rough under his fingertips as he uses his right hand to brace against its trunk.

Eruda was clearly excited, he'd never seen her act in such a fashion. Peering down where the girl was lifting a branch, it narrowed off something considerably. A bit dark, and the scent of stagnant water, even in the slightest degree. Into his pocket he peels out a small bluish stone, it sparks and begins to glow. "I suppose we will have to see."

  12. Beginning to collect his things from the table, as if meticulously placing away the small blueprint he'd formed. Last, that little brown book still only part of the way finished, pushing a card into the paper as a bookmark. Sliding that book into an awaiting robe pocket, just as Eruda was exiting the bedroom. Clothing changed, and quickly back into the attire he'd seen once or twice before. Whereas Raidou was always stuck in the same thing, methodical and consistent. "I remember discussing this with you prior, a cave on floor 24?" The wolf pup hopping around like a lunatic before scooping a butterfly out of the air like a small snack. "She's definitely excitable, strange to think that not but a moment ago she was sleeping." The light causes his eyes to become blind for a moment, a drastic difference by comparison to the interior. Blinking to adjust to the jarring change, his eyes locked behind a set of mirrors.

A few players wander past, following the road out from coral, and catch a glimpse of The Wanderer. Stricken with a bad feeling, they pick up speed, and normally it wouldn't be strange for him to be bothered by it. But he wasn't. Walking shoulder to shoulder with Eruda, he could feel eyes on him, but he didn't seem to care. "After you." He looked to the warp pad, and the lake that once sported Skalaugh the Reaver.

  15. Spinning the lid on that thermos before it vanishes into his inventory, primed for the road. Eruda joined him, adding her own dish to the pile. A sudden soft moment, as the wanderer finds Eruda's hand pressed into his chest. "It is interesting, and I do believe that we will know when it should be. I'd rather allow it to happen naturally, which I won't pretend to know when that is." Making motions to the table, Raidou lifts the robe and wraps it around his shoulders. It sways in a flutter before finding rest, finding the space around his arms and concealing them from view. Bending down and plucking up a pair of lenses. "It will be quite some time until there will be any sunset, the sun just rose. Anything you'd like to visit in the meantime?"

Slowly pushing the chair beneath the dining room table, Raserei stirring a bit from the squeak. "Ruri is really coming into her own, Simmone is still handling the money I have given her. We have time, the question is how do we spend it." Reaching a hand to the amulet around his neck, struggling to fathom what it represented.

  16. The simple remnants of a meal, as Eruda began to speak her mind, share her discomfort. It made sense. The chatter of a morning did well to offer white nose, reducing the tension despite the subject. He'd offer some of the tea he'd brewed to Eruda's cup before filling his own again. Falling back into his seat, he'd click together a pair of chopsticks and place them across that small box. "That is a normal problem to concern yourself with, I've felt the same before. It may not seem like it, but I have questioned every word I've ever spoken." Watching on in a serene gaze, one that almost offered a pair of supportive hands. Something was different in him, and it was clear what it was, a semblance of peace.

Slowly sliding out a chair, he plucks up his now empty dish and ushers himself into the kitchen. Dropping into a basin, and starting to refill that barren kettle. "I'd like to think I am more durable than that. After all, I have killed floor bosses, field bosses and players without suffering a scratch." That came off terribly, but it was his best attempt at a joke. "It's your world Eruda, I am still new to it. I built it, but that doesn't mean I know what it looks like." Turning up a burner and removing a thermos from a nearby cupboard, it taps on a wooden countertop. Preparing for a journey. "So Eruda, if you were to show me anywhere. Bring me to see anything, what would it be?"

  17. The sprouting taste of the tournament twisting into some kind of celebration. Perhaps that was his queue to make an exit, he had taken at least a few hours to himself in support of this affair. This show of faith in each other, and friendly competition. "I suppose so." Adjusting those pair of glasses, trying to decide if he should stick around or leave until the tournament resumed. "It's not all it's cracked up to be. Baldur does it, and does it well. But that doesn't mean he doesn't question his decisions, or the calls he makes. I am sure he has his own share of doubts, we all do. The only thing that makes a leader is if you are willing to accept the responsibility of someone else's life if you make a mistake." Using his cup to distract himself from the heavy subject.

"Mysterious? Imposing? I wish I didn't have to be. It is what it is and has to be. Not something I can really alter, just accept." The concept of tall kicked in, and he looked at Xena. Right, she was tiny like Ruri, so that at least made quite a bit of sense. A sudden overcast shadow blocks the sunlight peeling through the frames opposed to them, shielding both players from the setting sun.

Eyes peer up to find both Freyd and Eruda just staring down at him. Blinking a couple of times, as the reality that it seemed the guild either was everywhere or followed him everywhere.

"I am Eruda, a friend of Raidou..."

Rubbing his eyebrows with his hand, this wasn't ideal. From his experience, Xena didn't deal well with extra bodies. The idea was to make her more comfortable, not less. A sharp exhale, weighing his options. But the moment Freyd started to speak, his attention shifts rather quickly to the black haired O&I Captain and then down to Xena. So he knew her. "Steamy about Persi?" the comment clicks into place in a strange taste, and the whisper had stolen himself away.

"Uh, I suppose, take a seat? Of course, if that is alright with you, Xena?"

  18. A fresh day still ripening and breathing itself to life, a composure that mirrored the gentle awakening. "You could have just asked. I prefer green tea unsweetened. It's plain, I know, but it is what I am used to." Turning a steaming kettle, offers more of that green mixture to a cup. To his lips it's brought, and he takes a sip. "Relax, no reason that things need to change. I am just a little more free, not an entirely different person." It was true that Raidou had reached a new state, one that allowed him to share his thoughts more readily. But it wasn't a cause for alarm. Eruda's embarrassment, it, was unwarranted. It was clear she wasn't quite entirely awake, given she kept dumping everything off, and her hair was a mess. "Start over, Eruda, I've waited a long time for this. No need to rush it." A tenderness to his tone, a vibe as if the world was placed on pause.

  19. The current leg of the tournament concludes, declaring victors and that only two duels remained. Such a strange set of opponents, not ones that he'd wrapped his head around encountering. "I am sure what is required is just some time to reflect. Growth only happens through understanding, and accepting what was as a problem." The sharp exhale causes him to peer on his peripheral, making it a note to not look directly at the girl. "Is that true? You said it yourself, you feel vulnerable. Yet here we are, this world is unforgiving and can ride the edge of hostile. Even still, the choice was to stick our neck out. That takes some level of trust, I would be lying if I told you I was completely off guard. But, I am here, as are you."

An excuse to continue to have this conversation, offering another thermos to the table and dismissing the empty vessel. If more human 'needs' were required, then he'd sure as hell would need to seek out a bathroom at the rate he was pounding liquids. "It is a little embarrassing, I must admit I was intrigued. First time I'd seen something like those ears, and my curiosity got the best of me. I don't believe the place I bought this is still open, it was a temporary stall during the star festival. Although I believe someone who specializes in making clothes could reproduce them easily."

Just beyond the windows in paper screen trim, that amber glow begins to twist into a soft blue. The ode to a dying day, giving birth to a brand-new night.

  20. A wave of crimson miasma thickens, and through the color the occasional flash of deep blue light pops through it like lightning. Buried under the untamed and wild aggression, as legions of Ladonia continue to try and push through the fog of war. Trying for the walls of the refugee camp with bloodlust on their minds. All they find is an early demise as they disappear within.

The voices pierce that veil, as a message bleeds through on the wind. A fixated stare on the Ifrit, The whisper had breached it. "Success starts with the first move." Raidou hisses from that thickened coverage, as Gabrandr and Shiina pierce through it. Ruri appears on edge, ready to make another array of attacks to protect the wanderer. The nomad raises a hand to give her pause.

    "They are with us."

The blunette scoffs, sheathing a blade on her hip. Crossing her arms as the heebee geebies set in, The whole place looked like the inside of a microwave after a pen exploded. She'd yet to get fully used to it, but was the most familiar with the familiar. "Shiina you have this?" He asks the songstress and is rewarded with an brash and excited parade of nods. "I trust you. But not him." Raidou locks eyes with, @Gabrandr "I kept my word, keep yours. I hope I don't need to come to her aid. Your people are safe, and I will see Razwell buried."

A sour sting, before his parrying blade finds its sheathe, and in its absence the sharp yellow flare of what looks like sunlight echoes like a flashbang. "Ruri, let's go give the rest of Firm Anima a hand." Rustling her hair and getting punched rather harshly for the headpat. "Jerk." she comments with a red flush of her face, before it twists into a smile. Feet slide apart, and two players sporting charge and cloth armor rocket at a surprising amount of oomf across the field. Leaving in their wake a dust bunny.

Catching the ass end of a battle cry, it appeared that more of the guild had graced this warzone. And just like Lun rael the odds were so uneven. His eyes lock with Hidden for a moment as a blackened fist clutches around a soldier and heaves it like a flat stone across a lake. Skipping before crashing into something solid. The thunder like discharge of electricity in a boom, crackling down the length of a lightning rod in gilded gold. The flutter of a red robe, and sliding into view with a burning cobalt steel was The Blue Bolt.

"Fate isn't as absolute as you believe it to be, and yet you do not believe in fate."

Reaching a thickened black amalgamation feigning an appendage, it adjusts a still present pair of glasses. A mind to the heart. Acting as but a single entity.

"Continue to believe in them, and let them have faith in you."

Static rings down the length of Auric Sunlight, as he walks shoulder to shoulder with Ruri. Two more into the fray, and from a pair of horrific lips with a voice harsh like sandpaper.

"I have faith in all of you, do not allow them to escape to the dreadnaught. One for all."

  21. Bottomed out glass, he'd reach for the thermos he'd brought and pour in some more. A fixation to keep him from studying as intensely on his surroundings. Through wooden panels peaks a waning afternoon sun, casting an orange glow across polished hardwood flooring. "I caught the back half of what happened. I hope that lessons learned prevents it from happening in the future." Pressing that glass to his lips, stealing a peripheral glance at Xena and noticing the lack of her chosen characteristic. Perhaps the words from the others had discouraged them being worn. Subtly, Raidou found them fitting and defining. An identity removed more than likely didn't offer her any encouragement to being comfortable.

"But we are all surprisingly durable. I believe you would be astonished what you can handle. Vulnerable, yes, but it builds faith. It builds hope, we've shown we are capable of trust." His gaze this almost dormant and seemed to see for miles, as if he was peering past the walls and over the conflict in sport filled spirits. The slight glare upon his lenses from the cast light. "This? I picked it up during the Tanabata event, from one of the stalls. It would probably look nice on you, worth considering getting yourself one." A lack of understanding his own purposal he'd continue. "A composite would accent your features, something darker to accent your electric hair tone. But I miss the ears."

  22. Following Persi's eyesight, unconcerned where the familiar's intentions lie. The wanderer had seen it fell a titan on its own, burrowing it's way through without much resistance. Any mischief or issue she found herself in, she could readily handle. A simple seat, as if unpacking himself after a change. Weight to a soft seat in the shape of a pillow, the clatter of dishes upon a platform. "Comfortable?" The boy spoke, a bit of whimsical invite to his tone. It had been a bit, since the Hoya's walls, but even still he didn't have an issue recognizing the girl.

Taking the space near her, he knew what it was like to be the odd one out. Beside the standard fair and to keep to one's self. Helping himself to the tea he had brought, his attention focused forward across the ringing of wood weapons met. "I'm glad you found yourself here." He remarks nursing the taste of another sip, allowing steam to bleed from its opening. It seemed that in her own way, perhaps she'd taken his words to heart. "It isn't easy, having the courage to allow people the opportunity to get to know who you are."
