New and improved Chewie... now he's a full sized bear that can attack my enemies and paralock them. What's not to love?

You have a base damage of 1.. no matter what.

When you have a skill rank of 1 with a weapon that you use, you gain +1 damage.

So, yes.. you do 2 damage.

That's true but I'd probably get more annoyed at having to change the color all the time haha. Plus I have an excuse for not formatting them hehe

For the purposes of making your character not invincible within the scope of the sites rules then it does make sense. But if you think about it realistically it totally doesn't. Like you can comletely dodge an attack that's not a crit but you can't move out of the way enough to make a crit just graze you. 

Realism can't always be perfectly applied to roleplay. Also, Sword Art Online is a game, so you're not looking at total realism regardless. You're looking at systems and numbers and parameters, stuff like that.

Also I think the point of a critical hit is for it to be... y'know, critical. Not just a graze or something. I usually roleplay crits as crazy stuff, like when Takao almost got eaten by the snow beast or nearly thrown into lava by Cerberus.

Well when I think of thinks I usually jump to how they should/really work. Like if something isn't right in the context of logic (or at least my logic) I'm pretty often going to question it. Like you said, you can't have everything here be realistic. It has to fit under rules and calculations to make it fair for everyone. So, like I said, in that sense it is technically logical. 

I think we're thinking about this too much.

Yeah. You ask a lot of questions.   Seriously your character should just give up resisting and become a true trap! (jking. Unless you want to do that. I did that once on another site a long time ago)

Yeah I used to try and fix it but then I decided I'd just use whatever sounded best. I like first person better so I'm sticking with it though.
