    Alright, I am ready to start Roleplaying here! Up to two people can join me in the first topic I plan to do. Before I go out and fight mobs, I would like to at least be Level 2 so that an enemy won't be able to kill me in one hit lol. Because of this, we will be socializing in this thread. Floor 1. First two to post saying they want in will get the spots!

    an enemy's health should at least be half of the highest health bar of the party, so what if my health is 5?

      You round up. First of all, mathematically, at 0.5 you round up to 1. Also, the requirement is to be "at least half" if you divide 5 in half, you get 2.5 so 2 HP wound be less than half, and give you no reward, while 3 is over half, and thus would grant you a material and chance of col.

    Any non-competitive professions? I don't think I want one since there seems to be a shop for all of them, so why would anyone go to a lower-ranked guy for items lol.

    Been away fro a few days due to Homework and other activities, but now I am back and ready to post!

    For the profession EXP, is that just like SP for a skill in the fact that each goal is separate? For example, for a Blacksmith, is it 20 for Rank 2 and another 20 for Rank 3, or is it 60 total for Rank 3?

      Its an accumulation of points. So for Blacksmith, you'd need 20 Experience for rank 2, and then another 20 for rank 3. Looks like it just doubles from there for each rank. 40, 80, 160. ect. Every craft you do gives you experience as well. Even a bad item will give you +1 Exp for the craft.

    I am confused about sword arts. It says a non-sword arts attack costs 1 energy? Does that mean I can run out of energy and not be able to attack at all?

      And going off what Manta said, energy can't go below 0; so even if you do miss you'd be able use a basic attack on your next turn because of the regain.

    I need RP buddies! I am Level floor and prefer to RP on F1. Can be a hunting thread or social, doesn't matter.

      lol, you are fine. Anyways, I can make the topic in a few hours, and also be prepared to fight loot-worthy enemies. I haven't checked your level yet, but I am sure you can handle 8 HP boars with 3 DMG?

      Well, yes, once the points from my Quest register, I'll have a weapon with paralyze, and I shall be level 4. Alas, it is still in pending. Taking longer than I expected tbh.

    I see that you need to finish 10 threads in one floor to get to the one above. My next question is whether a person could freely make threads over all the floors they have been to or if you need an item for it?

      From what I was told by Shark (from memory) the benchmark only applies to the floor boss on 10 and is lifted when the boss is defeated but don't wuote me on that

      Think of it this way, the floors are divided up by 10s. You can RP in the first "set" but to graduate to the next "Set" you need to complete your benchmark.

    I want another player to do a F1 Hunting Thread with me! I am Level 2 and deal 2 damage, so we will fight Mobs one at a time. They deal 3 damage and have 4 HP (More if you have more than 8 HP I guess, but I don't want a super high level person coming in, or else I will barely be able to scratch the enemies lol). No mitigation since they don't need any to get loot, or at least the rules don't include that. At the end of the thread we can split the mats, col, and items that enemies drop.

      I would prefer anyone who is Level 1-4 I suppose. Anyone higher would basically be carrying me through the process. I want both of us to have fun while risking our characters as well. Not too much risk, but enough to make it interesting.

      Yes it would. The field boss on floor 2 only does 2 damage as well, so it stands to reason regular mobs would still only do 1.

      Yea, it's not written down anywhere, so it's not yet a hard and fast rule, but since Mari is a GM, you should take it as a guideline.

      or you can ask Baldur to mentor you since now you can form a PP for EaL.

      But a low levelled alchemest (rank 1) can't make crystals or the sort so I am not sure if you would be able to rank up in time to be useful for the boss fight Keep those ranked crafts in mind!

      Merchants would be in higher demand, we now have a few active alchemists but not many merchants

      The word count it's a bit confusing but I can tell you that most people are happy doing a min. 4 lines Per. Post. Especially in SPs, also I could join in as well if you need extra people, just PM me with the thread link;D

      2-3 line posts are ok, rule wise but won't get you many people invested in RPing with you
