Ah right. Uh I guess you can do it for that. Keep the item limit in mind though. I would assume equipment not being used is in your item pool.

So I could wear for example +3 Damage Mit Helmet, +3 Damage Spear and +2 Evasion (caps at 2) +1 Thorns trousers.

accuracy don't have a cap right?

All skills have a cap. Check the guide in the status to see it. It is either 2 or 3. Some cap at 2, but having a third slot increases the activation rate, like Paralysis and Bleed.
