[EVENT-NK] The Slaying of Sheeptar the Sheep King

Recommended Posts

READ THE SPOILER:

Spoiler

1. This event is a FRONTLINE PLAYER Event. Recommended Level 35+, at minimum.
2. This event WILL happen TWICE a year. June and December.
3. Sheeptar has been Beta-Tested, this event SHOULD be a challenge, treat it like a Boss Fight.
4. This event is an entire MINI-QUEST. There MAY be more such mini-quests in the future.
5. This event is limited to the FIRST 8 PLAYERS to sign-up.
6. You should all be able to guess which staff member is running this event.
7. The general idea for Sheeptar comes, of course, from SAO-ABRIDGED... I couldn't think up anything this awesome on my own.
8. For the best results the team should consist of a good mix of Fighters, Tanks, Healers, and Treasure Hunters.
9. The players that take part in the inaugural Slaying of Sheeptar will be DISQUALIFIED from taking part in December, no player may ever participate in back-to-back Sheeptar Events.
10. Sign-ups run for 72 Hours, or until we get 8 players, whichever happens first.
11. The players MUST choose ONE of their number to handle all search checks.
12. Just like in Boss Fights, you MUST state your stats at the outset in your first post. Once the Event OFFICIALLY BEGINS stats are LOCKED and may not be edited.
13. This is a NON-PK Thread. PK will be invalidated and any player that deliberately PK's another in this thread will forfeit the considerable thread rewards.
14. Once posting order is established there will be a 48 hour posting timer. Those who fail to post within their time limit will be skipped. Get skipped 5 times and you will forfeit the thread rewards.

The lonely village of Dunich, home to TWENTY people, lies nestled in a small valley on the Eleventh Floor. Nestled high along one of the peaks overlooking the valley, carved directly from the rock, are the gates that lead into a mountain fortress, the home of Sheeptar. Sheeptar and his minions have been terrorizing the people of the village in the valley, occasionally butchering villagers and often raiding them of col and crafting material resources. In a last ditch effort to rid themselves of their fleecy overlord, the villagers sent an envoy to Taft to round up a group of Adventurers to rid them of Sheeptar, once and for all. All that remains is for eight intrepid adventurers to answer the call.

Mack stood atop a lonely windswept hill in one of the farthest corners of the eleventh floor, the mountain range before him quite literally denoting the end barrier of the world of Sword Art Online. The towering axe man was clad in the armor that made up Pertinax, except for his hands which were encased in well articulated shining silver gauntlets, St. Michael's Fingers. At the moment, the red-headed giant had his right hand wrapped around the wooden haft of his Banner of Command, the snow white banner with a crimson cross flapping softly in the breeze while the Two-Handed Axe of the Fallen was sheathed at his back.

The Vice Commander of the Knights of the Blood Oath had heard, through one of the low-level players that he was often helping, that there was a new quest that had recently been uncovered. Apparently, it was a time sensitive quest on the eleventh floor of the tower. The rewards were said to be enormous and the challenge extreme, though the game was going to cap the number of players in the party at eight. No doubt that was why he was on only person to have yet arrived. Time would tell if there would be more people to join in the hunt or not.

Whether it be through word of mouth or through tendered information, the vague details of a time sensitive quest near a scarcely populated NPC village had just begun to spread. Keeping on top of his progress meant taking advantage of rare opportunities, such as the aforementioned quest. But the exact details, much like the village it was to take place nearby, were scarce. He didn't have a terribly good idea of what exactly was terrorizing the village, nor who would be present. He only knew that the challenge would be great and the rewards would be worth the risk, which was precisely why he arrived mere moments after Mack. Had he not taken the time to properly buff himself before even leaving the safe zone, perhaps he might have been the first to arrive.

"'ey Mack." Takao greeted simply, glove-clad hands soon finding their way into his pockets. With the expected greeting done, Takao positioned himself out of the way of those who appeared afterward. His keeping of distance, accentuated by his defensive body posture and eyes that watched carefully, definitely gave off the impression that he wasn't in a very trusting mood.

For some reasons some quest NPCs were in Taft..... for maybe the same reason they decided to rally Ariel up for the quest, from her newly bought house.... for that reason she was now closing into the meeting place. Where she spotted the shiny crimson cloaked.... mountain of a man clad in armor, now vice commander in rank with a banner in his hand. Maybe Takao was there as well... she couldn't tell well. But if he wore, she would go to him and ask if he had any spare drinks.

She waved at the KotB's 2nd in command and said with a smile: "Yo! Fancy meeting you here, I guess you got word from the quest NPCs as well." she wore the same old armor... same old stuff. Well at least in exterior appearance as she had several sets of tailor made armors with different enhancements. Despite being Aincrad's #1 Tailor, style and taste being something that came with the title as well as an avangardist in fashion, she had the same old style from the time she was a noob. Clothing extremely short skirt and revealing top, a black rapier with rose and thorns motifs on the crossguard and a pair of steel-like vambraces and shoulder pads with some heavy duty black leather army boots. One would think after so much time in the front lines she would get an unique item to define her. Well she had one... but nothing iconic, so she decided to keep it safe for now. While engaging into so light chatting with Mack, she began preparing. "Mendokusai ne... (what a pain...)" thought the blonde but she couldn't deny that the thought of a tough enemy made her adrenaline levels raise.

"Master Opal!! Please wait!!" The woman stopped so her little Imp familiar could hurry and catch up to her. She had long slender legs and could walk great distances quite easily compared to the stumpy web footed familiar that was Jaken, King of the Imps, or formely known as such. The woman rested her hands over one another and tapped her foot gently against the ground waiting for his small body to hurry up, "I don't have all day, Jaken. Come on." The woman lifted the imp by his robes and in a blink of an eye they had disappeared into the realm of darkness and shadows. Like a blur, they weaved through the darkness as a single entity until she fell upon the faces that were now stationed upon a lone hill by the new Vice Commander Mack. Opal frowned slightly, she knew he would be the one to take her place, but that was the past. In shadow, she sent the man a small PM alerting him that she was a member of this raid team, however, she would not be accepting orders from anyone but herself.

To: Mack
From: Opal
Body: You don't need to enjoy my company, but it seems I got lucky and nabbed a spot for this weird event that is about to happen. I will work with you, but I won't be taking orders from anyone. I am not showing myself at the moment due to various reasons, but most importantly, I get a free attack on the boss with my Suprise Attack. That is all, and don't worry, I don't plan on killing anyone for now. Hahaha!

Opal had buffed herself prior to the standing within the shadows, she was good to go for anything to come her way. All that was needed now was to wait till the party arrived and they would venture forth.

Hikoru sighed as he appeared at the spot he had heard about. There was supposed to be a boss fight here of some sorts, and he knew he needed to get dibs on this event. He breathed and looked around, giving a nod to a few of the players he had seen before, including his Fiancee. He came over and gave her a peck on the cheek, then went over to another corner and kept to himself as he got ready. He turned his back to the others and pulled out the bottle of Sake he had just bought moments prior, and the damage potion he had bought a day or two ago. He chugged both of them, feeling the effects come over him, and smiled as they did. He felt amazing, and he was glad it made him feel stronger, even if it made him a bit slow. He breathed and watched as the bottle turned to pixels, then he returned to the group, not feeling bad at all for drinking it. He sighed and crossed his arms, waiting for the boss to appear.

Zandra yawned and streatched heg arms high in the air while changing from sleeping postition til sitting in her bed. She blinked a few times to get her sight back. She looks in the bed beside her. There lays a man with orange hair sleeping. Zandra smiles at him and gives him a kiss on the cheek without waking him. Then she leaves the bed in only her underwear. In the bathroom she unequips the underwear as well. Then she enters the shower. This is the first time she have showered in SAO. And it felt wonderfull. Whether it be by chance or by fate, the blonde stumbled upon information regarding a rather peculiar Quest that served as not only an event, but an opportunity for him to further himself. Given recent happenings, Oikawa was straining for nearly every ounce of EXP he had gained thus far. This event was sure to provide some should he live through whatever was terrorizing the village he had just entered the outskirts of. Activating <Reveal>, his gaze pierced through the plains and allowed him sights on a small gathering not too far up.

Pressing forward, he quickly found himself in the midst of a small group of players. He recognized most of them given they were all frontliners at one point or old acquaintances. Just as he entered the clearing, Takao made note of Opal's whereabouts. While he knew what she was capable of and decidedly wanted a few words with her, he opted to suck it up and remain silent. Shaking his thoughts away, he focused on those in attendance thus far. Hikoru, Ariel, Opal, Takao, Mack, Zandra, and myself thus far. A solid group thus far. I wish Calrex was here though. I'd feel a bit more at ease with his presence.

Shrugging, the blonde prepared to take on whatever was to ensue.

Macradon arrived at yet another event, but this wasn't like all the others. Rumors had spread about some kind of event that wold appear here and there, and they would be of some difficulty compared to the other season and holiday events. He was told this event took place in the small, very small, town of Dunich. Some kind of monster named Sheeptar and his minions had been terrorizing this small town, and it was the job for 8 brave adventurers ... or the people who had shown up ... to take care of the vile Sheeptar. Wearing all his field wear, decked out from top to bottom in armor in the red and white colors as always. Having his big two handed sickle sword on his back, Macradon was ready to take care of whatever would come at him. As he arrived at the town, he spotted many usual faces he easily recognized as fellow frontliners, though one of them was quite different. He had heard all about Opal and how she had changed, but from what Macradon was sure off, was the he wasn't in position to take on any PK'er yet.

OOC: @Oikawa, if you'll wrap up your sign-up post then we can get moving :) In the meantime, RP fluff! Also, Oikawa, @Zandra, and @Macradon add +1 DMG I'm Bannering you.

Mack watched silently as other players arrived to join in the specialty event. First to arrive was Takao and Mack nodded a polite greeting to the teen who seemed just a bit distant at the moment. Of course, given what had happened in the previous Boss Fight against Akumasaru, Mack couldn't really say that he blamed the brown-haired swordsman for being a bit distant. "Takao," he offered in a somewhat subdued tone. The next to arrive was Ariel who received a similarly taciturn response. One by one the players filtered in and once there were seven of them Mack thumped his Banner of Command on the ground. A wave emanated from the banner and swept over the forms of Zandra, Oikawa, and Macradon in addition to himself.

No sooner had he completed that action then he received a private message alert. Swiping his finger in the air the crimson clad Vice Commander of the Knights of the Blood Oath quickly read through the message. "We have a full party," he announced in a low growling tone. "Opal's here too, Takao please make a quick search and let me know if you see her. She's not to be trusted, and I want to know where she is at all times. Oikawa, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt concerning the events with Zelrius. I wouldn't put it past Opal to have somehow conned you. Now then, I believe we need to elect a party leader and a dedicated scout. I nominate Ariel to lead us and Takao to serve as scout."

Takao set his gaze about the crowd as they filed in one by one, totaling eight with himself included when the last had arrived. Moments passed and it seemed unlikely that more were to arrive, or if it was even possible for the quest to house a larger party. Green eyes fell upon Mack following his request to search for Opal, which earned a huff of breath from him. Both himself and Opal were opportunists of varying degree, and varying senses of morality. Expecting her to be present should've been a given. He closed his eyes and activated the search skill's duo of mods, muttering disdainfully about tracking under his breath as his eyes opened after turning a bright silver colour.

"She's over there." He said, pointing with a simple gesture in Opal's direction.

OOC: Well, Takao just blew right past that 22+. Not that any of the rest of us can see @Opal. Still, I find that amusing.

"Thank you, Takao," Mack replied to the green-eyed fighter. "Sorry to rely on your skill in this area, but you're the best player in all of Aincrad for this kind of thing," he continued, turning his gaze in the direction indicated by Takao and, predictably, seeing nothing. Not that he had honestly expected the game engine to give him that kind of gift. Still, it was good to know where she was in general terms. "Please keep an eye on her, if it looks like she might ambush one of us I would like to know." The ginger headed man raised his voice to make sure Opal heard him. "Opal, do the math... you might get one of us in a sneak attack, but the remaining five or six would certainly kill you before you could escape. So long as you work with us today I have no fight with you."

Opal sighed and shook her head to herself. The small imp that was with her looked up at her in her arms before dropping the creature to the ground, "Such help you were." She said as the creature tumbled down onto his head, "Ow! What was I supposed to do Master!?" He picked up his staff and rubbed his bald green head and placed the hat back on his head, "That Takao...he seems to have mastered his search skills. That can be troublesome down the line for a shadow like myself. Make note of his ability, Jaken."

"Of course, Mistress!" Opal was still staged in the shadows. Despite being called out and seeing that her cover was blown by one person. She shifted her weight and shouldered her weapon leaning on one foot. Mack's words rang out as clear as a bell to her and she sighed once more and shook her head, "Everyone thinks I am out to kill them. Such paranoid fucks. Little does Mack know, I can use an AoE with my Sneak attack. I can attack and stun up to four players with one swing." The woman said mostly talking to herself. However her familiar was quick to make a comment, "Quite so! They underestimate your power," he said with a nod of his head. However, it seemed they were yet to make any moves. Opal herself was unsure of what this event quest was all about, she only skimmed through the dialogue of the NPC and just hit the accept button as it popped up on her screen.

She frowned lightly, "They won't trust me, Jacken. I should keep my guard up during the battle. While there may be an agreed terms that no one will attempt to kill me, that doesn't mean they can't outright attack me or stun me and let the boss finish me off. Should that happen, I can do the same...and they will pay for their crimes heavily should they be stupid and foolish enough to do so."

"Quite right, Master Opal! Have no fear for Jaken, your loyal servant, is here at your disposal!"

OOC: Alright, everyone has their posts in for signing up. The event starts now, stats are Locked. Stat editing past this point will result in forfeiture of the Quest Rewards. We'll also roll out the posting order now, it's just easiest that way. Please tag the person that follows you in the order, which is: Mack, Ariel (Leader), Takao (Scout, Searcher, Ranger, Bomb Sniffing Swordsman... what do you want your roll to be called?), Hikoru, Mobs (when applicable), Macradon, Oikawa, Opal, Zandra, Mobs (when applicable). @Ariel - The Crowned Lion, your 48 hours starts now. I'll move us along to our first stop. Ariel, your choice in the next post WILL have an effect on the quest and with 3 votes from everyone you're the leader.

After waiting a few more moments for everyone to finish setting their buffs and preparing themselves. Given that this was a brand new quest even the information brokers had very little information on it, other than what the name of the quest was, where to sign up for it, and when to be there. Swiping a finger in the air in front of him Mack pulled up his quest log and tapped the accept button under the Quest Event marked "Slaying Sheeptar the Sheep King." Immediately, another window popped up with a wall of text. Scowling, Mack began to read aloud so everyone could hear.

"Your intrepid band of adventurers must select a leader, for the Mayor of Dunich will only deal with someone he considers to be an equal. You must also select a scout to guide you through Sheeptar's Palace," Mack rumbled, reading the message in a low tone and considering the names next to each of the roles. Without waiting for anyone else to offer input, the hulking Vice Commander of the Knights of the Blood Oath tapped Ariel's name and then the 'Leader' button and Takao's name followed by the 'Scout' button. "Ariel will lead us, I doubt Opal will follow me and I certainly will not follow her. Oikawa, while I'll give you the benefit of the doubt I won't follow you either. Takao, you're too much of a lone wolf, I doubt you want the job. Ariel, that makes you the logical choice, you're a high ranking Guild Leader in your own right and you're likely the least objectionable to everyone else. Takao, I selected you for our scout, I clearly know about your skill in that area first hand."

"My map has a quest marker on it in the town of Dunich now, I imagine all of yours do as well," the axe man concluded, slinging the quest reward from having slain Tagas down of of his shoulder and into a ready position. Without another word, he began to move out. Making good speed down the hill where they had gathered just outside of Dunich, the group was soon moving properly into the town, though calling it a town might have been a bit rich. It wasn't much more than a hamlet. A small collection of simple log cabins with thatched roofs sat surrounded by cultivated fields of growing crops where the sound of bleating goats and mooing cows filled the air.

No sooner had they entered what passed for the main square of the town than a slightly overweight and balding man came rushing up, fairly tripping over his own feet. Skidding to a halt in front of Ariel the NPC dropped to his knees and flung his arms around the blonde's waist. "You're strong adventurers, your armor and weapons give you away! You have to save us! Our village is terrorized by Sheeptar, the King of the Sheep! He destroys our crops and slaughters our villagers! His soldiers take our col and our resources! You have to help us! We'll pay you as much as we are able, just save us! All you need do is enter his keep on the mountain and slay him in his throne room... or, I know many among the village would take heart in personally watching as you slew the Sheep King in our fields, that way they would know he was dead..."

Before Ariel a quest window popped up, inviting the blonde woman to select the battle strategy for fighting Sheeptar. She could choose to either do battle with the Sheep King in his Throne Room, away from the village, or she could choose to have the team lure Sheeptar back to the fields of Dunich which would risk collateral damage to the town but, likely, make the fight easier for the party.

The party was all there with people appearing out of the blue. Most, likely to have been lured by the promise of riches... in this case the sought out Skill Points that each player craved for. Quickly being named 'Leader' by Mack... the blonde had little time to protest, if that were her intention. The branding didn't have much effect on her, having experienced the position before a number of times, first with the guild she created...its name long forgotten by most and more recently with her current guild, as Mack pointed out. She looked towards where Takao pointed and waved at the hidden Opal gem with a smile, despite the woman having ignored Ariel when she stood next to her in the last raid boss planning meeting.

Next her gaze set on the rest of the team... 8 in total, she was at least familiar as she fought amongst them either in quests or boss fights. Only Macradom was the loose penny as she had seen him in action only one? in the most recent boss fight, the other player that was chained to a pillar. Still he did a decent job at clearing the remaining mobs after the boss died, as she did. So she wouldn't pass judgement on him just from that experience. She'd assume he had a tank build so he wouldn't be in any immediate danger. Not to mention that they all were here on their own, nobody force them to come and nobody will be blamed... except maybe her if she screws up big time, a risk she's willing to gamble against.

But before she could offer no objection, she noticed a small party leader icon next to her health bar.... "mmmmmmmMMMMmmm" was a low growl from her throat as she glared Mack.Having nothing extremely important to say, she marched with the rest toward the town that seeked help from the players. Once there she was basically being begged and embraced for some reason by a town NPC: "Huh?" A surprised expression on her face towards the action, partially remembering hearing Mack say something about the town mayor.

As a window poped out in front of her, she had a puzzled expression... "Away from the village... or use them as bait...." she pondered on it for a while, rubbing her template in the process as a nasty cut formed on her forehead. She made a vow once, as a guardian....it didn't include NPCs, but she would care for them... now, the only NPC she really cares about is Kimba, who wasn't really here. She chose to risk the village's safety, as it would give them a better fighting chance. To her surprise, no response came from the depths of her mind... no nagging conscience about how this was a bad decission.... so It should've been the right call....right? For some obscure reason... or no reason at all, a partial definition of sociopathy popped in her mind as she muttered to herself: "... diminished empathy and remorse...." to those words, she couldn't help but to lightly chuckle.

@Takao

She turned towards the appointed scout and drew closer to him asking: "you wouldn't happen to have any of those.... resfreshments with ya?" Hoping he would have one of those alcoholic drinks she had pretty much asking before every major front line event.

Takao's gaze slipped away from Opal as she bickered with her familiar in the shadows, and momentarily set upon Ariel who waved and smiled in Opal's perceived direction. The friendliness that so many people showed to Opal despite what she'd done was unsettling to him, as if they'd all forgotten what had happened. How they'd all been called tools, and how she had come to be the least trustworthy person in Aincrad. Surely they had their own reasons and Takao couldn't claim any assumptions, but it did little to reinforce his already waning confidence in those around him.

Ariel was selected as their leader, and he found himself put into the shoes of the scout. What exactly that role entailed he wasn't sure, but he could make a few educated guesses. He waved it off and shrugged, figuring it was better to play to one's strengths in situations such as these. Shortly afterward, they made the journey into the settlement of Dunich and were approached by the portly NPC, who immediately gave context to the situation and offered Ariel a choice. The latter of the options didn't quite make sense at first, though it quickly became apparent to him what the purpose of the villagers would be in that scenario.

He observed Ariel's decision quietly and abstained from offering his input, and watched as she approached him with the request for one of the many alcoholic items he seemed to always have on hand. Takao didn't answer at first, but reluctantly delved into his inventory and procured one of the aforementioned items. The metal flask was tossed to Ariel after materializing from within a blue light. "Knock yourself out."

Hikoru breathed as he swallowed the potion down his throat, some of it sticking as the red-haired player came and lead them forward, setting up the team. He looked to see his Fiancee chosen as leader, and Takao chosen as their scout. He grumbled and grit his teeth, unhappy about it. He was the one that stood up when things grew ugly in the last fight, not Ariel, not Takao, him. He knew he couldn't change anything about it, and he breathed as he just stood, leaning on whatever was nearby and waited for the rest of them.

"Should have been me..." He muttered as he waited for everything went down, and as he did, throwing his Dagger up and down in the air, not caring if it landed in his hand or not, and he hoped it did. Might actually make him feel something.

(OOC: Hik be drunk and may act a little.... funny.... So uh, just go along with it and we'll be just fine XD))

Macradon nodded, having his helmet shake with his movement and clang as the metal hit itself. The leader was chosen, and so was the supposed scout, Takao. Macradon had nothing against what had been chosen, as it seemed fair and logical. The team of adventurers would be met by NPC, talking about this quest that everyone had been informed about, the sole reason for them all being here. Macradon didn't really say anything as he was but a chess piece in this group, the leaders and the talkers were doing their thing, and Macradon knew what his job was, dreg slaying and his secondary job would be to attack the boss.

Much happened in the time between the blonde arriving and where they currently stood. It seemed to come and go rather quickly and despite remarks from Mack and the rest of those in attendance and Hikoru's seemingly drunk mutterings, the rapier wielder opted to remain quiet until his input was needed.

Following the group, they quickly arrived at the village in question. With Ariel taking the helm as leader, Oikawa sat back and surveyed their group. @Opal was still not trusted by the group, rightfully so to be fair; Takao was the obvious choice in scout but his demeanor played the role of apathetic opportunist, at least to the blonde; Mack was well...Mack and Ariel the same, Macradon seemed to be remaining quiet as well. Hikoru, the poor lad seemed to be suffering from sort of alcohol induced state as Oikawa wasn't sure he was entirely all there at the moment. Shifting his gaze to Zandra, a look of concern befell the blonde as she had been uncharacteristically quiet since she arrived.

I hope we can pull it together, this bunch is rather all over the place in terms of trust and familiarity. Snapping from his thoughts, Oikawa gazed up in time to see Takao passing Ariel an alcoholic beverage of sorts. Probably trying to increase her damage output at the cost of being able to dodge the boss. Sighing, Oikawa pondered between asking for one as well, or holding his tongue given he didn't know where he and Takao sat in terms of 'friendship'. Still contemplating, he continued to sit in silence until the group decided where to go and what to do next.

Leaders and scouts; Opal stood among the company as the black sheep of the herd besides the one donning the Orange Crystal. To be brutally honest with herself, she felt a bit jealous of Oikawa and his murdering color change. She had done the same thing despite it being an orange no body she killed. With a reluctant sigh, the woman shifted her body and continued walking with the rest of the group still hidden within the shadows. It was then that they came up to the small inlet of land that surrounded them. The village was shoddy at best, and there was clearly a destructive path of some sorts as something wrecked havoc over these poor souls. Opal's black lips twisted into a grin, "Katrina?" she asked down to the Imp. Jaken who was following her soundly at her heel looked up and blinked, "I- I ugh...I'm sorry, Master. I don't understand the question." Of course he wouldn't, the woman let out a laugh that echoed around her. She doubled over as her hair flipped over her face and she shook her head left and right, then batted her snow white hair away with a simple flick of her wrist to push it back behind her.

"Don't worry about it. It was a just an inside joke." The party had stopped for the moment, and Opal found opportunity to scan the players that made up her party.

"Let's see who is all here; Mack and Ariel; competent. Oikawa; competent. Zandra the Healer; also competent. Macradon the fake Berserker; honestly that boy thinks too much like that kid I killed. Whatever happened to being your own man? And then we have Takao our scout; also quite competent. But I remember him being a lot more enthusiastic about things. He looks so sullen and worn out; possibly a good lay would get his mind off of things for a bit. We should hook him up with a woman, Jaken." The woman said to the King of Imps, although the small creature did not understand what she had meant by that but he agreed with a nod none the less.

"Master Opal, you are forgetting one more!" The woman's eyes scanned the buildings and found that little Hikoru was here as well, "Oh that cry baby? I thought this quest was for Front Liners, not cry babies. I remember back in the Rohk fight, that little kid attempted to run away with his tail between his legs. Hahahahaha! That was so fun to watch, I had to stay in character though at the time. He is a rather emotional fellow though. I've seen him cry on multiple occasions and he is paired up with Ariel? Guess we know who wears the pants in that relationship. Ahhhhahahahahaha!" the woman's laugh sounded off once more from behind the group, she could not help but laugh at the poor company she was with. Sighing and flicking snow white hair off her shoulder once more, the woman had begun looking about and found a rather odd occurrence.

"Mack is not using his normal axe...Make note of that Jaken, I may need to switch out weapons." The woman slid herself against a pillar of rubble as she folded her arms while the party stopped, Ariel seemed to be confronted with a choice which slowed down the party to a stop which is why everyone was now standing about waiting patiently; "Ugh. Patience..." the female scratched her brow and made secondary preparations for the boss fight just in case.

OOC: @Zandra, you are next baby doll.
