It's one of those Mondaze where I feel like my eyes are rattling around in my head. Hopefully I can dive back in and start doing some more RP again soon. I didn't get any bites though, is no one waiting for me for a reply?
@Zandra Did we not continue with the dungeoneering thread? Maybe we could do a scouting thread and hit up a dungeon ^_^

Sorry guys, I know I haven't been around much lately, but the reason is... I'm getting married on Saturday! :D
Also, at work, I'm finishing up a MAJOR project and have been working 7 days a week.
So life has been busy, but I will return! Until then, I leave you in the capable hands of Tak and Mack!

I been to a lot of sites that do it in a variety of ways. Everything off the cuff, to everything being planned out ahead of time. I like a mix of both, and I like that mix to vary depending on what's going on. It does help everyone is on the same page, but the reason I forum RP over just writing SAO fanfiction is that I like that injection of personality other people give to my threads. I like not knowing what they're going to do next, and breaking up my writing with other people's input. :)

LOL! Yea, it's an idea I've been toying with for a long time, but I hate being low level. However, we've recently begun to make it much less painful to be a noob, so I'm leaning towards creating some alts. This would because because it would basically be an SP that I always have content to write. I usually get bored being "solo" so having a party of characters to try and write from would be kind of a mix... hopefully I just don't get bored RPing by myself.

I have been toying with a similar idea myself. I was going to create an entire party of characters, and then I would have more control over the pacing and storytelling, as well as being a technical exercise in seeing how effectively I could design the optimal party. As well as being a storytelling challenge by being to write six distinct characters. By having my own self-contained party, I could "rewind" time, and basically RP from the beginning, rather than pretending that the characters did nothing for 3-4 years :P
