Kaya

To her surprise, Hestia actually joined the party. Now if the group wanted to find any loot worthy mobs, they're gonna be extra tough, but that wasn't gonna stop Kaya. The rougette has seen Hestia in action. She's an amazing tank who knows how to control aggro so the trio should be perfectly fine. That said. The two noobies searching the outskirts couldn't find any traces of little boar pups.

Smashing her right hand into the palm of her left, she looks to the others. "Right, let's go deeper in. There should definitely be boars there." Her eyes filled with a fiery determination, she began trudging through the thick dense forest. It was almost impossible to see ahead at first, but with a few swings of their weapons, they began to make pathway through the thicket.

It didn't take long. A few minutes of pushing through the brushes, Kaya eventually finds a group of 4 little boar pups. With any hesitation, she began charging at the group. With one quick swing, she grabs hold of one of the pups with her scythe and ragdolls it towards the other three. Fortunately for one, it managed to dodge Kaya's onslaught. "Damn, missed one." Kaya says as she stood at the center of the chaos. A multitude of crystals surrounded her before disappearing into the air. It was almost like it was straight out of an anime.

This is a forum RP. We create our own characters and RP in a forum setting. We keep track of our items and weapons and everything basically. This site is basically us Role playing like we're also trapped in Sword Art Online.

Kaya casually skipped along the paved road as the rest of the trio followed her. Eventually they reached the town's northern gates. As she stops, she stares off into the distance with determination. "Right, let's do this." She smashes her fist into her left hand then proceeds to take out her enormous scythe. As she turns around, she notices that the other two finally had reached her. "Ready?" She says as an eager grin is plastered on her face.

The trio didn't really take long to reach the forest's edge. On the way, they barely saw any mobs or even people. They kept along the paved path which eventually led them to the forest where they're suppose to look for the little pup boars. "Guess this is it. Hmmm.. I wonder where they could be." Kaya says as she casually searches the edge of the forest. She really couldn't find any tracks or anything, so they'll eventually have to go in deeper. That said, Kaya looks up and realizes the the group never formally made a party. She quickly swipes her fingers in the air and send both players an invite. "Hey Hestia, will you be joining the party? Although if you do, loot mobs are gonna be pretty high of a level."

"Oh! I knew you looked familiar!" Kaya exclaimed as she finally recognizes the noirette. She had joined her for a field boss killing quest once. She was a powerful tank last she had seen her. Who knows how much stronger she's gotten since then. "H-hey Hestia! So what are you doing here?" She question which was quickly answered as Kimi had asked the same question. After explaining herself, Kimi offered Hestia if she wanted to join them. "Well any help's always nice." Kaya grinned at the though of getting help from a high level once more. That said, she mentions that she doesn't need her weapons. "You sure you don't want to use a weapon? We have to kill little boar pups to get their tusks." Kaya questioned her once more as Kaya began to look over her inventory making sure everything was ready. "Anyways let's go already, yeah? The sooner we finish this the sooner we can get to the next quest." Kaya began to skip towards the town exit not really knowing where to go. A grin plastered on her face, she was excited on what this day will bring. Hopefully it's not gonna be like the day before where Kimi and her struggled to look for materials.

Kaya turned over to her side with  face scrunched up into a pout. "Don't wanna." Kaya knew that Hestia only meant well for the rougette, but she really did wanna relax for a bit before finding the last boss. She doesn't have much energy to be useful so her wanting to relax had a point. That however didn't really stop the boss from appearing. As soon as Kaya turned over to complain a buzzing sound came booming just behind her. With it, Mina pulling Kaya up to her feet. "Ugh... so much for a rest." Kaya complained as she swung her blade around to complain about the boss appearing and not giving any time to rest. "You really piss me off, ya ****ing bug." Kaya's English accent finally came out. She was really irritated. So much so that in that moment, she began charging at the creature with her weapon in hand.

Before the creature could really react to anything, Kaya's ginormous scythe cuts deep on the creature's body. She quickly follows it up with one more attack which hooks on the the creature. Kaya then ragdolls the beast straight to the ground. As Kaya landed, her eyes glared at the creature itself. Not even the bar above it. She didn't care for it's health at all. All she knows is that that thing's still alive.

«Wind Wasp Queen» HP: 36/50, DMG: 20

Kaya followed Kimi towards the next part of the noobie quest. It didn't take long of the duo to eventually reach the quest giver's shop. "Lyle Tealeaf huh?" Kaya questioned in her mind, imagining some scrawny old man. As they entered the shop, Kaya notices a noirette somewhat staring at them, or atleast, the shop they were about to enter. It was almost stalkerish. She seemed familiar, but Kaya didn't really take it to mind as they finally enter the shop.

As the two enter, they're welcomed with a multitude of blacksmithing stuff. From anvils to weapons and the like. "Huh... this guy must be really good huh?" Kaya began to browse the wares when a voice booms from around the corner. As Kaya turned around, she sees a hulking old man with a massive beard and large muscles to boot. "Heh guess he's not so scrawny after all. His name really doesn't fit." After Kimi quickly talked to the NPC, a window appears in front of Kaya to accept the 2nd quest. Quickly accepting, the duo began to make their way towards the shop's exit.

Kaya was somewhat taken aback at the fact that no one wanted to join the party. She wasn't really sure why the two didn't want to join, but the rougette still kept trudging on through the snow. As they pressed forward, the fact that they didn't want to join continued to linger in Kaya's mind. Was it cause Kimi and her were low levels? If so, why even bother joining the group for the hunt. In that moment, Kaya's eyes widen as her mind regressed into darkness. "Could they be after Kaya and Kimi's lives?!" Kaya thought as she still pressed for ward, the two high levels right behind the two noobies. "Of all the things to happen, getting PKed was the farthest from her mind. She completely forgot that was a thing. Kaya kept her guard up as the group pushed forward.

As the group continued  their hunt for the snow ferret Kaya was in search for, the snow began to thicken. As they pressed forward, the snow fell harder and faster. It was like something was intentionally trying to stop the group from pressing any farther. "Could it be the familiar itself? or could it just be the game environment just messing with them?" Kaya's thoughts wandered as she and the rest struggled through the thick snow storm.

OOC:  Sorry long week. and I'm also gonna be traveling for the next few weeks so idk how often I can post, but I'll try. :)

Kaya flicked her fingers in the air once more as she quickly looked through her inventory once more, eventually taking our a little scroll and quickly activating it. It didn't long for music to surround the group. It was beautiful music that casually switched between fiery hot music to cool calming music. It was as if a classical master piece that could only be made by grandmaster, but this time it was made by Itzal.

As the music played along, Kaya heard the mysterious girl's answer. She was sure there to help with the quest. Although of questionable character, Kaya felt like she could trust the edgy woman. That said, the same thing could be said for the blond one also, but for some reason he was against joining the party. Thinking that maybe he'll change his mind later, Kaya flicks her fingers in the air and sends all 3 players a party invite. "You sure you don't wanna join the party?" Kaya questioned the blond one as she sent him a party request against his idea. "Come on it'll be fun." She gave the blond one a warm smile. "Right, anyways, well let's get going then." Not wanting to push the subject some more she switched subjects to lead the group out the gate.

As they trudged through the snow, the group was quiet. No one was really talking except for Kaya and Kimi. Wanting to break the ice a bit, "So I never really introduced myself not did I? I'm Kaya." She spoke before realizing that everyone in the party can easily tell that her name was Kaya. She looked to the two people new to kaya and introduced Kimi. "So this is Kimi, we've partied up a lot since we started this death game. How about you guys?" Kaya looked to the two in hopes that they'd answer. Her eyes wide open, it was like a puppy dog asking for something he wanted.

OOC: Sorry it's been a busy week.

Kaya watched and listened as the male brunette asks her a bout an incident on the 16th floor summer party. Kaya's face then began to turn red. Not even a little red, but flush red. She was embarrassed. Most of the time, people try not to mention Kaya's 'special' moments. Moments, you really don't want to remember and want to be forgotten, forever. It didn't help that little special moments of her happen to occur more than a honor person's special moments."H-how do you even remember that?" Kaya questioned the brunette with one of her eyes twitching out of anger and maybe just surprise. "Uh.." Kaya tried to recollect herself as the brunette changed the subject one more time to him having a different version of his quest.

And out of nowhere, the blonde one finally reacts to Kaya bumping into her. It took her awhile, but that subject was long past now. Not wanting to linger on it anymore, Kaya payed a closer attention to Krysta's question on which was more efficient. Kaya wasn't really sure how to go about it. She only found out about the quest after meeting with a random npc chef who ended up teaching her the ways of cooking, but of course, it seems that wasn't the same for other people. According to the brunette all he did was collect materials, while Kaya's was a whole collect materials then transform those materials into food atleast once. "Um.... I don't know... Maybe mine was different cause I became a cook."

By daybreak, Kaya casually skips to her store. Yesterday turned out to be a decent day, perhaps, today could be the same. That said, Kaya quickly opens up shop and begins working on her meals for the day. It didn't take long. After an hour or so of meticulously cutting the meats, chopping the veggies, grinding the herbs, a delicious smell began to pour out from the kitchen doors. It smelled amazing, but familiar. That said, after a few moments, Kaya walks out with a few pots of what seemed to be different rarities of beef stew. An eager grin was plastered on her face. Once again, she manages to make another perfect item.

Kaya pushes through the front doors of the alchemist's shop. She's only been to one other one and this place doesn't compare. Perhaps cause the last one was in an old abandoned looking shop filled with potions cluttering the place. This place, was of a budding Alchemist, also his place is cleaner. "H-hello!" Kaya spoke as she tried getting someone's attention. She had wanted to get a specific quest and other potions if they were available.

It didn't take long, for a boy of 5 feet something, with snowy white hair come from the back of the shop. He almost looked like the last alchemist she saw, almost. Only difference was this was seemed to be more of a badass with the whole puppy ear - not that she's complaining, it's cute. "H-hi." Kaya spoke nervously as she began to tell the alchemist what she wanted. "I'm looking for Tier 1 Perfect Damage and Mitigation Potions. I can pay in Col. Also if you have any Crafter's Respites, I'd gladly take them off your hands." Kaya gave the stranger a smile. She wanted it to be genuine, but something about him threw her off and just couldn't be entirely genuine with her smile with him.

As dawn breaks, Kaya is spotted jollily walking through the front door of Le Chat Noir. She wasn't sure, but something about today felt great. It was almost like she was going to be making a lot of useful things today. That said, she quickly got things rolling. Literally and figuratively as she started rolling the herbs down into fine powder using Primitea. Soon after, she started working the meats and veggies cutting them into nice chucks. After mixing it all together, and letting it stew for a few minutes to close to an hour or so, she walks back out with 3 pots of beef stew, each one varying in flavor and quality.

"Of course there's more to it..." Kaya glared at the old man as she the NPC gave them another task to do. Dark was soon going to be upon them and the fact that they've spent most of their day out on the fields collecting materials didn't help either. They were exhausted now there was more to do. "Can't we just do this tomorrow or something? I wanna eat, sleep, and eat some more." Kaya grew lazy as she walked up to the old man to take the package off him. She knew she had to do this task no matter what anyways to finish the quest, might as well finish it now and continue on to the other quests tomorrow. "Fine..." Kaya accepted grumpily.

It didn't take the two long to reach the blacksmith's shop. In fact it was just a short distance away from the old man's place. How he couldn't do it himself was beyond the rougette, but they were already here so there's no turning back now. "Lyle Tealeaf?" Kaya questioned the NPC. Clearly the NPC was that said person but she wanted to be sure nonetheless. "I've got a package from Old Man Zackariah."

"Ah you must be the help he sent. Thank you." Kaya's eyes broke some more as she realizes that this is start to another quest.

As the duo walked back towards the old man's workshop, Kimi asked for the left over Materials. It was surprising since they normally split the materials, but it was understandable. Kaya had a significant amount of materials already for a low level such as herself thanks to a mysterious donor. That said, it didn't really take Kaya too long to give Kimi her part of the materials. "Sure," She said looking ahead acting all cool and collect. "What are friends for? right?" She turned to Kimi and gave her a quick smile just before arriving to Old Man Zachariah's place.

The two briskly walked in as they were eager to finally finish this quest. "Hey! we're done collecting materials for you!" Kaya spoke excitedly. She couldn't wait for the amount of SP she'll be getting for this quest. That said, the old man walks back out and looks at the two. "Great, now you can help me make some potions." The old an takes the 5 materials from each player and leads them to the back of the shop.

Kaya's face broke a little bit as her eye began to twitch. She had completely forgot there was more to this quest than just collecting materials. Giving into the NPC's orders she walked with the old man to the back of the shop and began crafting potions.

After a few minutes, Kaya had managed to make a potion. It didn't blow up or anything. She quickly showed it to the old man. "Well done, you managed to make a perfect potion. Looks like you have talent for this sort of thing." The Old man spoke as if he was a grandmaster. Maybe he was, but Kaya wasn't really there to be an alchemist. It just wasn't her niche.

The back and forth pacing didn't really last long as Kimi, the rougette's somewhat being close friend managed to show up first. She had yell at Kaya which broke her spell like state and cracked a smile on Kaya's face. It was nice to see a friendly face in this death game. Especially for quest such as this. "Kimi!" She yelled out in returned as she also waved her hands in the air childishly. It has been some time since the two paired up for another quest. Well, almost a week so you could say it's been some time. Kimi managed to get stronger since then, hopefully Kaya had managed to keep up.

As the two continued on with their little reunion, a mysterious hooded figure appeared just a few distance away from the two. Caught of guard by the player's edgy appearance, Kaya was taken aback as first. "Y-yes." She wasn't really sure about the player's intentions, but they says 'The more the merrier.' She eventually managed to pull herself together to push out some words. "Will you be joining us?" Kaya gave the stranger a hopeful grin in hopes that they would join.

Before the stranger could manage to answer Kaya spots another peculiar player a few feet behind the stranger. This player a shiny. As he stepped out of the portal, this guy's white cloak sparkled bright like a diamond. His blond hair didn't help either as she he slowly stepped towards the three who had gathered already right in front of the town's portal. "Is this another potential party member I see?" Kaya thought as an eager was plastered on her face.

As she awaited for the two, kaya flicks open her inventory and took out a cookie, a Chocolate Chip Cookie of Finding to be exact. If she was gonna do this quest, she was gonna do it right, with all the buffs.

Surprised it wasn't a mimic, Kaya went over to Kimi to see what she got. After a quick look through the items, she realized they have more than enough materials already. "Nice Kimi, let's head back already and finish this quest. It shouldn't take long now, just need to craft those potions for the old man right?" Kaya questioned her hoping she remembered, cause she somewhat forgot herself. All she knew was that she should head back soon. Especially now since it's about to get dark already.

After a few minutes of walking on the pathway to the town of beginning, the duo finally see the entrance to the northern gates of town. "Nice, we're almost there." With all the walking and searching they've done all day, Kaya hadn't realized just how far the two had strayed off from the town of beginnings for low leveled players such as them.

Kaya was so focused on switching items, she completely lost track of Kimi and until she was near her already and asking her a question. At first she was caught of guard, but after a few seconds, she was able to recollect herself to answer Kimi. "If I read it correctly in the book, chests spawn somewhat frequently while you're out in the fields so after a few minutes or hours there should be a chest spawned somewhere." Kaya's voice trailed off she finishes changing her equipment and a ring necklace hung around her neck. "Right... so if I'm right.... there should be a chest nearby." Kaya spoke with such confidence that it felt like the world gave into her will. As soon as she stood up and began to search she quickly found a chest just off the distance. "Hey, look at that! Another chest." She gave Kimi a warm smile. Internally, Kaya was just as surprised as Kimi in finding a chest.

Kaya was lost in thought as soon as she finished off the boar. It was like her entire body was going in overdrive. Everything moved so slow it was crazy. She felt everything around her, from the wind to the grass and Kimi moving towards her. Kimi started speaking something and at that moment, Kaya snapped out of her meta gaming kind of moment. It was weird and sudden, but as fast as it came, it's gone now. As Kimi talked of resting, Kaya remembered that it's about time they try to find another chest in the area, it should've spawned by now. That in mind, Kaya flicked her fingers in the air and opens her inventory to switch out gears again. She needed her LD item for the chest as it could help increase chances of finding one. As she equips the item, she looks back at Kimi so seemed to having no luck in finding materials, maybe she'll split the remaining materials after this quest.

"Sent I hope people come." Kaya says as she pulls her coat closer to her face. She never been to this floor before so she never really had any idea just how cold it got. The only reason she's hear is cause she wants to get a specific familiar. A Snow Ferret to be exact. She's always one of those balls of fur and this game was a great way to get one. That said, she had heard that you could tame one on this floor. The only problem was finding one. Their furs help them blend into their snowy backgrounds it's almost impossible to find, unless with help. That said, Kaya began to pace back and forth in front of the portal, trying to keep warm and also trying to keep her mind from wandering off into abysmal places. Every few minutes she looked to portal hoping someone's come looking for her, but as she raises her head to look, she notices people somewhat talking about her. It made sense, she was acting somewhat paranoid, but this was an important quest to her.

Kaya breathe slowed. She felt muscle in her body as took a breathe in and breathed out. She felt everything as she stared down the boar. The crisp wind blowing by, the soft grass dancing in the wind, the forest leaves waving as the battle raged on. It felt like everything moved slowly for Kaya and she saw everything steps ahead. It was more noticeable when the boar began to charge at the rougette and all she did was wonder as she tilted her head. Just what could the beast be thinking in it's final moments. Will it all be worth all this sacrifice? Not giving it anymore thought, Kaya rushed the boar as well. As the boar throws it's tusks at Kaya, she casually dodges and with one swing of her scythe, breaks the creature into a millions of pixels. At that moment, it felt kaya had control of everything in the world. She began to space out some more as she knelt on knee, her eyes distant as if looking at something from afar.

Kaya yawned once again as she pushes her way through the front doors of Le Chat Noir and straight to the kitchen. This already her sixth day in a row crafting and clearly the exhaustion can be seen on her facial and bodily expressions. Maybe a perfect item would change things around, but so far no luck. As Kaya got ready, she took out Primitea and began grind materials which soon she mixed with items she chopped up with Shindou. After another hour or so, she comes back out with another pot of what seems to be beef stew once more.This time she managed to make more of what she made yesterday, perhaps tomorrow she'll perfect it.

As soon as Hestia finishes off the last of the wasps, Kaya collapses to the soft verdant grass. As she fell, she felt time move slowly around her. That little bout they've had really wore her out. Not really physically, but more mentally as she kept missing at the beginning of the fight. Good thing Hestia was there to carry the two. As she hits the ground, she hear from Hestia that was boss will spawn soon. "Man I hope he can wait a little bit, this soft grass feels to nice." Kaya spoke with a warm smile on her face. The grass was soft and comforting. One could fall asleep on there without any troubles. "Just a few more minutes." Kaya spoke as if getting woken up on a monday morning. She flips over to her side and began to actually sleep somewhat. One could really lose themselves in their surrounding here. The warm breeze didn't really help either.
