      If you have +2 ACC from equipment and +1 ACC from acrobatics (the skill), then your accuracy is +3. Also, evasion subtracts from a mob's MD, whereas mitigation subtracts damage you take.

      yeah you just cannot get more then +2 Acc from your gear but othre buffs can get you higher and max you need is +4 cause more is useless since with +4 only thing you miss on is a 1
