  1. She smiled at him after his battle was finished. Her happiness then changed to confusion as she looked at him with a puzzled look on her face. "I get being able to find Col by like rummaging through things. But you're telling me I can find teleport crystals? Just randomly? Out in the world? That seems broken. Especially with how expensive they are in the shops." She sat down on a bigger rock near where Wulfrin was fishing. She looked at his armor intently and with a worried look on her face. "Thank goodness you're a blacksmith. I'm sure you'll be able to fix that easily." She twirled her
  2. "Thank you for understanding. Also thank you for the congratulations. If it's not any trouble I'd like to continue searching for materials for a bit, if I don't find anything we can go ahead and pack up and go back to turn in my quest." She did search a little more but didn't really search thoroughly. Honestly she was just beginning to feel kind of tired of searching. Although she would keep true to her word. She tried to put more effort into her search almost as if she wanted to get something else from actually searching. What was she searching for? The world may never know. "Man I feel like
  3. Ciela let out a soft gasp as the warg chomped at Wulfrin's arm. "Oh my god are you okay?! That looked like it hurt a lot." She worried for her companion's safety and began to watch him much more closely. As he offered for her to jump into the battle she quickly shook her head, and in her head she said hell no. She spoke softly to Wulfrin, "Uhm no thank you I'd rather not just yet. I don't think I'm quite ready, especially if they swap attention to me." In her panic to not fight and her worry for Wulfrin, she sifted through grass searching for materials. "I'm just gonna keep searching for
  4. She paused for a moment, "That sounds... fishy. Pun intended." She continued to look for the demonic shard while Wulfrin battled the wargs. She was stunned as the menu popped up, "I got one finally!!! Man! That took forever and a day, dude." She regarded him casually, and gave a thumbs up to him as he was fighting the weird looking deformed wolves, wargs as Wulfrin called them. She was fine referring to them as deformed wolves since that's what they looked like. Ciela sat and watched him as her task was complete for now. She planned to continue to search for materials, hoping maybe she c
  5. She clapped and looked at her companion, "Yay! I have a weird question. Do you ever catch any fish or other more edible items? Or is it just armors, weapons, treasure chests, and maps?" As Wulfrin stated that he liked one of the names she was spouting off, she became flustered. "Was I saying those out loud???" She covered her face as if to hide the fact that she was extremely and utterly embarrassed. "I'm glad you approve though", she says muffled through her hands. Knowing she couldn't hide her face forever, she moved her hands from her face and began to search once more. She hoped her redden
  6. She nodded, "I will do my darndest not to get hit. Did you catch anything good yet?" She glanced at her companion who was struggling to fish and went back to her search. She began daydreaming of opening a bakery, potentially on the same floor as Wulfrin's shop. She loved the scenery that surrounded his shop and wanted to find something similar for her own bakery. She began to spout off game related bakery names aloud, not realizing she was doing it. "The Cake is a Pie? Hmm, maybe. Fondante's Inferno? That's definitely a contender. Maybe just non-game related ones? Whisk it for the Biscuit? Hmm
  7. "Thank you for the armor. I know it's definitely risky to leave name and description to the crafter but I know you wouldn't do me wrong." She puts the payment for the armor on the counter. "Now, I remember you saying you could make me a shield? Are you able to do that just yet? I'd want the same stuff that you put on my armor on it just to keep it consistent." She smiled at the blacksmith. "I don't mean to trouble you with crafting more than I already have, but if it makes you feel better, I'll give you creative liberties once more." * * * Picked Up: Thornforged Plate Armor | Fusio
  8. She held the teleport crystal given to her by Wulfrin. "Where exactly will it teleport me? Will it take me to a safe zone? Or just a place with no enemies? Maybe the Town of Beginnings? Or Tolbana?" She looked worriedly at Wulfrin and watched him walk away. "Same as last time, right? Stay very very far away?" She continued to search for the demonic shard. So far not having any luck, she sifted through the weeds and grass and found a small black rock. She began to get extremely excited. "Is this a demonic shard? No it can't be or a message stating that it was would've popped up on the screen."
  9. She nodded, "I know, you're not here to help me just for moral support." She peers at the compass confusedly. "What do you mean it's spinning? It's pointing west. I'm gonna start heading in that direction." She grabbed her companion by the arm and led them west, hoping that the compass might lead her to a demonic shard. The area that the compass led them to seemed like there were no aggressive enemies nearby. "Well thank goodness, it seems like there's not many enemies to aggro over here. I'm gonna start searching." She searched through plans and under rocks using the same strategy that she pr
  10. Ciela looked to Wulfrin, "So we're heading to the foraging quest. Let's go." They approached a campsite right outside Tolbana where a woman in green emerged from the wagon parked nearby. Ciela assumed this was the woman she was supposed to be talking to and asked, "Are you Giovanna Tarragon?" Ciela waited for the woman to answer. "So, it appears you've found me, I tend to move around quite a lot, but someone always finds me. I suppose you are looking for some herbs?" Ciela smiles at the woman, "I guess you could say that. I'm more looking to learn more about gathering." Ciela watches as Giova
  11. "No I remember, you're there for moral support. You're my cheerleader remember?" She giggled and smiled at him devilishly. "Doing it that way definitely sounds like the easier option, would I be able to fish? Or is that something specific I would have to choose profession wise? Cause fishing and cooking go hand in hand you know. The whole saying, teach a man to fish and he'll eat for his entire life and all. What a silly saying." She looked over to her companion. "I also need to get a sword, you wouldn't happen to have any in stock at your shop would you? Cause that's something we could do to
  12. "Shark-bait ooh ha ha. I'm so sorry I've been holding that back since you first mentioned it." She looked at her companion hoping the joke landed. "I'm glad we will get to experience part two together though. You've been fun to hang around with. Even though it's been short." She thought about which she quest she wanted to go after first for a moment. "Honestly, the long winded one might be the better option of the two. That way we can just kind of get it out of the way super fast." She scratched her head. "Do the professions quests go hand in hand? Like if I get one thing does it count for the
  13. "Who's Freyd?" She looked at him puzzled as they exited the establishment. "Bye Zackariah!" She waves at Zackariah. Zackariah waved back at the two, "Safe travels." As Wulfrin presented her with options, she became very frazzled. She didn't do very well when given multiple options, she was quite indecisive. "Well, I wouldn't mind either if I'm being completely and totally honest. I want a familiar but I don't know what options there are. As for the profession, I know for a fact I wanna do cooking. I wanna make some of those tasty honey buns." Her mouth waters at the thought of eating another o
  14. "Bloodstained Land? Sounds dangerous." She followed him closely as they headed back to Zackariah's shop. Right as they entered Zackariah greeted them, "Welcome back you two! Find anything good this time Wulfrin?" Wulfrin gestured to Ciela, giving her the chance to talk to Zackariah. "I've got the materials you were wanting. Sorry it took so long." She immediately facepalmed, remembering she's not talking to a real person but an NPC. She usually said sorry out of pure habit. She always apologized even when it wasn't fully necessary. Zackariah responded, "Yes! Yes! Bring them here. Now use these
  15. Ciela looked at Wulfrin, astonished. She put her hand on his shoulder to attempt to reassure him. "No, no, it's a good plan. Let's get me a weapon and maybe some stronger armor first. Then we can attempt to tackle that boss. But in my current state, you would have to carry me and if we don't have the damage output then it would be a game of high tail it the heck out of there as soon as possible so we don't die. Honestly, I'm not going to be fully tanking anytime soon, I know that for certain." She got up and began looking for materials once more, hoping, praying even, that this time she would
  16. She listened intently to Wulfrin as he gave her tips. She was taking mental notes of all of the suggestions he's given her so far. As he spoke, she continued to search for materials. She only needed one more and she wanted so badly to get it so she could continue the rest of this quest. She got up from their relaxation spot and began to look elsewhere, attempting to not stray very far from her companion. She even attempted looking under the rocks where the river met the ground. After a while with no luck, she sat back down and relaxed once more. She leaned back more carefully this time, assumi
  17. She nodded, "I don't usually play MMOs. But when I do I usually choose support like a healing class, or tank with a mix of dps. I guess it just depends on the game. There have been times in MMOs where I've played a support class but I was the tank of the party. Honestly, I chose heavy armor because I wanted to play a true tank for once. So once I level up and get more SP I can get more fancy skills. Do you have any suggestions on skills to grab?" She looked over at her companion and asked, "What did you spec into? By the looks of your gear, it's definitely not support." She giggled. She still
  18. As Wulfrin landed the final blow, Ciela's eyes widened and her mouth was agape. She began slowly clapping. "Bravo. I definitely wanna be as powerful as you are someday." She twirled her hair with with her fingers. "I used to practice swordplay with those heavy plastic like swords in real life. But it's been a very long time since the last time I practiced." She patted the ground next to where she was sitting, inviting Wulfrin to take a seat. "Take a break you look exhausted. Maybe you'll get better luck with some fishing for a moment." She looked over at him. "What about you, have you ever pra
  19. Ciela walked into the smithy. "You've sure got some nice scenery around here. Please take your time, I'm in no rush." She looked over his wares on the racks patiently and made sure she knew what she wanted once he wasn't busy. Once Wulfrin was able to get to a stopping point on his craft, she approached him. "I was wondering if you'd be able to make me a set of armor. I would like to keep the mitigation II that my armor currently has, but I was wondering if you could add thorns onto it. I'll even give you creative liberties on the name and embellishments if you add any." * * * Lookin
  20. Ciela continued to watch her companion fight. She was beginning to become visibly frustrated by the lack of materials she'd been finding. "Man am I unlucky." She scratches her head confusedly and continues to search while also paying attention to the fight. She lets out a chuckle as she hears Wulfrin taunt the wolf. As he looked back at her, she gave a thumbs up. "I'm good! You got this, get em Wulfrin!" She watched Wulfrin fight and she was in awe of him. She studied his weapon and wondered if he could make her one that was similar to his. She planned to ask him once he was done fighting. She
  21. She cheered her companion on as he began combat. She could tell by the stance he took that he wasn't afraid at all, he was confident and sure of his movements. Most of all he was poised. She watched contently as the attack he dealt hit three of the four wolves, leaving the three that were hit stunned. After he was done attacking she took a quick moment to search for materials. After a short moment, she turns up with nothing and goes back to watching Wulfrin fight. She watched as the wolf that wasn't stunned attempted to bite Wulfrin. She shielded her eyes with her hands, but peeked through her
  22. "Okay have fun!!" She watched her companion as he went off on his own. She watched him walk off as she continued to search, although she wasn't getting lucky this go round on materials. She may have been too distracted. She made sure to heed her companions advice to stay far away from the fight that was about to occur as to not draw aggro onto her. But she was also watching as Wulfrin drew his sword. She decided that she was going to sit on the grass with her legs crossed and watch him fight the wolves that would probably be no match for him. At this very moment she was wishing she had popcorn
  23. "I would love to come along! As for what profession I'm wanting to take up, I've kind of heard talk of the different ones and figured I'd stick closer to what I know IRL which is cooking. Especially because then I could make more of those delicious honey buns. Among many other things." She got up from their little relaxation spot and began to search once again for materials, hoping that RNG would be on her side. So far it has been but she didn't want to curse herself by stating it out loud. She found a pretty flower and grabbed it, the menu popped up stating that she gained another materi
  24. "Shark bait training program huh? I mean if there's little to no potential danger, I don't see why not." She listened to Wulfrin as he explained the quests to her. Her face reddened, "I'm not gonna live down stating that my hands are rated E for everyone, am I?" As she listened to her companion talk about his own experiences, she continued to twirl her hair. "That must've been hard. The way I currently act is how I act in real life. I've always found it hard to be brave and courageous, usually I'm a hermit." She chuckles and watches as her companion goes through his menus and out comes a honey
  25. "More pressing adventures huh? Like what kind of adventures?" She continued to turn over random rocks and gather different plants. "You sound like you've got lots of connections." As she picked up a random rock, the menu popped up stating she'd found a material. "Man this is so tedious. I hate fetch quests." She grumbled, looking over at her companion. "I can see why you've chosen other quests instead of this." Her eyes lit up as he mentioned finding a dungeon map, "I wish I didn't hide for so long. If I hadn't I'd be a higher level and maybe I could tag along on that. I regret hiding for so l
