      No, you cannot. As far as I know. There is no enchantment that can give you minus accuracy or evasion

       

      BUT. You can give mobs Accuracy I believe. I would double check with other staff, like @Beatbox before it's officially ruled. I could be wrong after all

      Row, the max a Mob can have is +4 Accuracy. The cap counts for both players and monsters. I will make note and make sure that's clarified in the Tutorials
