yeah you get +1 for taking the skill for your weapon type, Ex if you use a Schimitar its Curved one handed sword

Does that not have a limit? So for example, I'll invest into short sword making my total damage 2. But I may be getting an item that has bleed +2, will that stack? (under the circumstance I roll a 9/10)

What about if you get the Skill that grants +1 ACC? Can your total be +3 ACC?

Also, total noob question but what's the difference between EVA and Mitigation
