Kityuisa

OOC NOTE: This is a custom quest, only available to Kityuisa and those she asks for help from.

It had been a while since Kityuisa had faced the very first Mushroom Lord on floor two. She had recieved a quest, that she had been meaning to do for a while. Supposedly at the end of the chain, you fought the Godshroom. The God of all of the Mushrooms in Aincrad. Once it was dead, you would get a glowing effect vanity item. Kityuisa wanted it, just because she thought glowing was cool. Kityuisa knew she could easily take out the next mushroom, which was on floor ten.. But, she wanted to be with someone. That way she wouldn't get bored... Kityuisa decided in that instance, to summon upon the presence of the very man that she didn't want to talk to.

The person that had caught her and Kirbs fighting... No one will ever love you... Kityuisa had said that to Kirbs... I will never apologize. She's trash under my foot. I will overpower her... One day I will duel her again, and I will win. Kityuisa narrowed her eyes, before shaking her thoughts away.

So much was happening all at once.. Kityuisa watched as people walked up to her, telling her that they were entering, papers were thrown in her direction, and she was going to keep track of all of it! @Hydravion "Hello there~ My name is indeed Kityuisa. You have a lovely name, Aris. You should definitely join the swimsuit competition! It'll be fun!" 

Kityuisa glared daggers at @Bahr , she raised her right fist, "YOU BETTER BE ENTERING BAHR! OR ELSE I SWEAR TO GOD I'LL KILL YOU." She only felt confident about forcing him to join, due to the fact he was, after all practically her brother. 

Kityuisa then turned to @Hikoru, "You should enter too." She turned and lightly touched his cheek with her hand that was not clasped in his, affection clear in her gaze, before turning to meet the face of @Sunova. She accepted the papers, "Ahahah~ You forced Hazado to join?" She laughed lightly, before placing the papers in the stack of already filled out entries. So the walkway will be in about an hour~ Kityuisa was excited for the first event to be kicked off. 

She looked over to see Hazado drenched, "Seems like you guys are having a lot of fun." She had seen the entire events taking place, Hazado getting drenched with a water bucket, after drenching another. Let's see... Who's in it? 

@Macradon came up to me... @Jomei told me. She nodded her head in Jomei's direction, "Glad to see you're taking part my friend~" But then Mac, @Alec and Bahr entered her home. They seemed to be plotting something. Kityuisa just shook her head, What'll I do with them. 

Dustin and Fuyuno were also joining... Cordelia as well, We've got a lot of people participating~ Kityuisa then turned to Mitsuko, "Hey Mitsu? Remember the deal we made earlier? Can you go and bring out the red carpet? Set up your position for photos?" Mitsuko nodded her head, and Kityuisa smiled happily. The first out of many things she had planned seemed to be going smoothly.

Kityuisa watched as Riker lunged, blocking Lessa as her sword art failed to activate, "No biggie~ Familiars can often times be very eager. I've lost track of how many times Willow has interrupted my attack." She gave Lessa a thumbs up, giving a little shrug, "Stuff happens, we miss attacks. It just is a matter of making up for it with your next attack." With that she carried her body towards the wolf she had been attacking to begin with. Her dagger sliding through the wolf. She smiled with satisfaction at the feeling of her dagger ripping through the skin of the wolf. Despite them being made up of a bunch of 1's and 0's, Kityuisa still felt as if she were attacking something real. Yeah, there was a LOT less blood, she was still getting the satisfaction of the sound as her dagger slid across the wolf's pelt. The sound of squishing and muscle being ripped. Pixelated blood floating into the sky. 

Kityuisa nodded her head at Lessa, giving her, her own support for her next attack.

Kityuisa wanted to make something for her friends. Once again, putting of Macradon's order... Though he seemed like the type to not really care.. I'll have to give him back some of the col he gave me as a late fee... I mean it's been a few days.. Kityuisa puffed her cheeks before sprinkling some mushroom dust in her cauldron. Some health potions.. What else do I feel like adding? Kityuisa knew she had to follow her heart, that was how she made potions.. Kityuisa reached for the last of the ingredients.. Lady bug shells. She dropped two into the pot, stirring it carefully before taking a small sip. She felt recovered, Perfect! She pumped her fist in the air before loading up a bottle with the red liquid.

Kityuisa walked on into Bahr's shop, "Thank you Bahr!" She picked up both the cloak and the armor. Now she was ready to be over powered. This would aid her in her build. Kityuisa grinned before placing both items into her inventory. One was for a friend, the other for herself. Kityuisa then sat down on a chair.

"I will keep you company for a while.. You have any more orders to fulfill I can watch you work on?" Kityuisa had nothing to do that day, and so she wanted to spend it with friends, and since Bahr was in his shop, that was where she would be.

Kityuisa rolled her eyes. This Cordelia was strange to say the least. "Do you even have a home though?" Kityuisa doubted the girl had a home of her own, she probably meant back to whatever inn it was that she stayed at.. Or her shop.. I used to live in my own shop until I bought my estate on the beach... Kityuisa drew a finger to her chin.

Her crimson orbs watching Cordelia's each and every move as she turned around, I could easily stab her right here... haha, never turn your back on someone that isn't your friend... Even then, don't turn your back on your friends either.. Kityuisa looked up at the sky. Not much time had passed, but it had felt like forever... Cordelia isn't that entertaining is she... Kityuisa watched the snowflakes as they fell. She held out her hand, just as Cordelia had done. 

I ought to enjoy the little things..... right? Kityuisa felt the touch of the snowflake... Cold... Everything was cold...

The rain minions were slowing down, but so was everyone else... Kityuisa bit her lip, she hadn't taken into account that people needed to regenerate their energy... So here she stood, feeling like a dumb [no no word]. Kityuisa couldn't help but feel weak. If I were stronger, I could have easily taken them out... Kityuisa let out a soft panic sound, her feet shuffling straight towards the minion she had attacked prior. Her dagger sliding through it. Dealing.... One damage... Kityuisa cursed. I freaking hate this.. Why can't I be stronger... And why is no one else attacking? Kityuisa glanced at @Bahr and @Mace and @Kirbs and @Dazia. None of them were attacking. Why do I have to be so weak? Kityuisa grimaced lightly, she wasn't doing anything! Dealing a single damage to an enemy was like petting a kitten. It did jack crap. She couldn't help but feel down on herself for the ill use of her dagger. I will get stronger...

Kityuisa let her thoughts and brain melt away into pudding, the thought of becoming her future self aggravating her. Kityuisa lunged at the target, her dagger cutting clean through. Despite my own mitigation, i dealt some damage... Kityuisa felt her eyes lull as the Gemini surged at her as well. Hitting her, "You were wide open~ Teeeheeeheee." Kityuisa narrowed her eyes, Leave me alone. I don't even have to talk to you and I can communicate with you. The Gemini seemed only a tiny bit surprised with how viscous Kityuisa was being. Tanine Willowflame had lunged with Kityuisa and had returned by her side, no communication between Kityuisa and Tanine Willowflame was necessary for that action, as they trusted each other. If everyone turned their back on Kityuisa, Willow would be the only one there for her, and despite the fact Kityuisa wanted everyone to be with her till the end, if Willow stayed with her, everything would be okay.

Kityuisa was taken back by the attack of the Gemini, I'm going to fail this.. To the point that she missed her own attack... Kityuisa gritted her teeth, This is terrible... She stumbled backwards as the Gemini hit her again.. OH GOSH I'M GOING TO DIE!!

As if reading her thoughts, the Gemini grinned evilly. "Don't worry. You can't die to me." Kityuisa felt her mouth wide, Can it ready my thoughts? 

"You're right on that aspect too~ Hehe~ I can read your thoughts because you and I are one in the same person~ Only i'm the better of the two~" Kityuisa couldn't help but feel even more shocked. She had to stop thinking.. Turn off her brain and react only on instinct.. Only then would she be able to land a hit... "HEHE! THAT WILL WORK!!!! BUT, YOU'LL BE GOING DOWN THE PATH TO BECOME ME!" Kityuisa frowned, What can I do now...?

Kityuisa grinned, tilting her head to the side, "Don't take it personally." She sheathed her dagger, then placed a hand on Cordelia's shoulder. Her eyes making direct contact with Cordelia's. "[No no word] has happened, and i'm not the same person that would do things just to help others anymore." She felt the experience weighing on her shoulders like a mother[trucker]. Kityuisa let out a hefty sigh, "Try your best to stay pure." She clicked her tongue, opening her inventory UI. She highlighted the item, and transferred it over to Cordelia. "If I do need you, i'll shoot you a message." 

Kityuisa was ready to leave this spot, in case the field boss re spawned... But... Kityuisa wanted to make sure Cordelia wouldn't be doing anything stupid on her own. "What are you going to be doing now?" She shuffled her feet, "Nothing reckless, I hope." Dammit Yui, why do you even care about other people?

Kityuisa grimaced, "F-fine, i'll do it." She too unsheathed her dagger. Her gaze staring at the Gemini, "Teach me your skill then." The Gemini looked Kityuisa up and down, before a shimmer went throughout the body, "Now my stats are parallel to your own.." Kityuisa readied herself. Tanine Willowflame stood by her side, slightly confused by what was going on.

A second cat, one that looked exactly like Tanine Willowflame stood by the side of her duplicate... This is too real.. This is definitely the workings of Cardinal.. This is impossible.. Kityuisa crouched down, "Stay by my side Willow. We've got this. Let's beat our adversary." Tanine Willowflame merely let out a soft meow, agreeing with her. Flicking her tail and glaring at the copycat. Kityuisa felt the same way that Willow did. "Then let the games begin~" 

The Gemini lunged at Kityuisa. Kityuisa felt her own dagger sting into her skin, only she didn't.. That's right.. Pain receptors are turned off..

"You know what this means, don't you?" Kityuisa heard the sickening voice of herself call out to her. Kityuisa felt the chills redraw down the line of her spine.

"You look pretty strong, but are you actually that strong... I'm looking to test my skills. If you beat me, i'll teach you a hidden skill.... Now it won't be easy." The Gemini unequipped the dagger that remained sheathed in the exact same spot that Kityuisa kept hers sheathed. "In fact you'll be killing me, for the priest. It definitely won't be easy. That priest wants you to kill the person you are becoming." It pointed its dagger at her, "But if you let me go, you'll be accepting it as a part of you. The priest won't be too happy. He'll hunt you down with the objective to murder you in mind." The duplicate let out a sickening cackle, "What say you, clone?"

That very person.. Someone that wouldn't fall into the same trap that the new person that Kityuisa was becoming would be... So there the two stood... Facing each other on the side of the road.. The creepy figure, lifting their hood. Revealing their face exactly parallel to the way that Kityuisa looked. They didn't say a single word, they just stared at each other..

The only thing that was different between the two was the way that they held their bodies. The way that their eyes looked as they stared. While Kityuisa was standing, devoid of hostility, her eyes uncomfortable.. The duplicate was standing, full of hostility. Their eyes appearing like that of a bloody murderer. 

It tilted it's head, looking Kityuisa up and down with a sinister grin on it's face. Kityuisa just stared back, a small light, awkward and uncomfortable chuckle releasing from her lips. Her chest moving up and down as she breathed.

Either way, Kityuisa walked through the streets, when she felt an odd presence directly behind her. She turned abruptly. A figure the exact same height as her.. Crimson orbs peering at her from underneath the black cloak that dwelt over her features. Kityuisa's stomach dropped... The flash of blonde hair as the other person shook their head, pointing a wiry finger to the outside of town.. This was her trial.. This was where she had to redeem herself... This was where she would change...

The very person I have to fight....... Is me...... Kityuisa felt a shudder go down her spine, goosebumps dotting and lining her arms and legs. The hairs on the back of her neck, prickling with unease. What if I can't do it... No.. That wasn't the way to think, Kityuisa had to do this. She had to fight.. And kill herself.. She had to defeat the person she was becoming, and take a new path to the person that she had to be.

No matter what Kityuisa chose to do here, she would never get an answer to the questions she was asking herself. Kityuisa bit her lip, before speaking the same words she spoke every single time she stood on a teleporter. "Teleport!" Then she added on, "Floor six! Main settlement!" Kityuisa would look for the guy that could potentially redeem herself..

Kityuisa needed this.. She felt the rage consuming her more and more.. The psychotic nature of her blade, filling her with pleasure every single time she saw those all too familiar pixels. The feel of wanting to watch a player burst into pixels at my hand.. Kityuisa shook her head trying to get the thoughts out.

She had to focus on the task at hand, focus on trying to become a better person. If not for her, then for her friend she had lost.. For Kirbs... For her friends that stick by her side.. For Bahr... For Alec... For her darling...

Kityuisa had to do this, if not for herself, then for her... friend. Whom she had never been able to make things right with. What is this sickening and thickening guilt I feel lying inside me like a pit? Kityuisa grimaced... Not sure what to do about it, she headed for the teleporter on the first floor.

If she could do something as simple as this, test her true personality.. Then maybe... Just maybe she could make amends with Kirbs beyond the grave. I wonder what her last thoughts were... What went through her head as she died? Bursting into pixels to fuel this world? Letting her brain get shocked to death? Kityuisa wasn't sure.. But she wanted to find out, and she knew that was something she wouldn't be able to find out.

Even at the end? Did she think of Bell? Did she think of me and Bahr? Did she...?

Kityuisa watched as Cordelia finally landed an attack on the beast. She gave her a nod of approval before running in to finish it off. Her dagger sliding through the cold, and hard rock. The beast, bursting into pixels.. Filling Kityuisa with pleasure. Another thing dead... Kityuisa watched as a window popped up, huh.. So last hit gets the item? Kityuisa looked at Cordelia, looked back at the notification, looked back at Cordelia. "So, what's it gonna be then?" She pressed the okay button, the item now gingerly lying in her inventory waiting to be transferred to Cordelia's. 

Tanine Willowflame flicked her tail, her beady eyes watching Kityuisa's every movement. She had not sheathed her dagger, she had kept it in her hand, at her side. But her body language proved that she was not feeling hostile towards Cordelia.... yet.

That was what Willow was concerned of, if Kityuisa really wanted the item she could take it and leave. No worries to Cordelia no worries to anyone really.

Kityuisa was now out on the streets of floor one... Floor six... Redeem myself? Why am I doing this? Kityuisa groaned inwardly. She felt dumb, but nonetheless.. She wanted to do as the priest had said, his menacing eyes.. He surely doesn't believe in all of that god crap does he? Kityuisa had wanted to experience new things.. She wanted to try and get back her good demeanor... Ever since Kirbs died...

Kityuisa ran her fingers through her hair yet again, pulling at the scalp. Kirbs is dead... My last words to her... Kityuisa felt her mind take her back.

"No one will ever love you." Kityuisa felt sick with herself, yet at the same time she was happy? She was happy the nuisance was out of her life.. But at what cost? Kityuisa had lost a friend, and she had made the last moments with her terrible.. Something that would stick with her for the rest of her life... 

Kityuisa chuckled. Her hand lifting way up to ruffle the hair on Cordelia's head. "No worries. Honestly, let me teach ya something. I know you know how to play this game. But from my experience. You can't dodge critical attacks, and this guy did just that. You were right in trying to get my help, and I admire you for that." Kityuisa paused for a mere moment, "You may not be there yet, but you'll get there... I'm still not fully where I wanna be. But I won't give up till I too get there." Kityuisa stuck her tongue out, her nice personality making an odd appearance, "I believe in you. You've got this." Kityuisa gave her a thumbs up. Willow let out a meow as encouragement.

Then just like that, Kityuisa's small smile disappeared off her face as she looked at the beast, "Now then, how about we take care of this guy and discuss the terms?"

"If you could just trust me, that would be great." Kityuisa snapped back, "It's how the monsters work in this game. If you had landed your attack after I landed mine, he would have attacked you. I'm trying not to get you to die. It's called hate. Tanks love it." Kityuisa narrowed her eyes as she launched her body at the beast. My damage isn't quite there yet... Kityuisa retreated back to Cordelia.

"See, now it will attack me." And it did just that. She felt the sting of its cold arm, whacking her. Her body got tossed across the clearing. Kityuisa let out a soft breath, her warm air mixing with the cold air. I can literally see my breath in front of me.. Kityuisa shook off the attack, jogging to get back to Cordelia's side. "See? You probably can't take more than two hits before you die, so i'm trying to save your ass." Willow looked between Cordelia and Kityuisa.
