    Seeing the remaining two lined up almost perfectly, he makes his move. Charging through them with his weapon out to his side. The first would see itself clattering down the stairs. The last would find a shattering outcome, shards of ice fall to the bottom floor before bursting into nothing. Shifting himself on the stairs to glance down to make sure everything was dead, there were still a few light sources around. When he was sure that they were not going to move too he would relax a bit. Looking up to Nisahime who was leaning on the arm of a chair resting her head on a hand. It was clear that this was nothing more than a fun endeavor to the woman. She would get up and clap her hands only once before everyone was back on the beachfront. Nisahime was still applauding as she was walking away from the group. The day was over, it was time to get some rest for another weird semi exciting day tomorrow.

    Seizing the moment, he smashes his blade right on top of the people eating fish. They both burst into nothing under the metal. Pulling his weapon up, letting it lean against his shoulders he glances at Nisahime. What did she have in store for them today? It was clear that she was trying to mess around a little bit, she must have gotten that trickster aspect from Shiina. It was actually refreshing watching that woman have some fun. All work and no play was something that he was trying to get out of himself. This was possible with Eruda but Nisahime only had the team. She had to learn or copy those traits from them. If they just stopped enjoying themselves then that woman would be a cranky uptight figurative person. He was still unsure what that woman was but she was adapting really well. He saw Celeste walking back toward the group, good they were ready to dive into another one or Morrighan’s worlds.

    “Curious,” saying as he kicks some sand into the water slimes. They absorbed the content and kept moving. “Interesting,” was all he said. Sword smashes against the ground as lightning is sent through a fissure at them. They begin to take that in too until they most of them fall to their death inside the hole that was created. Twisting his head, this stumped Raidou. He would have to come back and grab samples of this water just so that he could make sure it wasn’t a danger to swim in. This had never happened before. They have come here every day for weeks now and this was a first at least on this floor. At the very least maybe he would test Ruri’s abilities, see how much she has learned. Staring at the things, he was very fascinated. Stepping back a few steps, he was observing the creatures. Suddenly a thought came to mind, his eyes darted to Nisahime who had a smirk on her face.

  4. The moment the crab lands, the ground shakes a bit. He had already started charging in the creature's direction. Twisting his sword around, bashing the shell against his hilt. He then pulls his weapon back as the belly of the beast exposes itself. Stabbing into the flesh, what looks like voltage shocks of lightning reverberates along its frame. Pulling his blade out, it collapsed to the ground. It was now ready for the group, he would do it’s best to keep the thing at bay. He was sure that he didn’t need to do much though, they seemed to be getting good at putting bigger enemies down these days. He would continue to come for protection's sake, anything could happen at any time and he would hate himself if something were to happen the one time it was decided that he didn’t show up. Raising up his weapon, he would be ready if he was needed.

    • Tough Shell: This monster’s MIT and ACC cannot be reduced, and it remains unaffected by Incarcerate, Paralysis and Freeze effects.
    • Too Large: Familiars’ Grappling Skill cannot be used to stun the boss. Only normal stuns will work on it as a result of SAs or skills being used, and they will have a 4 turn cooldown.
    • Pincer Attack: Sand’s Claw will attack two times during its turn, targeting the player with the highest hate, and then the player with the second highest hate. Perform one attack roll for each attack.
    • Sand Cloud: Upon rolling CD 9+ and LD 10+ during one of its attacks, the boss will instead raise a cloud of sand from the beach, lowering each player’s ACC by -1 for their next two turns. This effect does not stack and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • King’s Grip: On an MD 10, Sand’s Claw will lower the target’s MIT by 15 for the next two turns. This effect stacks up to two times, and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • Bubble Spray: On an MD 10 and CD 6+, Sand’s Claw will instead hit the entire party for 125 unmitigated DMG, lowering every player’s EVA by 1 for two turns. This effect does not stacked and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • Gobble Up: If the boss’ health reaches 2000, on its next turn it will skip its attack and start eating rocks. It must be hit with 3 or more Delay SAs until its next turn, otherwise it will expend it on healing 1000 HP. This can only occur once per battle.
    • Soft Skin: Once afflicted with Bleed, the effect will not wear off for the remainder of the battle.
    • Unguarded Sides: Area of Effect attacks consume twice the base energy, but deal 50% (rounded up) more damage.
  5. Stepping down the stairs, he could hear chattering in the kitchen. They had company last night, he wondered if they ever actually slept. Smelling something delicious as he steps into the room, finding Eruda and Freya cooking together. It was way too early to meet the others at the beach, this was going to be nice. The other two come downstairs yawning, they all sit at the table. Nice conversations, there was not fighting, just smiling and laughing from the girls. He wraps his arms around Eruda’s waist from behind, whispering in her ear, “We have to go, I love you.” She returns the hug with a smile and a kiss. Raidou goes upstairs to change and gather some things before the guys walk out together. They all had a busy day ahead of them, it had been nice to finally get together and release whatever tension there was between the guys.

    Pouring something on his blade, throwing it to the ground as it shatters into tiny shards. His weapon begins to spark at first then ignites in a fire that trails all the way up his sword. Raidou hops up onto Ugzeke’s chest and drives that weapon right into the middle. At first it just looked like he was melting but then he burst into flames. The ice and heat mixture caused smoke that looked almost black, it was a bit weird to see. As the freeze started to wear off, Ugzeke was screaming in pure agony. The thing was missing feet for crying out loud. Raidou pulls his blade out of the chest cavity and hops off. The large creature sits up and looks down in silence, then a howling painful cry comes from his lungs. Raidou can honestly say in all the times he had fought this, he had never heard that noise come from his mouth.

    A small smile curve on his face, there was no way that Nisahime would put them in that much danger. She needed them and if she outright killed the team then she would have to start all over with a team that she could trust. That just did not sound like something that Morrighan wanted to do, she was messing with them pure and simple. It did seem like the woman was having fun though, it was weird to see this kind of activity coming from her of all people. Raising that large blade up, he would pull it back slowly. In one quick movement he stabs forward at the remaining creature. Upon impact it would make a heart crumbling scream before popping into nothing. Glancing up at Nisahime who was almost at the top of the volcano, she was clapping her hands together as if she was applauding them. Yea, the woman was trying to scare them but he knew better.

    Pulling Celeste back up to her feet, Raidou looks around for a moment as those tiny shards float slowly down around them. Glancing up, it looked like there was a tiny hole. Slick, instead of creating something around them, the opening acted as a portal to the ground floor of a volcano. The mass amount of screeching and screaming was nothing new to Raidou, it had just been a while since it had been heard. The creatures around them were nothing more than a mob with the intent to kill. Pulling that weapon up as he slices through the air toward the collection of masses that decided to join the party. They all fall limp, some half way in the lava that filled the empty floors around them. Even the largest thing in the room slams against the round flooring. Looked like something that would come straight out of a nightmare.

    Watching where they came from last, he saw nothing. That meant to him that either there was nothing or the critters were coming from a different location. Surveying the area, he saw movement in the tree line. As they got closer to the group, “Rats, heading our way from the foliage.” They seemed to be heading directly for the biggest man on the team. They all attempted to bite at Griswolds feet but he seemed to be doing a fair job at lifting those huge legs every time a strike was taken. Raidou was less concerned with this and more interested in where Nisahime would be bringing them today. The location was always different and the creature came in a weird form most of the time. The woman hadn’t really spoken a whole lot today, it made him wonder if she did have a motive today or if she was just observing them today again. Maybe it was fun for her, could very well just be that she enjoyed their company. Eyeing the woman, she looked very calm at the moment, even had a smile painted across her face.

  10. Pulling up his blade, the creature was showing a bit of emotion which made no sense to him, they were not supposed to do that. Like a switch the crap started charging at his friends. Lifting that sword, he pulls back and stabs right through the flesh. It stops moving, his sword was long enough that it nicked its spine creating a temporary relapse of movement. Putting that weapon out, there were sparks being fabricated as it dragged the tip of the shell. Pivoting his feet, if it tries it again, he would be ready. Repositioning himself, he was so close to the critter, if it moved it would fall. He was proud to see everyone working together in some way. Seeing them all come so far and dodge a massive amount of obstacles. Every single one of these people had changed in some way and all for the greater good. Glancing back at the crab, shaking his head a bit. He pushed his frames back up the bridge of his nose. Starting to focus again, it wasn’t over yet.

    • Tough Shell: This monster’s MIT and ACC cannot be reduced, and it remains unaffected by Incarcerate, Paralysis and Freeze effects.
    • Too Large: Familiars’ Grappling Skill cannot be used to stun the boss. Only normal stuns will work on it as a result of SAs or skills being used, and they will have a 4 turn cooldown.

    • Gobble Up: If the boss’ health reaches 2000, on its next turn it will skip its attack and start eating rocks. It must be hit with 3 or more Delay SAs until its next turn, otherwise it will expend it on healing 1000 HP. This can only occur once per battle.
    • Soft Skin: Once afflicted with Bleed, the effect will not wear off for the remainder of the battle.
    • Unguarded Sides: Area of Effect attacks consume twice the base energy, but deal 50% (rounded up) more damage.
  11. The reflection on sunlight on minute window panes, attached to black rims that hung limply on ears concealed under a messy mop of brown hair. Decently kept, mainly out of a necessity to maintain a sense of order and consistency. That granular familiarity parted on every step allowing a path tried on repeat to be renewed again, its final destination still lingering just beyond the now with its fleeting mystery. A blade behind his back, stricken with a days new vigor and desperately wishing to be drawn with an edge honed through countless battles. The swordsman in red, one of blood and passion held ever fast against the smells and trials of his never ending journey, and today would be no different. The man slides his screen open, confirming the count as they'd cascade in one by one on the left side of his screen. As if the system was counting his allies and reminding him of his choices.

    Seeing Setsuna be launched, Raidou twists that blade, raises up and slashes down with everything he had against the creature. The weapon lands directly where the wind starts, cutting through everything that was keeping it connected to the body. The large feathers fell to the ground as they began to separate from the fragmented bone before bursting into nothing. It was rare that one could cut off a limb, Raidou was just one of those oddities that could when he hit in just the right spot. Knowing that Setsuna was most likely okay, taking a glance around anyway to make sure. Seeing not even a trail of ice, it was hard to make any note around these large formations. Raidou would just have to trust that Setsuna was okay, it didn’t look like an attack was made from either party so that helps confirm his curiosity. The large Harpie was struggling to get to its feet, they were almost done here.

    Pushing his frames up the bridge on his nose with a single finger, waiting for whatever was out to come closer for a clear visual. Blade raised up, knowing that he would somehow have to make an opening for his team to operate efficiently. There, the smaller ones, humanoid with black wings. Harpies, the larger creature had the same figure but looked as though it had two sets of white wings with what almost resemble fangs. Raidou’s sword went down against the ground creating a mote straight ahead. Sending thunderous shock waves down the middle, everything in its way gets plowed over, creating a direct line toward him and it. The two smaller ones explode where they stood but the last screeches out in pain as if falling and sliding on their face into the bushes. Raidou waited to see if it got back up but it didn’t. “It's down for now” as he moves closer to the thing so the others would know where their target lays. Blade comes up in a defensive stance just in case it tries anything funny.

    A roar of flames danced across the room, attack after attack would bleed out in a reverberating demolition site sending sprays of muck all to and from. Eruda, Wulfrin, Freyd and Morningstar. All held fast within that tide, covered from head to toe in it. The very foe they faced would get obliterated, reform and proceed to be erased again. Each time it would reappear smaller and less intimidating, a recurring endurance test but nothing more. These players practiced and true where not even winded yet. This was nothing more then an exercise, pulling away at them slowly but barely scratching the paint on what they could possibly achieve. That went double to those who this encounter was a new one, proving that their tenacity and resilience would easily erase whatever green they still head. They had the determination to move forward and continue to progress.

    A smile claims the swordsman's face, the thought fancied and tinged with pride. An adjust of his glasses casts a mirrored blockade of his eyes in the bittersweet acknowledgement that they could have done this without him, and he couldn't be happier. A wind back, his focus shifting and a discharge of forked lightning rips from his blade sending just that much more into the warzone. It wouldn't be long now.

    A spray of arrows manage to clip him one after another, pushing the man on the defensive. In that harrowing however, the others would descend upon that harpie with renewed fervor. Utterly blind to them, she'd find herself cordoned and avoiding one attack from Freyd before being blindsided and sent rattling to the floor by Wulfrin. A helmet drops with a rattling as it rolls, a shield finds itself inserted into the floor with a solid thud. A shimmer of sparks as the creatures armor tears across moments after, a clattering of metal on stone with pieces breaking away from her armor as she grinds to a stop. Only managing a few moments of respite, using her hands to start dragging herself up from the floor under duress. All up until the red headed bullet bashes her ass back to the floor with a shield and proceeds to run her through, sheering off her armor in pieces made brittle from the frost. The long moment of clarity, of perceived pain. Revenge, the programming screamed. Angry and unmoving, it waits for its debilitations to clear. An embossed long sword, a prattling of wings and it raises a limp attempt at a swipe. A rip of that steel toward the closest thing it could reach, desperate to attempt to fight back. The clang of metal on metal, the wave of thunder that follows after as it thrown from her grasp.

    She was out of her element, outmatched and beaten.

    Watching Celeste react the way that she did, Raidou couldn’t fault her for it. Everyone had a fear of something, it couldn’t be helped. Seeing Felix playing with one of the remaining frogs, Raidou pulls a little round treat from his robe. It was what he gave Raseria nearly everyday just so the fire wolf wouldn’t wake Eruda up most days. Putting his palm out with the little orange tablet, Felix bounces over with the creature in his face, smelling what Raidou had to trade for. The cat lets the frog go and it starts to hop away as he grabs the food. Patting him on the head, Raidou locates the other target. Pulling his weapon up and crashing it against the ground. As the two remaining lineup in a straight line, they both get electrocuted into crispy bits and explode into nothing. Walking to Nisahime's side without looking at her, he pulls out a map that is held out in her direction. Raidou was wondering what this day would bring them to this time.

    Surveying the area, there was no easy way to call these creatures that came after the boss out. There had been bugs, snakes and plenty others to indicate it was completely random. Raidou’s eyes peeled to the ground around the trees. An area that no one was looking at. “Nothing back this way,” Raidou announces, turning to glance back toward Nisa. That woman was still just standing there, almost like this time she wasn’t waiting for anything. Every other time there had been an objective, an item or even a creature to wipe out or get. It didn’t seem like this was anything like those that took place previously. Seemed almost like Nisahime was relaxed. Raidou would not be, anything could happen and the man would keep his guard up no matter what. Traveling through the small amount of brush that lay upon the ground. Feet passing over it to make sure nothing came out. Raidou didn’t want to miss a thing.

    A lean back in his chair, adjusting himself to the weight of her decision. An inhale would see him move a hand to his brow, remove his glasses and fold them up. He'd lean forward and take the items away one by one. A finality as the tablet was the last among them. "Then there is nothing left to say, welcome to the light Hilda. I'll call on you only if I absolutely need to. I think that if your alright with it, I'd like to allow Simmone and Shiina to know where you are. If you can handle it." A look down to his cup, he'd slide it closer to him and take another healthy dose. It was odd, their travels, their conflicts had spanned such a long time that this serenity, this peacefulness they were capable of sharing almost felt dreamlike.

    There would be more enemies, foes that acted out of turn from a sense of morality and decency. Others with nefarious deeds in mind, while in the same vein the very actors in this game worked to slay them all. Yet the games largest and oldest force was dismantled piece by glorious piece and left this world without conflicts. Even those that would obtain the gall to try, would find a fast and ruthless form of judgement. Such was the way of the still surviving Faceless lord, and but a single remaining finger. A simple girl, that had been through hell and back again still bore her brand. A soldier with two faces, acting from both sides of the stage in tandem.


    A broker, A widow, A dagger and A pair of glasses. A mask worn and a mask removed. Those that would traverse the dark would find something much darker within the void, something borderline sinister eager to drag them back inside. Thoughts and introspection, history lessons and a network of wires just waiting to be tripped upon. There were more pieces to rig, for there always were. The simple afternoon with gentle conversation, shared by old enemies turned to allies turned to friends. "If you ever want to get out of the house." He'd tap the coordinates for the guild hall into a message and send it to her. "I will warn you, its a rambunctious and loud place but it grows on you."

  19. That smile of his doesn't fade as she begins completely poking holes in that flip around. "Alright alright, you got me. I was so flipped upside down I thought you wanted the rock, ok?" He'd hand her the rag and the teleport crystal, after tapping it and predesignating its coordinates. He'd give her the opportunity to wipe her face, straighten her hair a little if she was so inclined.

    "Mari?"

    The mental freeze finally clearing, she'd start to move and accept in a way that actually would strike Raidou with a mild shock. There was some growth after all. That was not the answer he'd been expecting. he'd begin typing out the message to her friends. "Oh no, your not going to pawn this off on me. You want to tell them, that's on you. You want me to pick sticks and spider webs out of that hair of yours like a monkey, sure." That tone of his, the standard of speaking did not match who he used to be. He had a lot of conversations with a lot of different people, a lot of lessons to learn that had changed him. He'd pause and glance at her with that simple and minute smile. "I'll be here if you need me, but don't expect me to tell you what to do or how to feel Mari. You've had just about enough of that." Sliding the teleport crystal through the bars, he'd pull it back toward himself. "AND NO CLIFFS. that I will tell you what to do." his hand extends again.

    The message fires away, as his menu vanishes. A final smile as he'd look at her one last time, before picking up his book and starting to walk away down the corridors of black iron you can hear his words echo off the walls.

    "Good Luck, Mari. and Take a shower! All those mice you were cuddling with made you smell awful."

    Listening to her voice it felt almost unreal, another induced day dream between them that always bordered a nightmare. Not quite comfortable but not quite painful either. "Uh, Of course." he'd toss the thing over his right shoulder, allowing it to clatter to the wall and flop pathetically to the ground like a wet napkin. Clapping his open hand against his forehead with an audible slap. "I was just messing with you." He'd offer a smile to dismiss his own stupidity and embarrassment. Mainly to just scratch some of that real Mari out into the open. "I really just can't believe it." That smile of his holding fast, projecting that despite his outward appearance there was some growth under it.

    "Took you long enough, give me a minute." He'd slide open his screen and start dragging things around. There was a touch of excitement to the motion, like a conductor sliding around to dictate an orchestra. Yet despite it all, his hand doesn't leave hers subconsciously clinging to it. Probably doing him about as much benefit as it was hers, akin to pinching yourself during a dream it helped confirm this was actually happening. When she released it, he'd stop for a second as his mind almost lost its direction. Glancing at the screen, he'd turn it. His contacts, some through the guild and others from happenstance.

    "Should I contact some of your friends?" The question came off strong, and simple. This had been their little secret, one kept through necessity and other through trust. "They don't have to know where you've been, but I bet your tiny fuzzy head that they missed you." The screen remained open, a transparent window that he'd stare at her through. The names clear as day in reverse:

    If she could actually read it through the back end of the window. Left ajar as he'd look down for a white cloth from his pocket, as well as a pair of crystals saved so readily for this very moment as his glasses come bouncing out and fall through the bars. "Its your choice, I support whatever you decide to do."

  21. A shock like static through the system that caused him to pause, the book whisked so carelessly to the cobbled stone beneath him bouncing off its spine. A thought races through his head, causing him to lift a finger but no sound comes out. Then another with a metaphorical lightbulb flickering to life in his mind causing his finger to become rigged once more, but nothing twice that causes it to become flaccid. The swordsman clears his throat, struggling on the notion that a question he'd asked every visit was finally actually considered. Her decision, her choice. Finally feeling like she'd paid her penance. But he wasn't entirely sure he believed it. Maybe he misheard, maybe...

    He'd look to the wall just behind him on the right with a lean over his shoulder, the tiny little stone that hung offering a pale almost white light. The man turns and stands up from his seat, partially tripping over it and having to wiggle a foot to get it free. A black gloved hand would pluck it from the wall, turning it over before offering it to her through the bars. Surely this was what she meant. Right? "I uh, here?" he spoke with a dryness in his throat, scratching the back his dark brown head with a twist of confusion and the urge to oblige. The stool he was on off kilter and on its side, the book lay flat and open with the pages on the floor. An aura of serenity sliding over this ill fitting background. Days to months to years, all torn apart by such a simple phrase.

    "The...glasses?" at first spoken in a bit of a stupor before it clicks into place. "Right, my glasses. I only wear them when walking around. Otherwise..." He points with a wiggle of a his finger back and forth between the two of them, very much in a 'come here' style motion. "They just get in the way." A truth no better spoken in the most poorly executed relay. Mari didn't need him to be smart, to decipher the mysteries of the universe or tell her the exact composition of formaldehyde which he could. Instead she needed to see eye to eye with someone, which was a lot harder given how short she was. A set of unshielded eyes that understood her plight yet offered no pity, no expectations in a stone cold stoic reciprocation. A contrast of orange to her blue, no tricks and no defenses.

  22. The dark and narrow corridors of dimly lit stone walls continued unending. Temperatures dropped into almost winter levels as the mans breath would start to become visible. A set of goblins here, a ghoul or two there. Wave after wave as he passed cell after cell. Black metal bars of iron long forgotten, stood unmoving and empty with that that they trapped inside. A rat cuts across the room, as the nomad's foot finds a puddle formed from droplets that rhythmically tap in from cracks above. The strike of a match would see a sconce on the wall spring to life, offering a warm glow that felt almost alien to these halls. Just above the city roared with life and yet down here, it was:

    His footsteps echoed as he'd continue after plucking that torch from its sheathe. Fight after Fight, conflict after conflict just to get to the first set of stairs. A long and arduous process. But there were three more sets to go. Eventually he would find his way deep enough, not quite as low as it could be but low enough that it was completely improbable to find anything specific. With the locks set in place, Raidou knew that he couldn't locate Mari by tracking her directly. The span of this floor was just as massive as the ones above it, like a labyrinth of identical corridors that would easily get one trapped and lost. Using his <<Tracking>> skill not on the girl but the tiny little light source he'd left adjacent to her cell. A simple glowstone, made specially to have a different name and ID.

    Deeper and Deeper to the dungeons outer most rim, on B4 where even the monsters started to become scarce. It was likely that just above, the very edge of the city would reside. "Good morning Mari." he'd respond to the trapped woman in that utterly mundane cell, a carbon copy of those that surround it. A small nearly rotted stool picked up from the one adjacent and moved to be in front of the bars. Placing his torch in the nearby fixture, he'd slide a simple linen bag through a slot in the bars. "I know its not much but..." he'd set it on the rough hewn stone floor and take out a single morsel for himself, before taking a seat and crossing his legs. Into his pocket he'd pull out a small book, one with a red shaded cover. On it the scrawled title in an embossed gold filigree: The Cask of Amontillado

    Sliding it open as he'd fold his legs, he'd wait not for her response for she hardly paid him any. But he was ok with that, because frankly he didn't want or need her approval. Instead he'd stubbornly trek on, because under all that barricade and blockades she threw up the girl probably enjoyed it. Or she didn't but its probably better to at least hear something down in this dark dank crevice. The thoughts played through his head quickly, as he'd begin to read the book out loud. Unperturbed nor focused on the flame headed woman stirring around in that box. Page after page, line after line his voice was the only thing carrying on those walls in a reverberating amphitheater.

  23. Raidou comes in like a wrecking ball and slams into its large shelled frame causing it to tip over on its back. Clashing against the sand, trying so hard to get back up with no advancement in those attempts. It looked like Simmone would win that bet after all. The others were doing a fair job of making its health bar tick down. This would not take much longer. Glancing at Nisahime, there was something about her today. There was no random walking around, no idea or smirking talking about what was being done today. Was there no motive or demand today, did the woman collect everything that was needed or was this just a small break period between chaos and calm. She never did something without an advantage of some sort. Even if this one time seemed normal, Raidou would be keeping a close eye for the rest of the time. Reposition himself, one eye on Nisahime and the other on the Crab.

    • Tough Shell: This monster’s MIT and ACC cannot be reduced, and it remains unaffected by Incarcerate, Paralysis and Freeze effects.
    • Too Large: Familiars’ Grappling Skill cannot be used to stun the boss. Only normal stuns will work on it as a result of SAs or skills being used, and they will have a 4 turn cooldown.
    • Pincer Attack: Sand’s Claw will attack two times during its turn, targeting the player with the highest hate, and then the player with the second highest hate. Perform one attack roll for each attack.
    • Sand Cloud: Upon rolling CD 9+ and LD 10+ during one of its attacks, the boss will instead raise a cloud of sand from the beach, lowering each player’s ACC by -1 for their next two turns. This effect does not stack and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • King’s Grip: On an MD 10, Sand’s Claw will lower the target’s MIT by 15 for the next two turns. This effect stacks up to two times, and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • Bubble Spray: On an MD 10 and CD 6+, Sand’s Claw will instead hit the entire party for 125 unmitigated DMG, lowering every player’s EVA by 1 for two turns. This effect does not stacked and any further activations will refresh its duration.
    • Gobble Up: If the boss’ health reaches 2000, on its next turn it will skip its attack and start eating rocks. It must be hit with 3 or more Delay SAs until its next turn, otherwise it will expend it on healing 1000 HP. This can only occur once per battle.
    • Soft Skin: Once afflicted with Bleed, the effect will not wear off for the remainder of the battle.
    • Unguarded Sides: Area of Effect attacks consume twice the base energy, but deal 50% (rounded up) more damage.

    Somehow these wisps were still spawning, it sorta confused Raidou. Pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose, pulling his weapon up to disperse the few that had appeared. Chest was burning slightly, it wasn’t really pain it was more of a heaviness like the weapon that was being wielded. “Give it to Nisa, maybe her just touching it will make it stop.” The chances that this would actually work were slim but there had been a lot of weird things going on today and this thought was not far off from that scenario. Morrighan didn’t want to touch the glass cage because she believed that it was a trap meant to specifically keep her out. If it was free then maybe whatever property it held would cancel out if in Nisahime’s grip. A few more spit out from the heart now, not the chest, at least that theory was correct. Raidou hops down off the golem saying, “Please take care of those Celeste.” Taking a heavy breath, they all deserved a well earned rest.

    Raidou could feel his body trying to give but he had to keep going if not for himself, but for them to know that anything is possible. The creatures seem to be more wild than before, movement became undetermined. Taking a deep breath as he began to glow. A short jaunt and a rush find Raidou on the other side of the large Golem, cleaving up, down, twirling the weighted blade to make connection with the last as they all burst in unison. Evening his breath, knowing that there was going to be more to come soon. Turning slightly, raising that weapon up and pulling his arm up. This was more than they were use to, it was a bigger task but they couldn’t give up. “Keep going, we are almost there,” saying glancing down at Gaius who was almost through. Just a little longer, a break was well deserved, they were all doing so well. Raidou was very proud of his team.
