  1. Astralin knew she needed to get started on those beginner quests, but she knew little of what they would hold. She had yet to attain what she needed for the Martial Arts skill, despite that she now had the skill, thanks to someone who was kind enough to help her out. Of course, until she has even a single rank in the skill, she was still only a healer, incapable of combat. She started her way over towards the shop where she could be given the quest, but she was still nervous, for she didn't know if it would have any combat or not. Granted, she had some light armor that fit her style, but it had its limits, the given bonuses would not help her last for very long if she could only deal one point of damage every time... She would continue her pace, until she made a sharp turn around a corner and bumped into someone. "Agh! Aahhh! I'm so sorry, are you alright?"

  2. (OOC: A week has passed. Time's up, Summoner, your turn haz been skipped!)

    Astralin finished climbing down from the tree, and she would notice that Oscar was leaving. This made Astralin slightly nervous, as she was still without a weapon she could use...then again, she did manage to yeet a squirrel off a tree, so she had that going. Fayetta would have a close encounter with a boar, but at least the big pig wasn't in the mood to attack anyone at the current moment. Astralin would stir clear of the boar, until the squirrel that she quarreled with would rush towards her, clearly looking for more trouble. She got an idea, and she would back up in a particular direction, and when she sidestepped early, on purpose, the boar would be between Astralin and the squirrel. The squirrel would bump into the boar, which was clearly upsetter by this squirrel crashing into it. Astralin rolled to the side to avoid any further contact with the creature, and the boar would begin attacking the squirrel. Under normal conditions, Astralin would pity such a creature, but this one was a hothead and kind of deserved it. She would go back to searching as the boar returned to its foraging. She wouldn't manage to find much in the area, and all the fruits in the tree were out of reach if one didn't climb. Maybe she should climb the tree again?

  3. Astralin was greeted by two of the players, and the other one left. Astralin grinned as she heard the other two players' introduction. In return, she would introduce herself. "Nice to meet you both, I'm Astralin!" The two players, Jomei and Telrenya, would note that the hostess really pulled out all the stops for this event. A runway was in sight, and this had yet to make sense to Astralin. Jomei noted that it was for the swimsuit competition that was spoken of earlier. Now it made sense. This gave a clear idea of what the competition was going to be like. Jomei told Telrenya that he had entered the competition before he realized she was here. "Hmm...I might not be entering the competition myself, but I guess there's nothing stopping me from spectating!" She thought aloud. Jomei would run over to the hostess in hopes of introducing Telrenya to her, and then the hostess would announce the start of the competition. Astralin was once again alone. For now, she decided to watch the competition unfold...

  4. Oscar would apologize, and say that it was hard work balancing a grind with a shop he had in the floor. He apparently chose to nap because the rest of the party didn't seem to be in any real danger. "Oh, it's ok, no big deal." Astralin reassured. Summoner laughed over the squirrel's actions, and told Oscar he could continue napping if he wanted to. Fayetta asked Oscar if he ran the shop he spoke of, then he looked around, then began walking more towards the field to continue his search. Astralin would also continue the search for materials. Maybe she could get her hands on another one of those fruits. She picked up a small stone, and tried throwing it at a fruit to make it fall. The large brown squirrel was upset over the fact that the players still hadn't left the tree it was territorial over. It began gnawing on one of the tree branches until the branch fell on Astralin's head. "Agh!" Astralin would get up and glare at the critter responsible. "Alright, now you've asked for it." She would climb up the tree and chase the squirrel within the branches. There would be the obvious sounds of a struggle and a squabble for a few minutes, then the words "This critter's a jerk." could be heard. Astralin's arm would emerge from the top of the trees, holding the struggling brown squirrel. She would throw it into the air with a "YEET!" The squirrel would flail about as it soared through the air about seven yards before it landed on the ground. The critter would stand up on two legs and shake one of it's front legs as if it were a fist as it chattered angrily. "Yeah? Well you started it!" Astralin would call out in response before climbing down from the tree.

  5. The green haired player would claim he made a lucky guess, and he also admitted that he'd never heard of the garden that Astralin spoke of. The player who stopped by to say hello would agree to join, and there, that was three players willing to join! The player introduced herself as Cordelia, and would try to reassure Astralin on her situation. "Well, yeah, but I've only reached level three from healing players, and by punching a rock that a stronger player escorted me to. I've never left the safe zone without someone else, and without a single rank in a weapon skill, how am I supposed to fight?" She was probably sounding ridiculous right now, saying she didn't have a weapon skill. "I...I'm not very blade-savvy, you see... I was never one to use a blade in RPGs. I was kind of disappointed when there wasn't a single damage skill that I preferred."

    @Takao @Cordelia @Joanne

  6. A player with green hair and eyes would approach Astralin, saying that she looked lost. "Eh? I'm not lost, I know full well where I am." The green haired player would continue, saying that Astralin's expression stated that she was looking for someone, but didn't know who. He would then ask her if she was looking for a party. "You got all that from looking at my face? That's actually impressive enough to almost make me think you can read minds." She commented. "...Because you are absolutely right. I have no chance of lasting out there for very long. Maybe on the sidelines as a healer, but..." She took a deep breath, and would admit her exact position in all of this. "I heard that there was a garden bustling with materials of all sorts, but I am in no condition to fight, it is impossible for me to go alone. Sure, I found someone who helped me gain the Martial Arts Skill, but I need more skill points before I can use it. I used the rest for the healing skill. I'm not very blade-savvy, you see..." Two other players would come up, one saying hello, and the other offering to join. "Hello! I um, was going to head for a Garden that is said to be bustling with materials...but I am in no condition to go alone. You can join in, if you'd like."

  7. Astralin was back in the Town of Beginnings, wondering what she would do for the day. "I know I can't train, I don't have enough Skill Points to invest into my new weapon skill... What am I supposed to do until then?" She had heard of some Gardens full of materials being around in the first floor, but she couldn't go out yet, she couldn't fight! Would there be someone willing to escort her again? She was unsure about whether or not there would be monsters about, but she felt kind of terrible, always needing to be escorted to places so that she wouldn't be killed... She would head over to the town gate. Surely there would be someone willing to let her tag along with them to the garden she had heard of... But even then, would she be safe, or would she be susceptible to monster attacks? One way to find out...

  8. Instead of a response from those she wanted to talk to, everyone in the conversation left. Was there something wrong with Astralin that they saw? No, it couldn't be, they must have not been paying any attention! Astralin took a deep breath, and let out a sigh. She would begin walking around, seeing other players in their conversations. She looked over to the refreshments table, and saw Veriost, and a small girl, munching away at the sweets. "So cute, maybe I should get some sweets myself before they're all gone." She would walk over to the refreshments table, and swipe a few(okay, quite a few) of the baked goods before the girl or dragon could take them. "Be sure to save some for others, k?" She would say to them both with a smile. She needed something to drink next. Maybe there was lemonade over there? She stowed 4 cookies and 4 cupcakes into her inventory, and walked over to the drinks as she quickly munched on a double chocolate chip cookie. There was a girl with black hair there, sitting down with a drink. Astralin didn't know if she was open to conversation... She looked over to see some players chatting, and she decided to see if she could join in. She quickly finished the small glass of lemonade within about half a minute, then she would walk over to the players. "Hello," She began, "do you mind if I join in the conversation?"

    @Jomei @Lessa @Telrenya

  9. "Oh, trying to be a total smarty pants, are you?" Astralin replied to the prideful Pisces. "Yeah, my real life friend Pisces, she wasn't all high-and-mighty, she had a good sense of humility. Perhaps a dose of some would do you the world of good." Prideful Pisces would lay down as he explained his thoughts on yawns, then admitting he was but an electrical engineer. Pleue would mumble as she tilted her head at prideful Pisces, then state that she was a failing student. "And I'm just a young woman who fell into a death game with almost no magic, with a gameplay history in which magic is everything, so what do I know?" Astralin would add. Pleue would speak on how it was apparently impossible to naturally have one's eyes open when sneezing. "Nothing is impossible, I would say the whole closing eyes thing is just a natural, almost instinctive reflex, so to speak. It would be difficult, but not impossible, to sneeze with your eyes still open." Astralin explained as she continued searching for materials. The area around just seemed so clear...minus the sudden birds that showed up right in front of Astralin as she disturbed a bush. The birds flew out, almost startling her, and a few feathers would tickle her nose. "Ahaha, Ah- aaaAAAAA-ACHOO!!"

  10. Oscar went off to take a nap, while Summoner gave her thoughts on Astralin's words. "To be honest, that's kind of why I invested my skill points into the First Aid skill. However, it's rendered me helpless in combat as a result..." The hooded girl seemed to be a bit shy. Not entirely the best for conversation, but potentially a good friend. She had a similar experience with a real world friend of hers, Pisces, back when she was younger. She slowly grew out of her shy state, and became much braver later on, something great to know when a friend is growing up. Fayetta remained silent, as if to let the conversation die off. Did he not have anything to say? Either way, Fayetta and Astralin would look over and see a squirrel get a fruit to fall on Oscar's head. Astralin kind of chuckled at that, and she would walk over. "Morning, Sleepyhead." She would then pick up the fruit and realize it had some alchemical properties. She would store the fruit into her inventory. "Right, that's four...that means there's one left on my end."

  11. Krysta would ask Astralin and Aquaria about whether the names they called each other by were their real names, or their nicknames. "Oh, those are our real names. Strange, right? Yup, my real name is Libra. Literally. I mean, I've grown to like it, but...not everyone appreciates it." Sunova would begin to leave, heading over to one of her friends. "Nice to talk to you, Su! Hope we meet again!" She would look back over to Vigilon and Krysta. "I'm definitely gonna be shipping you two for a while~ Hopefully as long as you two are together! Well, this is a party, so, I'm gonna go socialize! See you lovebirds later!"

    @Krysta

    Aquaria would walk with Astralin for a bit. "So, how have you been, Aquarius?" Astralin would ask. "Oh, nothing much, other than training up my weapon skill, working with this baby!" She said as she pulled out a two handed assault spear out of her inventory. Aquaria would quicken her pace, and make sure there was no one nearby, then show off by using the Trip Expand Sword art upon the air around her, nothing else. Astralin would watch as the weapon's blade moved about, appearing as if surrounded by water, swinging in the air with a watery blur. Upon seeing this, Astralin's eyes lit up. "Your...your weapon commands the water to go along with it?" Aquaria returned the weapon to her inventory. "Well yes, but actually no. This is what's known as a vanity effect by some players. It looks cool and all, but does literally nothing but add an effect." Astralin's eyes were still lit up over this knowledge. "I can use this knowledge to my advantage..." She said as she smiled, while rubbing her hands together. "Anyway, so, I'm gonna try meeting someone new. What about you?" Aquaria would shrug. "Hey, now that I know you're here, we can talk anytime. Others? Who knows? I'll take that up, too. Let's go our separate ways for now."

    Aquaria would notice that there was a player who was getting bucket after bucket of water on him. Oh, this would be fun. She would walk over to the two girls obviously plotting something. "Mind if I join?" She asked softly. If they would agree, she would then say, "Great! So, what's the plan?"

    @Vigilon @Sunova

    Astralin would wander the area, until she found some people she might consider talking to. She would approach one of them. "Am I interrupting something? I hope nobody minds me joining in this conversation..."

    @Cordelia

  12. The three players were quickly approached by a small, adorable girl. She would poke Vigilon in the side, and speak about, old times, maybe? She would then greet Astralin, introducing herself as Sunova, Su for short. "Oh, well, nice to meet you, Su, I'm L- Astralin! My name is Astralin." She was getting better at introducing herself by her username, but she occasionally still slipped from time to time. She would speak to Vigilon about...the attention he'd been getting from girls? She must have been joking about it, but it still caused Astralin to blush slightly, and she got a little flustered. "Ahhhahahaha, Um, I, uh, I wouldn't be too sure about that, I...I think I would be too old for him, anyway. I was 21 years old when this game started, and he's like...15, 16, maybe?" She was simply guessing Vigilon's age based on his face and height, but she...would soon learn that her guess was 2-3 years off... "Besides, he's already with Krysta here! Aren't they an adorable couple? They're just SO CUTE together!!" She would look around, then ask, "Hey, Vigilon, do you know where Veriost is? I haven't seen her lately..."

    Astralin looked over to the host, and saw that she was getting a bit surrounded by players that were greeting her. Astralin would consider letting her speak with those players before greeting the host herself, and then, before she could speak to Vigilon and Krysta again, someone came up to her. "No way." She uttered in surprise. "Libra, I can't believe it's you! I never thought I'd see you until I got out of this game!" The player would say. Astralin knew exactly who she was. "A-Aquarius?? Is that you??" The player would nod her head in confirmation, her black hair and ultramarine blue streak being blown in the breeze. "None other! Although, I go by Aquaria in this game...not so different, though, I guess." Astralin would turn back to the other players. "Ahaha, sorry about that, anyway, yes, I know her, she's one of my friends in the real world. So, anything you feel the need to talk about right now? The Hostess seems a bit busy at the moment..."

    @Vigilon @Krysta @Sunova

  13. Astralin noticed that Oscar searched around, but found nothing. He would simply sit on a rock and look to the sky for a bit. Summoner would take out a book, and begin reading from it, explaining what energy is, and how it worked. "Ah, so that's how it works...Thanks!" Fayetta would notice the term that Astralin spoke of earlier. "Yup, MP is indeed a statistical resource. It's new for me, so of course it would seem weird. I mean, I could see ways that this 'energy' meter could take place of the MP meter, though. There are some fantasy magic systems in fiction where one uses their own energy to cast magic. So, even with an energy meter, it would still be possible, I guess...but I think Kayaba's a jerk for not letting magic be entirely a thing. I mean, potions are a scientific form of magic...right?" She would explain as she searched around, finding another material with alchemical properties.

  14. Astralin had a chance to talk to Vigilon and a girl who just happened to be his girlfriend, a girl going by the name Krysta. "Oh, so you two are a couple? Aaaaah, you two look SO CUTE together!!" Indeed, they looked adorable together. It was nice being escorted to the beach event on the twenty-fourth floor by this kindhearted couple. Vigilon seemed to be a martial artist, who had yet to nail an actual style for being an adventurer. Must have been the stats of his gear that were too good to pass up. Krysta looked like a justified, heroic, fairytale maiden who fought for the good of others. She definitely had a style in mind, no question. Astralin knew what her preferred style of gear was, and if she could have it, she would get it and nail that look! She already felt that she was, at the current moment. She might not have three enhanced items equipped when it comes to being out in the field just yet, but she was currently liking how her gear was already coming together.

    The players arrived at the beach where the party was going to be, and the two players split up to find cover to change in, probably by using the equip system These two were smart. Astralin smiled, and sought out cover as well, changing into a one-piece swimsuit as well with the equip system. When the three players met back up, Vigilon would suggest the first action they would do, which was a good one, to be honest. Vigilon would also notice that two of his real-world friends had shown up. Krysta would warn Astralin that the female of the two had a tendency to be...wild? Um...what kind of wild, exactly? At any rate, Vigilon and Krysta would begin heading over to where the host may be. She followed them, but if she stuck around, she would be the first to notice another player coming around the horizon...

    A player with black hair(with a streak of hair dyed ultramarine blue) and blue eyes, wearing a one-piece blue swimsuit, would be over at the waves already, feeling the water moving along her ankles. It would be a few minutes of gazing out into the view before she would turn and notice Astralin, who was her friend from the real world. She began running over, but would bump into Vigilon's friends by accident. "Oof, agh, sorry, coming through!"

    Astralin's appearance:

    Spoiler

    Astralin can be seen wearing a purple one-piece swimsuit with a trail of small stars silver in color. Sorry, perverts, no overexposure photos of a faceclaim for you!

    For those wanting to know the faceclaim of the NPC player, Aquaria:

    Spoiler

  15. Oscar would swap his equipment, to which Astralin was nervous at first, but once she saw how it worked, she inwardly let out a sigh of relief. "Whew, that was a close one. I was not interested in seeing any of...that." She thought. Summoner would pull out her rapier, and demonstrate a sword art, striking nothing but air with the sword art. Summoner decided to note that sword art recovery was fast for a rapier. "Really? That's interesting...but too bad I probably won't be using that." Astralin noted. Fayetta would say that he had used sword arts once or twice, but his level is so low that he would always run out of energy. "Energy? Is that what the blue bar under my HP is? Before I first looked at the skill list, I actually thought it was something different, like...alright, I admit it, I first thought the blue meter was MP." Astralin asked and admitted. She managed to find another material, so far so good.

  16. Vigilon seemed to be impressed by Astralin's accomplishment. As he stated before, he offered to give Astralin some of the loot from the treasure chest. "Wow, this looks like plenty! Thanks!" She pressed accept on the trade notification, and the offered items would be added to her inventory. The NPC would arrive, apparently having watched Astralin deal the final strike. He spoke his opinion on Astralin's performance in the quest, which seemed to be a truly positive one! He would take out a solution, and clean the whiskers off of Astralin. The NPC would bid her well, and leave as a notification about the quest's completion would appear in front of Astralin. She smiled with glee, the task complete. She would look over to Vigilon. "Thank you soooo much for your help, Vigilon, I really appreciate it!" She was going to leave the area, but then she remembered: She wasn't in a safe zone. "Um...you don't mind escorting me back to the safe zone, do you?"

    -Astralin accepts the offered items

    Summary:

    Astralin Receives: 2 SP, 300 Col, <<Unidentified T1 Rare Handwraps>>, and 2 <<Unidentified T1 Rare Consumables>>

    Vigilon Receives: 1 SP, 300 col, and 5 T1 Mats

  17. Astralin would hear Pisces's thoughts on the colors indigo, blue, and violet as they made their way out of the safe zone. No, she was sure of it. Blue transitioned to indigo, indigo transitioned to purple, and purple transitioned to violet. While the rainbow had all the colors, the traditional seven that were noted were often red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and either purple or violet would come last. This Pisces didn't seem to have studied light enough. He was almost nothing like the Pisces that Astralin knew, judging from the current experience with this player. "You can't be serious." She decided. "Indigo and purple are not the same. You do see the pattern that the rainbow makes with its colors, right? Red is followed by orange, which is also followed by yellow. Red and yellow make orange. Green comes after yellow, and is followed by blue. Yellow and blue make green. Indigo comes after blue, and is followed by either purple of violet. Blue, when mixed with either purple or violet, makes indigo. Primary, mix, primary, mix, primary, mix, primary. That is the rainbow's order with its colors." She continued to search as she explained her point.

    Pleue would become curious as to how yawning and crying worked. Astralin gave a yawn and said, "Careful with the yawning, it tends to be contagious...I don't see how crying is invoked by yawning. It can be invoked by emotion or irritants, especially onions, but yawning? I'm not so sure." This conversation would definitely keep the search from being boring. Astralin hadn't found anything yet, so it was nice to know it wasn't all for naught, not to mention, she may find more materials as she searched and conversed.

  18. Vigilon would seem relieved that it wasn't a mimic, and so now there was just Astralin and this boulder. "Alright, anything might do now, this big rock's about to fall apart at any moment!" Astralin readied herself, and took a few deep breaths. "Through this stone, I trained in the hand and wrist, a physical tome, to use with my fist! As I seek to guard the night and day, I shall shatter the stone, and pave the way!" This dramatic speech, unusual as it was, was primarily for self-esteem, there was practically no other need for it. Heck, she came up with it on the fly, so it didn't sound like the best thing. She would back up as she was saying this, and would then rush forward to strike the boulder with all her might. The boulder shattered into pieces, each individual piece shattering into pixels upon landing on the ground. She had done it, the boulder was destroyed. She turned to look at Vigilon, smiling with glee over her accomplishment.

  19. Vigilon told Astralin that it would just be a little more, that one or two good hits should do it. He essentially stated that it was all her now once again as he backed away slightly. He told Astralin that he wouldn't let her out of his sight, but he would look around for something. What was he looking around for? She had no clue, it could be anything. She would punch the boulder again, and the crack would expand. just one more hit, one more well-placed punch, and this thing would be out of her way, and she would have the martial arts skill at last. From what Astralin could hear from what Vigilon called out, he had found a chest, and he intended to split the loot from it with her! Was he doing this because she was low-level, or was he doing this out of the kindness of his heart? He noted that he could handle it if it was a mimic. Astralin's eyes widened at this potential danger, since she was now aware of it. "Wait, there are mimics in this game??"

  20. Astralin heard Vigilon note about how her attack was her first critical hit. He would then take the chance to lighten her burden one last time, punching the boulder, dealing considerable damage, and making another crack, the punches that made the cracks forming in a triangular pattern. Vigilon would state that the rest was all on her. At least the boulder's HP was now red, almost zero. It should take little effort to finish the task. She punched in the center of the space between the cracks, and all she did was deal a single point of damage, and cause a small crack to form in the center. The boulder seemed to now be more fragile, due to the damage it had taken. The HP would still adhere to the system, obviously, but the structure of the boulder was now susceptible to more cracks, most likely due to it's weakened state.

  21. Astralin listened to Vigilon's explanation, and watched as he would punch another crack onto the boulder. "I see..." Astralin would listen to the rest of what Vigilon had to say, and would punch the spot where the two cracks connected. She dealt three times as much damage as she did with her first hit. "Oh, was that critical? It looks like the damage I dealt was better than the last time I hit it." The crack that Astralin had struck expanded slightly, probably because of the damage she managed to do this time around. "It won't be long now. Based on how much damage he was able to deal, I'm sure I can handle the rest of the boulder once he manages to hit it. Now, how to break it....no, better, I'll completely shatter it!" Astralin smiled, keeping this positive thought in mind. "Alright then," Astralin noted. "It's your move."

  22. Astralin would lead the way when the two players agreed to follow her. The girl would introduce herself as Pleue, and give the username's pronunciation and origin. "Aw, that's such a cute name!" The girl began to speak for a bit once again, but at least the conversation would keep the trip interesting. "Well, from what I know, I would say that Indigo is a mix between blue and one of those two other colors. Sometimes it looks purple, other times it looks like violet, but I guess that they just inaccurately state it as violet every time. The different kinds of purple seem to be brighter, and the varieties of Violet seem to be darker. For all I know, they could actually be the same color, just placed into two categories to separate the lighter shades from the darker ones. I currently wear both purple and violet myself." She would give a quick twirl, feeling the flow of her new light armor/garment, recently purchased from a shop. "The dress itself is dark violet, but the light armor vest sewn onto it is a royal purple."

    It wasn't long before the players reached the place where Evangeline Calora was...which was apparently a tent. An elderly female NPC would come out of the tent, and see Astralin heading her way. "Hello Dear, I see you are in need of a profession, may I interest you in Alchemy?" She smiled sweetly as she held small vial of rainbow colored liquid pulsating in her hand. "Now, I know it may seem very sciencey and scary, but I believe you can do it! And I hope you feel the same way." She beckoned Astralin into her tent to show her the way she crafted, her movements being very elegant and precise, her age showed that she was very wise in what she was doing. "Now, I can teach you all about it sweetie, but I seem to have ran out of some of my precious materials to give you a how-to on crafting, would you be a dear and run off to get me some? I think all I need is five, and I can help you on your way!" She smiled a sweet smile, she seemed to be happy someone wanted to follow in on her noble profession. "I'll be back soon!" She would say once she pressed accept on her quest notification. She turned to the other players. "Well, time to cross town again to leave the safe zone! I um...hope you don't mind me staying close, I have yet to become skilled with a weapon skill. I have one in mind, but I have to unlock it first..."

  23. Astralin heard Fayetta say that players could take up professions and create their own items based on the chosen profession, proceeding to ask if she wanted to pick up alchemy. "Ohmygoshyesyesyesyesyesyesyesyesyessssssssss!!!!!!!!" was Astralin's immediate response. She took a few deep breaths to calm down slightly, then she would respond normally. "I would LOVE to take on this profession!" Zachariah would hear this, and raise an eyebrow as he half-smiled, intrigued by Astralin's willingness to take up a profession like his. "If that's the case, you may want to visit my former student and apprentice, Evangeline Calora, later on. She may be able to teach you more than I can, for she has the time to train new alchemists, whereas I've got my hands full running this shop and helping you all start your adventures." Astralin nodded. "Right, gather alchemical materials, assist you with potion crafting, potentially see Evangeline Calora, got it!" Astralin would dash out of the shop, ready to catch up with the others that had already left for the safe zone's edge. Zachariah chuckled over Astralin's reactions, optimism and energy as Fayetta was walking over to the door to leave. "Ah, youth..."

    Astralin would manage to rush over to the safe zone's edge in order to catch up with the others. She hesitated before leaving the safe zone, but once she was out, there was no turning back. She did what she could to stay near her party members in case an unwelcome surprise ever came their way as they searched. She would find an herb, and so would Fayetta. "I found one too!"

  24.  Astralin did NOT like the whole whiskers thing. It wasn't really her style, not to mention she didn't belong in Naruto, or any show relative to that. She now had more than enough motivation to tackle the quest with all that she could. It was nice that Vigilon was indeed able to help, and he would punch the boulder hard enough to deal a fair amount of damage and cause a crack to appear on it. Astralin would get straight to it. She went straight for the crack, punching it right in the middle of it...and the boulder's apparent HP meter would hardly decrease. Astralin stood there, her fist still in contact with the boulder, her eyes widened, and her jaw open in disbelief that the boulder's hp hardly dropped at all. "What...no way... How could I have possibly been capable of doing this alone? And Vigilon was able to do that to the boulder so easily! Is...is this what can be obtained by powering up the skill? ...I will get that skill. I will get that skill and blast away my enemies with my own hands."
