  1. “A confident one...” Aereth mentally mused as he watched how the he girl took a seat at his table. “Seems to have some information about me, but I don’t know her..”

    Just before the glass touched his lips, the brunette cast a glance around the bar, effectively making everyone except a few bold ones turn away as if to say that they better stayed out of his business. Ignoring the few that resisted he finally took a sip of his drink, enjoying every moment as the golden liquid went down his throat and by the time he set down the glass again all the other players that refused to stop staring also finally averted their gazes.

    Smiling women were always dangerous, especially when they had information they shouldn't have from people who shouldn't have told them. He needed to be careful. And he needed to find out who leaked information about him. "If you say so..." he said with a shrug before continuing. "And that depends on who is asking and what they are paying." The brunette added while leaning back against the backrest of his chair. "Assuming I would know who he is, why would somebody want to meet that cold hearted killer?" he asked before rising an eyebrow at her last statement. "Believe me girl, I know this and that about him, and you really don't even want to know..."

  2. Taking the half empty whiskey bottle, the brunette started to refill the small glass he just set down on the table. After all this time in Aincrad, Aereth still hoped to somehow find a way to get himself drunk. Be it through a bug in the system or maybe even a little loophole purposely implemented by some crazy developer. And even if there were no possibilities to get yourself drunk, Aereth always felt a strange feeling of nostalgia and serenity when he was tasting the dry and oaky taste of the golden liquid in front of him. And hey, no being drunk means no hangover the next day.

    Just as he finished refilling his glass a seemingly odd player entered the room. But the odd thing on the player wasn't her appearance, or familiar. No it funnily was the fact that she was the only player in the bar with a green cursor. The other players in the bar also noticed that and started to look at her as she seemingly started to search for somebody. Was she looking for trouble? Aereth couldn't say for sure. It wouldn't have been the first time some green player would enter the bar trying to accuse somebody of a crime and wanting to bring them to justice. But he didn't recognize the armor, so she most definitely wasn't from one of those righteous guilds that tried to make Aincrad a better place. He chuckled inwardly at that memory. "Didn't end well the last time...." That brawl was quite amusing back then.

    But nonetheless, when he noticed the female player making eye contact, and then walking towards his table, the brunette couldn't help but to slowly make sure his weapon was ready. The phase katana was leaning against the wall just to the left of him, ready to be taken at any moment. He knew that he wouldn't be able to hurt anybody inside of the safe zone with that weapon, but one should never underestimate the psychological effect such a weapon can have at somebody...

    With his right hand he took the glass and slowly prepared to take a sip. "Don't you think its kinda late to be alone out at this time of the night?" he smoothly asked the girl as she arrived at his table in the corner of the bar, still with the gazes from some of the other players on her.

  3. - 2nd floor, Outskirts of Urbus, 2022 Cage Bar, 0324am

    With one smooth movement Aereth set down a small, now empty, glass on the table. He was sitting in a dark corner of his usual bar at the outskirts of Urbus. It was once again that time of the day where Aereth would retreat from his daily duties of gathering information in the underground. It was a pretty rundown bar with mostly orange players walking in and out. Usually pretty dangerous, but Aereth could care less. While very well being capable of proving his strength in a fight, he knew exactly that there were many players that could easily smack his face in if they wanted, but the fact that he was the person with the highest kill count on the monument in combination with the rumors that he was working with the Laughing Coffin made them respect... no, fear the consequences of what might happen if somebody wanted to try his luck with him.

    Lately he had only worked to rebuild his information broker network, that had been infiltrated and effectively destroyed by members of the laughing coffin. Nowadays he wasn't relying on others as much as before, and did most of the research about matters of interests on his own. Ever since Thea decided that she didn't want to see him anymore, for reasons that he didn't completely knew and understood, Aereth was simply trying to keep his mind occupied with other things. He of course had at least... a sh*tton of guesses as to why she left so abruptly without even talking to him once.

    Sure, their relationship was by no means a healthy one, with: both of them relying on the other to keep themselves going forward, him being the most feared and dangerous player in Aincrad, still not being over Alice's death, still not being able to let anybody else completely into his heart, (wow, he really was a sh*tty person) but leaving without even one word...

    He lightly shook his head, feeling how anger and disappointment started getting the better of him. That was the past. Quite some time passed since that, and he had once again pulled up the high walls around his heart. He was back on the path of revenge, and he would never again let anything distract him from his goals.

  4. Just after the first rays of sunlight met the brunettes eyes, the small sound of an incoming message and the small popup notification on the HUD snapped him out of the trance like state he was in. He had asked around all the bigger settlements, searched at all common and even most of the hidden grinding and questing spots he knew of. But even with the help of some information brokers he wasn't able to find out the current location of the purple haired girl.

    So he immediately pressed on the according buttons on his menu to see who was writing him. With a sigh of relief, he read through the message and let himself drop to the grassy floor of the forest path he was currently walking. "A lot happened yesterday..." he brows furrowed. "She still didn't tell me where she is..." After he calmed down again, a new feeling of uneasiness washed over him. "She also just could have just went out with Piera or something..." he tried to reason with himself. "Not everything means that she might be in danger from being killed by psychopaths..."

    Phew. Glad to hear that. Totally didn't wander around the second floor all night in order to find you. Where Are you? Should I pick you up?

    Love, Max

    One quick press of the send button later, and Aereth was finally able to relax for some moments, closing his eyes and just waiting for the reply of Purple...

  5. "I could tell you many stories. Maybe I'm a ruthless killer. Maybe I'm a hero. Maybe I'm a sell-sword, protecting players for money. And maybe something in between." he said in a calm voice while using the item they just got on his Katana, instantly adding another accuracy enhancement on the item.

    Seeing her getting mad at him was somehow entertaining for the brunette. "Ok ok. I understand. You can calm down. I'm sure I could find out only his name too but if you're not interested..." he said in a somehow teasing voice as he finished looking at his now finished blade before sheathing it again. "Anyways. Your debts are payed with that. No more searching for that stupid field boss anymore." After doing the very same quest for the third time already it was no wonder that the brunette was thankful he wouldn't have to clear it again. For now his equipment was complete. Maybe one day he would have to come back here to slay the beast another time...

  6. Silently enjoying the patting he received from the purple haired girl, the battle hardened wolf slowly turned more and more into a pat-addicted little puppy. His tail was moving from left to right like crazy which caused Max to let out a chuckle. For a moment he just stood there watching the two with a serene smile on his face. Could this be it? Could he finally have some peace... he shook his head before giving the cloak to her and receiving a kiss in return.

    His arms instinctively moved around her waist and pulled her in a hug. "Careful. Otherwise I might just spontaneously decide to ditch training for today and we'd have to stay here all day. I would have to give you an IOU notice for some leveling then thou...." he joked pressing small kiss on his own at her cheek.

    Reluctantly he let go of her, grabbing her hand and pushing the door open. "But we will be quick. Let's go. The faster we're done, the faster we can have a nice evening." he said gently pulling her with him.

    @Teion

  7. Jomei apologized for attacking the brunette to which he replied. "It's ok. Don't worry about it. We all are still alive after all." he felt a sigh escaping his mouth as he felt more and more out of place in the situation. It really seemed like the two players had some private discussions to do. Thankfully at least the misunderstanding was finally resolved.

    The brunette slowly turned around in order to start walking home. "I'll leave her to you. Take care she gets home save." Deep inside Aereth was pissed at himself for loosing so much health. His pride as a PvP fighter was dented and it surely would take some time before he would be able to see over this flaw. "I need to finally hit tier three..." he thought to himself as he looked at his health as it slowly regenerated itself. Better equipment, better damage.

    "Seems like I'll be hitting floor 21 for some more training in the near future..." just as he finished that train of thought, the brunette remembered something that caused him some instant headache. He would need to tell Thea about everything that happened today...

    @Jomei

  8. Up until now it was a pretty nice day on the fourth floor. Only light snowfall accompanied with a cloudy sky. In comparison to the regular snow storms it really was a stunning day. His main focus of today was on finally finishing his custom orders, as well as maintenance of his own piece of perfect armor. Thea had already told him that she also would be busy through the day, so he didn't bother messaging her through the day. But now that the late afternoon was slowly getting replaced by the start of the night, the brunette pulled up his menu to type a quick message to his girl.

    Subject: Dinner

    Hey Purple.
    I was just about to finish shop work for today and thought we could meet up for some dinner. I know an awesome Greek restaurant on floor 17. A good friend of mine runs it, and believe me, its much better than any other NPC restaurant we've been until now.

    I just need to finish one piece of armor before I can go. So.... In 45 minutes at your shop?

    Yours, Max

    It was important for him to make her eat on a regular basis again. Back when he met her again she hadn't been eating in over a week, which worried him greatly. He read over the message once more, before quickly pressing the send button and focusing back on the last piece of work that needed some attention from the brunette tailor.

    After 30 minutes passed, he was quite surprised to see that she didn't write a reply up until now. Just settling with the conclusion that she was just busy, Max finished his last piece and made his way towards the teleport gate of floor 4. Snowfall was getting heavier, but that didn't bother him in the slightest. Quite the opposite to be honest. Thanks to the darkness and snowfall he was able to sneak into the main settlement even easier than regularly and he reached the teleport gate without problems.

    After teleporting to the dessert floor the brunette found himself in front of the locked smithy. Trying to open the door was useless, since the system prevented him from even moving it once inch. Back when he was still trying to get here he had checked on her position once. Beside her name under the current location tab, he was able to see that she was on floor 2 back then and another quick check confirmed that she still was on that floor. And after waiting for another hour or so to pass his worry was rising.

    Hey Thea. I'm waiting in front of your smithy. Are you alright? I'm starting to get worried. Can you tell me where you are?

    Max

    What if Laughing Coffin was trying to capture her again? No that's not possible. He had killed all of the squad that had been trying to capture her. But that lingering feeling of anxiety was still there and he was unable to shake it off. So with one quick swipe of his hand he opened his inventory, equipping his complete battle gear and long black coat. He needed to find her...

  9. Not even slightly bothered by the blade inches in front of his chest the brunette waited for her to remove the thread while greeting the other guy with her. "Yo." he simply said and continued listening to the hooded girl. "Wanna try to see if avatars can sh*t themselves?" he asked in a teasing voice. "They won't even know where to run if we would just jump in between them.

    Finally noticing the fox finding some interest into him, he extended his hand in an offer to pet the shadow fox. "Seriously. Jokes aside, my info brokers informed me that Laughing Coffin activity has increased again. They would be pretty f*cked if they were to run into one of them..." Aereth mused.

    "Wouldn't have been fun anyways, since I doubt it would have been a full loss duel... And I've been pretty meh..." he said thinking about what happened in the last couple of days. "Just don't make me think of it..."

    @Hidden

  10. He was right. Aereth saw much in his time with the crazy guild. No wonder he was radiating an aura of destruction, chaos and death. But again. He wouldn't even loose a word regarding the praise/insult. As long as he would be able to dig his fists into his body, everything was fine.

    "Stay away from them." Aereth tried to warn the hooded girl, just before they sprung into action, disarming and pinning her to the ground. "Well... Too late..." was all he could think about before they also started to take him down. Two hits to the back of his knees later and the brunette was held in place by two pretty strong individuals. Aereth wasn't even resisting he just kept his gaze on Domarus, waiting for a sign.

    Thanks to his material arts skill he would immediately be able to spring into action as soon as Domarus would tell him to do so. Even though he knew the redhead had a plan, the details were still hidden from him. That was one thing that bothered him about the dude. Even though he was plotting all the time, he kept most of the plan to himself, only sharing the necessary parts with his underlings. "For f*cks sake, shut the hell up." Aereth thought as he heard Hidden growl some words at the leader.

    @Domarus

  11. Slightly turning his head, Aereth gave the girl a deadpan look and sighed. "I wouldn't kill him, gods..."

    "Do I really look so unstable as to kill a simple stalker?" he asked more himself than the girl. "I was more thinking about... you know... Scaring that dude sh*tless so he leaves you alone. Just a nice talk." he added with a small smirk. "And don't worry finding him is smallest problem for me. In the end it's your call. I'd never force my services onto you." Finally turning around again facing the path in front of them in their quest of finding the stupid snow monster.

    Some talking and searching later, they finally encountered the snow monster. It was almost like he could see the beast wince as it laid its eyes on the group of two. Everything imagination of course. Mobs didn't show fear. "Your job here is done. Now lemme just slay that stupid thing for the hopefully last time." he told Kairi, and drew the deadly blade on his back.

    He activated his charge mod and stormed towards the beast, killing it instantly as the phase enhanced blade made contact with the flesh of the field boss multiple times, resulting in the desired item to drop just into his hands.

    Grinning he returned. "Thanks for your help. Without you this would have taken ages. Still sure you don't want me to talk to your friend?"

    Thanks to his grandmastered Hiding skill it was an easy feat to sneak up at Hidden who was seemingly observing the gathering some low leveled players. Seeing the notification pop up in his hood and looking at his guild list where Hiddens current floor location was marked, it was was not hard to piece one and one together. As always she was accompanied with her friend/dog/servant/whatever Blackshade.

    He silently took the free space besides Hidden in a manner that even the master of shadows himself would have been proud of, and greeted her. "Hey there. Seeing you are having some fun here?" he told the hooded woman in a low voice putting his finger in front of his mouth to signal her to stay silent, in case she would make any signs of freaking out. "Anything interesting happened up until now?" he then asked referring to the low laugh he had heard earlier before he made his presence known, while readjusting the katana that was strapped at the back of his hip. It would take some time before he would be getting used again at carrying a weapon with him all the time...

    @Hidden

  13. Aereth rose his eyebrow as she mentioned the stalker that had been bugging her since she had been doing a quest. Immediately he noticed the worries in her face as she told him about it. "Oi? So it seems like you have a stalker?" No wonder if she's running around half naked all the time. He mentally shook his head before continuing "You want me to have a little chat with that guy?" Aereth asked, always in for helping players that couldn't do it by themselves. And hey, it has been quite some time since he had stalked down somebody in order to beat some sense into him or her. "You know... I might not look like it, but I'm pretty good with such stuff." he paused. "Actually I do look like I'm good with that stuff, right?" he added while looking at his black in black attire, accompanied with his orange cursor.

  14. The brunette simply nodded. "I hope my armor has been helping you with the things you needed to get done." Aereth joked before noticing her glancing up to his cursor. Even if she was trying to hide the worries she most certainly had because of his orange cursor, he could clearly see that she wasn't comfortable around him. "Don't worry. I won't do anything to you. I'm not like your ordinary orange player. Today we just get that quest done and we are fine. I need the item for some of my projects, so after we're done with the quest you can consider your debts are payed." Aereth said, inviting her into a party. The difficulty to find the field boss was scaling with the strength of the players taking the quest. So with Aereth sitting at level 46 it was quite a task to find the stupid mob, only so that he could two-shot it with ease. Taking a lower leveled player, like Kairi with him however, would drop the average level of the party and thus would make finding the boss easier.

  15. Some sneaking later, Aereth finally managed to get to the teleport gate without getting caught by the stupid NPC guards. "Floor four." he mumbled as he approached the gate and moments later got engulfed in light, before materializing back on his home floor.

    Thankfully he already knew the town layout of the fourth floors main settlement, so it was easy for him to sneak out of it without causing too many problems. So finally reaching the exit of the town, Aereth shoved his hand into his pockets and moved towards his shop where Kairi was already waiting for him. He was walking at a normal pace, his new weapon of choice tightly stripped to the back of his hip, where he could easily pull it without it restricting him in his movements whatsoever.

    "Hey there." he greeted raising one of his hands to greet her. "Finally found some time for paying me back?" the brunette said in a half bored half teasing voice.

  16. It was a pretty normal day on the first floor, and our favorite brunette killer once again found himself meditating over the many things that had happened in the last couple of weeks in front of The Monument of Life. He hand't spent any time on grinding for levels, money or materials. Even though he was quite low on money, due to refunding his material arts skill to finally get his Katana skill up to max, he didn't bother going out. Having gone over the many names of the people he cared for on the monument that were crossed out multiple times already, he now sat with his back leaned against the virtual stone as the sound of a new message snapped him out of his trance.

    Reading through the offer of finally paying back the armor he crafted for a girl some time back, the brunette finally gathered some motivation and sneakily made his way towards the teleport gate after replying.

  17. Of course would Fenrir approach the new purple haired woman. Maybe she had something to eat for him. Who knows? So the wolf quickly got up and made its way over to Thea, sniffing at her legs before lightly nudging his head against her.

    "Oh. You're right. Yeah, I have a wolf. Fenrir, Thea. Thea, Fenrir." Max answered with an apologetic smile on his face. "I'm gonna be right back. I'm going to see if I can find you something warm to wear. You can get to know each other in the meantime." he said with a chuckle and vanished the stairs up behind his counter into the room his crafting table was located.

    Some minutes later he came back with a simple green coat with a white fur finish on the top. "This should keep you warm for the quest. If you want you can keep it, or I could make you something else if it isn't quite your taste." The brunette said while handing the piece of clothing over to her.

    @Teion

  18. The moment Jomei got up again from his stun, his grip on the teleport crystal tightened. Only a little bit more and it would activate, but he still hoped to get this situation sorted out. So he decided to wait.

    Then. Finally Telrenya started to explain the situation. The rapier dropped from Jomeis hands and finally he was able to put down the crystal, while his other hand was busy sheathing his blade on the back. "James Cardona also known as Beatbox. Frontliner, fought for the weak, killed by Death_Adder. He was a good friend of mine and told me look for his sister shortly before he died. Estelle Cardona, age twenty, hair color: blonde. I also should look out for her in case I found her. I'd never harm her. I never break promises to dead friends." Aereth cut in as Telrenya chocked on her last words. "I'm sorry for the techniques I used against you." A lie. He would do it all over if it was the only way to survive. "But it was necessary. You wouldn't have listened to me if I tried to reason." He saw it in his eyes. Blank and straight fury and hatred. And he knew these feelings quite well...

    @Jomei

  19. "Finally.." he thought as Telrenya got up again, hoping that she would defuse the situation. Slowly his mind was starting to work at normal speed again and the adrenaline rush began to fade away. This however didn't mean that the brunette would let down his guard even just a little bit. He remained in the defensive position. Aereth couldn't risk anything. This was the first time he would have to take on somebody way beyond his level without preparation, and without his armor. He was practically naked.

    As soon as Telrenya began yelling at him however all of his hope that the situation was defused faded away. Without much thinking the brunette removed one hand from the grip of his katana and fetched something from his battle ready slots. An instant teleport crystal. He was disappointing that she yelled at him because of the use of his Disguise skill. Was it wrong to use the disguise skill on him? Yes of course. Did he care about it? Not in the slightest. "I can't die here because of an f*cking misunderstanding." the brunette simply thought, still letting no glint of fear, regret or pretty much any other emotion shine through his hard gaze.  He couldn't leave Thea alone.  Had she even looked at his health in comparison to the minuscule dent he hat put into Jomeis? Why were both of them crying sitting at a perfectly comfortable amount of health, while he was already in the yellow.

    "If Ginger-Boy only moves only one finger I'm out of here and you guys will never see me again." he said in a flat tone immediately after Telrenya would have finished her last sentence.

  20. Aereth was about to turn his head into the direction of the sudden scream as he already felt how an unknown player forcefully tackled him away from Telrenya. He wasn't even able to defend himself in any means.  Immediately Aereth changed to survival mode. But only having the few seconds to analyze and assess the situation while being ripped open and impaled by the other player was enough. "'Get away from her.' So he knows Tel. 'Green armor, ginger hair.' The guy I received an order from but wasn't able to finish it. 'Same guild tag as Telrenya.'  Guildmates. 'Armor?' None. 'Talking?' Useless. 'Other options?' Not many." His mind went into overdrive while processing all the information he could gather in that short amount of time.

    He probably had more PvP experience than any other player inside of this game. "And I will make good use of it." he thought as he triggered the only skill in his arsenal that could get him out of this tight situation. Suddenly his appearance started to change. In the blink of an eye, the appearance of the katana wielding brunette changed. In his place was now the delicate blonde that was the reason for the green warriors fury. " W-Why?" the figure stuttered in a pained voice, tears in her eyes.

    Disguise... The skill that allows one to completely change his appearance when fighting other players. Aereth waited patiently for his opening slowly seeing his health drop further and further, but as soon as he saw the first signs of weakness, the brunette hunter used his free hand that lost hold of his sword during the assault, to push himself away from the ginger while charging up the strongest stun sword art in his arsenal, the Iai. A high pitched cutting sound was heard while the Phase enhanced blade made its way through the armor of Jomei, shortly followed by the thud his body made as he landed next to Telrenya, stunned.

    "I mean no harm and I do not intend to fight you, so please calm down." he said as he moved back a couple of paces and took a defensive position. Only through pure luck was he able to use another stun sword art right as the cooldown timer hit zero. "I can't risk to draw this battle out longer than necessary." he noted to himself as he glanced at his yellow health bar. Never never never NEVER again would Aereth leave the house without his armor.

    @Telrenya @Jomei

  21. "Seriously? You do know that you then have to marry me, right?" he asked in a dead serious tone at her remark of picking up the cooking skill. "You would be the dream of any man. Beautiful, bada** and you can cook." Max told her trying to keep the joke going. Maybe he could really pin her on it one day.

    He still wasn't happy whatsoever with the thought of her joining him at the frontlines, but how on earth could he justify going himself while prohibiting it for Thea. He really wanted to believe that she was strong and that she could stand next to him in every fight he had to face before they would make it out of here.

    "Then let's go." he said in a defeated tone, quickly paying the stuff they consumed and fetching two crystals out of his pocket. "They lead directly to my shop. I've got more than enough clothes there for you." the brunette added as before they both activated the crystals.

    @Teion

  22. Aereth patiently waited for her to answer, but when she answered and told him that she was indeed troubled by something he didn't press the matter. They weren't close by any means so it wasn't his place to pry into her affairs so he simply nodded when she didn't elaborate what exactly was the reason for it. "Just try and push it aside for now. You think you can do that?" he asked cautiously.

    Immediately noticing the slight hesitation on her part when he initiated the attack, the brunette knew that he would be able to hit her without any problems. The katana dug into her virtual flesh and left a big red gash on her body while she stumbled back from the stun effect of the attack. Instantly after the post motion delay of his sword art died off, the brunette readied the next sword art the Han'ei. "Maybe she's focused now and at least manages to remember that one..." he mentally told himself, as his blade started to glow again before executing two downward slashes at the neck of Telrenya each time stopping mere inches away from her throat. After the quick assault was over, his blade remained at her throat for a couple of moments, before lowering it and offering her a hand to help her get up again. "Another thing. Intimidation. Don't let your opponent ever get inside of your head. Once you let him in he will always have the advantage over you." Even thought this was slightly more important in a player vs. player situation, Aereth hadn't even tried to mess with her head this time and managed to catch her off guard. "This gets really dangerous in PvP encounters. The mob doesn't know that it's inside of your head so it won't exploit it in a way another player could. But it will still hinder your judgement of distance, speed everything."

  23. "That was the plan." the brunette answered with a sad smile, knowing that it wasn't fair to request something like that from her. He himself had encouraged Beat's sister to train with him and that nobody should hold her back. "And here I thought that maybe you could  do some of the cooking for me while I hide and protect you." he added in a weak attempt to somehow work a joke into the conversation.

    Max smiled at her seriousness and determination. She seemed to be so strong, yet he feared that she would break if he couldn't protect her at all costs. He was troubled, but as she tilted her chin upwards in an attempt to look prideful a chuckle escaped the brunette quickly followed by a sigh. "Women... Eyes... Smile... Purple..." he whined. "Alright. We're gonna do the Essence of Steel quest just like I did with blondie. Show me what you got, and I might consider training you and taking me with you... But you better pay me with at least about... I don't know... How about a freaking sh*tton of kisses."

    @Teion

  24. Aereth chuckled at the remarks of his battle hardened partner. Oh how true that was. "You're right. Remember that clusterf*ck quest on the 18th floor? I remember almost dying back then." he said with another chuckle at the thought. It all seemed so far away now.

    The high pitched sound of blade meeting blade, snapped him back to reality. Tagas had parried the attack of Jonathan, so now was the best time for Aereth to get a hit in. The brunette pushed towards Jonathan and with a sharp "Fall back." signaled him that he was ready to attack. Thanks to their long experience in fighting together, Jon managed to fall back exactly at the right time for Aereth to jump at the confused Tagas and hit him directly into the face with his powerful All Might.

  25. "Hm?" he hummed and turned around at the request of the blonde. "Sure, just place it somewhere on the counter after were done and I'll get it done as soon as possible. Is it doing its job well?" Aereth answered finally walking outside of the shop. The weather was pretty ok for this time of the year. No heavy snowing, although it was pretty cloudy. Here and there some snowflakes made their way down to the ground, but it wasn't even worth mentioning in comparison what this floor had in petto in regards of snowstorms.

    The brunette noticed the heavy mood in between them as they silently made their way towards the big clearing he was intending to take her for the training. He wasn't particularly warm towards her, but he was like this to everybody except a few special persons. Of course Purple, Itzal and Birdie. Itzal and Birdie were his closest friends, and Thea was obviously the cared the most for in this whole flying hell. "Anything bothering you?" he asked carefully as they reached the clearing. After that he would either wait for her to continue talking if anything was amiss, or he would simply accept a 'No.' and prepare for the training.

    "You can choose either way. Usually one can use their weapon to block or redirect attacks, but with rapiers this is pretty difficult... Sometimes near impossible. Just the best of the best can do that. But first things first. As you surely have already noticed, the key in predicting your opponents attacks is firstly: remembering reoccurring beginning stances. In most cases simple mobs have always the same two or three attack patterns which always have unique beginning stances." He explained while unsheathing his blade. The blade itself had a dark greyish color and radiated a very dark and cold aura. "I will now start attacking you. Try to avoid every hit at all costs, and remember the beginning stances. I won't hold back. If I hit I hit and you will take damage. Don't worry though. I have enough health potions with me for the whole day, so you don't have to be afraid." he said and got into the beginning stance for his Ukifune stun sword art which he held a little bit longer than necessary so she could have some more time to remember it, before racing towards her.
