    • 2 Dragon Knights have awoken.
    • Tesseleth attacks Group 3 and then retreats to perch until next turn.

With the last member of the third group digging his swords deep into the armored skin of the mighty dragon,  Tesseleth stumbled backwards and rose to its hind legs, letting out a shrilling, pained shriek. The entire cavern shook, knocking some players off of their feet, while throwing the more dextrous players off balance. Two of the large health bars that floated in front of the boss had been depleted, meaning the players had reached the halfway mark with the boss.

...And that was as far as they would get...

Tesseleth landed on all fours again, immediately spinning around and whipping Calrex with his spiked tail. Despite the blue shield that absorbed most of the damage of the attack, it was still enough to send the man's shielded body back. With another loud, piercing wail, the crystals that encased two more of the knights that scattered about the cavern seemed to break apart and shatter, bringing another two of his faithful followers to life. Leaving the minions to deal with the players, Tesseleth's large wings spread out to the side, flapping them and lifting into the air to take place on his perch yet again, smoke beginning to ooze from the corners of his mouth.

The first of the awoken dragon knights had his eyes locked on Macradon, as he lowered his shoulder and entered a bull rush. Its shoulder collided with the man, sending what felt like a jolt of electricity through his body. The knight then followed up with a powerful swing of his blade, knocking the now stunned warrior off of his feet. The second of the obsidian warriors took a stand aside its comrade and conjured up a whirlwind with his mighty blade, sending the shockwave hurdling towards all three players of the third group, dealing another chunk of damage to each.

Boss Room Info: The boss room is a large cavern, with many earthen columns, stalactites, and stalagmites. Littered throughout the room are crystallized warriors who seem to be frozen in place... and time. Some of the ones that remained intact inside the crystals wore solemn and determined expressions while others showed fear and agony as though they have seen pure hell in their last moments. They wore different types armors and weapons but most of the ones inside the crystals in relatively good condition, wore long dark colored capes.

Several shallow pools of clear water lay scattered throughout the cave, they resemble dark spots in the ground, reflecting what awaits above. The ceiling of the cave is high and obscured by darkness, preventing players from seeing the top. Up there ,on a large perch, stands a large winged creature watching down over this desolated domain of darkness. A dragon engulfed in obsidian scales and mists notices movement and noises below. It lets out a loud high pitched warning roar towards all that try to trespass into his capital lands.

    Tesseleth Abilities:

First Attack: Tesseleth’s first attack against the first active party will be Dragon Fire. If he is dropped below 75% health in the first round, he will use Dragon Fire, and THEN do his HP related move set.

Slash (Basic Attack): CD 1-7:  Deals 350 Mitigable Damage with it’s claws and/or mouth, to its main target.

    ??? : CD 8-10: ???

Dragon Fire (AoE Attack) : CD 11-12: Deals 100 unmitigatable damage and sets the active party's main and 3 secondary targets on fire, dealing 50 Burn DOT3. Players may jump into one of the 15 pools of clear water that are scattered around the room and cancel the DOT3; it takes one post action and after usage, a pool shrivels up and disappears. ???

HP Related Moves : When Tesseleth loses 25% of it’s health (It has 4 Health Bars) it revives crystallized knights which attack after the next party. The dragon flies up to its perch where it can't be attacked. On its next turn, the dragon releases a (Party AoE Attack) against the active party then drops down where it can be attacked again.

  1. As piercing red eyes laid upon the second group that would make their approach to gargantuan, his teeth would bare in a sort of taunting laugh. One of them would surely make  nice snack to get him through the rest of this fight, before wiping out the rest of them. The first player of the group to charge in, the blonde haired swordsman. His movements were quick, hoping to get a hit on the Tyrant before he took notice. However, the dragon's eyes locked on the man, before his large spiked tail came whipping around the side of his body to bat the fly away from him, throwing off his attack. Following soon after, the unarmed fighter of the group went to attack. Tesseleth would merely chuckle, what could a puny man's fists do to hurt his thick scales. What Tesseleth was not expecting, however, was for a combined force of electricity and ice to overtake him. The boss felt all of his muscles tense up, yet again, while his scaled began to freeze over. He could only growl as he tried to move, but was met with the extreme force of his unarmed attack, as well as the following players swords as well.

The dragon seemed to rumble after the groups attacks had finished, before letting hot fire seep from the corners of his mouth. The ice on his scaled began to turn to water and melt, eventually letting the dragon break free, as he extended his wings to their fullest, and let out a vicious roar.

  2. Ariel Takes 100 dmg for not posting

Tesseleth gave a low growl as many of the players still challenged his might. Although he didn't like any of these puny players, he still respected their courage against such a mighty foe. Soon the next group took their attacks against him, dipping his seemingly endless health pool dwindle a few numbers. Although he couldn't smile, the ends of his mouth curled up as he moved quickly, flapping his wings and grabbing the meat shield of that group and biting down, going through his armor to the flesh underneath. Satisfied with how well the attack went, he gave a slash as he threw him into the nearest Slatagmite, the pillar crumbling from the sheer force of the man being thrown into it. He gave a growl and breathed fire to keep back the first group from gaining any ground against him. This was his home, his home turf. He knew about everything there was here, and he knew where and when he could strike from being unseen. He was born and raised in this cavern, his father before him the last mighty king before he crumbled and turned into a dragons egg, where he emerged as the next King. He prepared for the next onslaught of attacks, but he knew that he would win this in the end, as he had done when the workers had rebelled against him.

  3. Fools.. they were all fools. The dragon slowly moved around the cave, its large claws digging into the stone with each step. Tesseleth let out a low growl as its red eyes looked at each of the puny morsels, wondering which one would try to attack him next.. and which one he could eat first. The next to make a move was the man donned in heavy blue armor, one who had gained much of Tesseleth's attention during the fight without landing a single attack on the dragon. As the knight swung his sword, it only seemed as though he would still remained unscathed by Calrex's blade, as it merely cut wind next to the dragon's body.

What he was not expecting, however, was the following attack from the other heavy armored player. Rushing to Tesseleth's side, the red and white knight drove the pommel of his blade into the side of the dragon's large skull. Like a nail being driven through his head, Tesseleth felt the shock go from one side of his temple to the other, shaking his entire body to the core, and causing all of his muscles to contract and stiffen, as if being electrocuted.

Now not able to move yet again, Tesseleth's head rested on the cold, stone ground, trying to relax his body to regain movement yet again. In the meantime, the mysterious member of the last group.. the one with two swords.. seemed to mock the tyrant. Rather than making a quick attack, he slowly walked towards Tesseleth. The corners of Tesseleth's mouth twitched, bearing more and more teeth as he growled in anger, before receiving the full front of Death Adder's strongest sword art.

  4. OOC: @Ruby is dealt 100 unmitigatable damage due to not posting in time

Tesseleth watched as his soldier fell due to the players. He gave a roar in rememberance of his loyal solider, as a few players attempted to try to attack through his armor. He just gave a low growl as he breathed in, the fire building his throat turning red hot, even more than before as he blew it at the players. The fire was too hot for him to exactly to control, but he was able to land most of the hit on the player who fought with his fists. He also his the boy who gave little to no damage out of the group. But he missed the white tank and the yellow haired girl. He gave a lot growl as he wished he could have hit them. but the fire was too out of control from his anger. He knew that this fight would continue, and he had yet to bring any of them close to death. He knew that would have to change. He gave a low growl as his neck craned towards the blue tank, the red and white fighter and the ominous boy left. He knew that he could finish one of them if he got a good hit, it would just take some timing and a right attack, but he would finish off one of these puny players, and devour their essence.

5. OOC: @Ariel - The Crowned Lion takes 100 damage from not posting. @Zandra takes 150 damage from not posting and Burn effect.

It seemed that the first groups numbers were dwindling. Two of their players seemed to just stand there, as if frozen to the ground. They would make it too easy for Tesseleth to feed on their bodies. Raising its head up high, the dragon took in a long sharp breath through its nostrils, sucking up as much of the oxygen in the room as its large snout and lungs could hold. Lowering his head back to the earth, the dragon slightly opened its lips and show forward a large black cloud of hot smoke, engulfing the two cowards who would not approach the mighty Tesseleth.

Two of the other players seemed to bring their focus on the Knight, one gaining its attention while the other one attacked. As the green haired player clashed blades with the obsidian warrior, his blade dug into the heavy armor of the awoken knight, leaving a poison effect on the Dragon's minion. The knight stumbled backwards, feeling the draining effect of the deadly poison. In retaliation, the Knight lowered its body before taking off at Shield, its blade dragging into the ground, lighting up the area with sparks. As he charged forward, its blade began to glow a deep purple as it slashed upwards with an uppercut, just missing the target.

Tesseleth's red eyes watched the players fight against his minion, taking his focus of the third player who had rushed upon the dragon's obsidian body once again, slashing and stabbing through the scales. The dragon growled as it threw its head to the side to watch the green clad player retreating after his attack. Its eyes then shifted focus to the second group to see if they would prove more of a challenge.

  6. Tesseleth seemed to blend in with the dark stone perch he sat upon. His red eyes were the only part of him that seemed to stick out, which scanned the battle that went on below him with one of his minions. It seemed as though one of the meat shields of this last group was just aiming to draw the attention of both his knight and the tyrant himself, Tesseleth letting out a low growl as his eyes fixated on Calrex for a moment. The other tank, Macradon, tried to strike down the obsidian knight, though his futile attempt did not work on the skilled swordsman. However, the last of the group, the mysterious one with the orange crystal, rushed at the knight with both blades drawn, Tesseleth knowing very well the type of damage that man could deal. With one swift attack, Death Adder managed to knock down most of his worshiper's health, bits of its armor falling from his person as he recovered and rose back to his feet.

As the knight stood up once again, its eyeless helm looked upwards at his master, a bright light seeming to pour out from another part of the dragon. The knight retreated back towards the wall as Tesseleth emerged once again from the darkness, plummeting towards the ground where the players awaited his return. From its mouth, a large blast of fire poured onto the three players of the last group. Anger arose from within, causing his fire to burn hotter as he watched the fire pour around the three, their invisible shields taking all of the attack's.

As Tesseleth landed on the ground once again, his Knight rushed forward at the same group, looking to take advantage of the no-longer guarded players. With an attack the players had already seen, the Knight brought his sword out to the side, swiping with a powerful enough strike to create a shock wave that hurled towards the three. To the knight's dismay, the three players were easily able to dodge the attack, feeling as though he had disappointed his master who stood behind him.

  7. Edit: Itzal used a Safeguard in his first post. It was never recorded with everyone's stats.

The second wave of players prepared their attacks, their heavily armored leader taking the charge to hit the obsidian beast first. The boy's blade shone bright as a sword art was activated, charging forward to dig deep into the wing of the dragon. A growl that sounded much like a chuckle sounded out from behind his sharp teeth as he anticipated Morgenstern's attack, lifting his wing over his body and out of his weapon's reach. As the seemingly cocky boss watched the puny morsel stumble after a failed attempt at crippling his wing, another of the players threw a powerful punch into the side of the jaw of Tesseleth. The dragon roared as it was slightly knocked off balance, some of the scales in the area where he punched cracking from the force.

The dragon turned in anger towards the players, raising to its back two legs before crashing back into the ground, causing a similar tremor to before. Once again, the entire cavern shook, pieces of debris and rocks falling from the high ceiling above them. The players managed to step out of the way of the falling rocks, except for the blonde haired healer, Ruby. One of the stalactites fell right on top of her, digging into her health bar and knocking her to the ground.

The angered dragon felt another strike lay upon the back of his neck, however the pathetic attempt from the young swordsman did nothing but scuff the armor-like scales on his body. The dragon shook its head and body to make sure that Itzal was not looking to stay out of the dragon's reach by clinging to the spikes on his back. Once Tesseleth's focus was brought back to the battle, his piercing red eyes searched for the last member of the party who had yet to attack.. but the blue cloaked coward was nowhere to be found.

Bringing his focus back to the main tank of the second group. Tesseleth took large strides forward, bringing its clawed arm up to its side before quickly swiping at Morgenstern, who had gained the most attention from this group. His craw ripped against the heavy armor of the weakling, throwing the player to the side in the process.

It was beginning to seem as though these players were holding their ground, and would need a new test to see if they were worthy of breathing the same air as Tesseleth. The dragon rose its head into the air, letting out a shivering cry that shook the players to their core, including the knights who seemed to be encased in crystal. As the dragon's noise bounced off the walls of the cavern, it spread its wings out to the sides and launched itself into the air, taking place on its perch high above the players, out of their reach and sight.

Back on the ground, one of the crystalized knights began to break from its prison. Piece by piece the crystals broke and fell to the ground, the knight eventually throwing its arms out to the side to fully break free. Its weapon and armor seemed to come to life, emanating a eerie purple hue as it looked around at the heathens who were hurting his master. Slowly, the knight brought its large sword up to its side, before rushing forward towards the second group of players. Once close enough, the Knight swung its sword with a powerful slash, creating a shock wave of air that struck at four of the players. The first player in its sights, Morgenstern, easily avoided the attack, despite still recovering from Tesseleth's powerful strike. The other three players seemed to take the whole force of the attack, yet the wind simply passed right by them, as if protected by an invisible shield.

  8. OOC: @Ariel - The Crowned Lion takes 100 unmitigated damage for not posting.

The obsidian dragons scaled seemed to shudder and shake as the gigantic beast fought to free itself from the pitiful effect placed upon it by player donned in ivory and crimson armor. Tesseleth let out a low growl that rumbled from its core, his eyes watching as the puny players took this opportunity to tend to one of their comrades, while the other two attempted to damage the dragon. Their attempts, however, proved futile, seeming no more damaging that mosquitoes against Tesseleth’s hardened scales.

With the stunning effect finally wearing off, the dragon shook its head, its large talons digging into the stone floor, before letting out an ear piercing wail that shook the cavern, creating a small tremor beneath the player’s feet. Up from above them, sharp stalactites began to fall, crashing into the floor. Where most of Tesseleth’s enemies were able to avoid the falling debris, the blonde haired Ariel was hit with a direct strike, knocking down the health that her comrade had bestowed upon her.

Large red eyes scanned the first wave of morsels in front of him, locking onto the player who seemed to lead the rest of the group into the charge. He would do for a nice snack before sinking his teeth into the rest of the pitiful players. Lifting one of its large arms to the side, the dragon swiped its claws at Shield, the force of his attack tearing into the stone floor of the cavern, sending rocks and debris soaring out of his path. Tesseleth's attack, however, just seemed to miss the heavily armored player, leaving the man unscathed. The dragon growled in disgust, before turning his attention to the second group that prepared their weapons to face the might of The Tyrant.

  9. OOC: Tesseleth's HP has been changed because of other effects that were ignored. Thanks Shield.

Tesseleth gave a roar as the last remaining three attacked. While one gained his attention and his anger, one of them hit him with a pathetic attack which left him immobile, and another gave him a reasonable attack. That one would make a fine meal. He only gave a growl as he looked at them. All of these players would be the perfect meal if he had the chance to grab them. But now he was stuck at this spot, only able to look at the morsels in front of him. His scales clanged as they soon froze into place, and he knew that he stood no chance of getting to attack the blue-armored morsel. Another growl emitted from his throat as he breathed fire towards them, but the flames were unable to reach them whatsoever. He eyed the next team coming up, trying to decide which ones he would eat first when he got the chance. He gave one last mighty roar before eyeing his crystallized soliders within the room. He thought to bring them, but he knew that he wouldn't need to worry about it for now. He could handle these puny morsels by himself, it would only take time to get them within his grasp.

  10. Tesseleth took the blows from the players. His scales made it much too hard for him to be able to dodge out of the way easily. For them to miss would mean that they were horrible players, nowhere near as strong or as fierce as a dragon, and definitely nowhere near the strength of Tesseleth. He gave a roar as the last player seemingly appeared from the walls as he attacked, but his eyes were set onto the White-colored player within the group. He came over and charged, attacking and taking him within his maw and shaking him around, until he threw him to the ground. Hit teeth were able to take some blood, but his armor had seemed to take most of the blows. The dragon eyed him, now having a taste for him that would only be satisfied with his dead corpse within his stomach. He gave a roar and another blast of fire at the first group, a few feet from where they were to keep them back from helping any of the players. A low growl emanated from his throat as he looked for his next target, and his next meal.

  11. OOC: Zandra cannot activate Sharpness, damage changes. Also the Dragon Knight shouldn't be here, however its ability and one of the knights abilities will be revealed.

Tesseleth had let out a mighty roar as the battle began and looked down upon the players that came to challenge it, steam coming from out of its nose it had taken what the players had dished out to it, its eyes focusing on Team 1 it had let out a roar, and from the skies Tesseleth had taken a deep breath and breathed fire upon the entire group. Seeing through the flames he had seen that two players had been unaffected as if the could stand there and feel nothing from its attack which made him more angered, which me breathed more making the fires stronger, hitting the other players for damage and set them on fire. Tesseleth had landed on the ground and looked to the second party and breathed fire through its nose. He had shifted its body to meet the second party and was ready to take any damage they shoot towards it.

    Tesseleths Stats / Party Stats:

    Spoiler

    Tesseleth the Tyrant - HP: 11171/12000 - MIT: 135 - ACC: 4 - EVA: 0

Boss Room Info: The boss room is a large cavern, with many earthen columns, stalactites, and stalagmites. Littered throughout the room are crystallized warrios who seem to be frozen in place...

  12. OOC: Times up! Boss begins now...

Another whistle sounded, and the area of the town grew silent, to where you could hear the water dripping off the Stalactites. After a few moments, the doors opened to the large boss room, where Tesseleth awaited them.

Tesseleth appeared from the bowels of the cavern, steam emerging from his nostrils. His evening had been interrupted by the puny players, and he wasn't happy about that. He gave a low growl as he emerged, his scales giving a low clang as he trudged forward. He stopped moving as his name appeared above his head, along with four large-looking health bars. He gave a roar as he aimed his head upwards, fire emerging from his mouth as he snapped a hanging stone behind them, blocking out the exit and what little light the city gave. Only the glow of Tesseleths scales which gave off a red aura, along with the torches that burned along the walls, giving the room a red look, giving it a feeling of hell itself. Tesseleth was raring to go, and the time to fight was now.

  13. The sound of the whistle blew within the echoing walls of the caverns, signaling the end of the work day for the miners of floor 21. Wearlily, all of them left their posts within the caves to return with sacs all full of something, whether it be diamonds, coal, chunks of ore, emeralds, and any other gem or useful thing found within the walls of the caves. They all brought them to the center of town to give them to the Tyrant of the land, so they could live for another week. Once they finish all of them to home to eat what little they have in their homes before heading to bed, every light within the town fading out, except the glowing rocks and mushrooms that coated the city. Everything was quiet, until the doors of the Labyrinth opened and lead a straight path for the Tyrant to receive his treasure.

But the difference this week is that the Tyrant would not leave his home until the players whom had gathered at the door to his throne room would be eradicated. A low growl and steam could be coming from the doorway that lead to the room of Tesseleth the Tyrant. The time had arrived for the players to finally defeat the boss, and the Tyrant was ready for any fight that the players thought that they could bring. The doors hadn't opened yet, but as soon as they did all hell would break loose within the cavern walls, and the outcome of this fight would change the course of history for the people of the 21st floor. Either they would be free from their captor and be able to rebuild their homes, or the Tyrant would work them to the bone and they would all crumble beneath his set workload, and all would perish. This fight was not just for the players, this was to save the people of Tomoika.
