Would be quick and easy enough to scroll through a thread, without reading it, and just see who the active players had been and who the one-offs were... I would think. Probably time consuming though.

You could maybe have it so that only the people that join during the first few post rotations are eligible for the bonus SP, but that still requires additional effort on the staff's part.
