    Question: I understand you cant get the benefits of mitigation from both heavy and light armor from skills, BUT you can still equip 1 light armor and 1 heavy armor for non mitigation purposes?

      I know that the only major downside to wearing heavy armor is that you cannot have any EVA. But since Opal isn't trying to use EVA, that's why I'm interpreting the rules as I am. But I can see the problem in the way of having both types of momentum considered benefiting from two different armor types when not normally possible.

      Not to mention, they could be considered the "same buff" which has widely been changed across the system to mean that it doesn't stack in other places, so it could mean the same thing there. the Momentum enhancements don't stack with themselves, so I could see them also not stacking with each other.

      Any light armor worn becomes vanity if you're a heavy armor user and vice versa. Its how Tristan wears his Azure Brigade cloak.

    OOC: Thank you, Commander. :) Opal had gained permission from her Guild Leader to participate. She had yet to see Azide or if he would even show up for the event, but none the less, as a representative of the Blood Oaths, she would write her name down elegantly and therefore would do the best damn job she could in the event for herself as well as her Commander and Vice Commander.

    Opal had been away for a long just recently coming back from her own training hiatus. The air around her was different and she gave off an aura that seemed to be different than the one she had possessed before. In need of a tailor for her new guild colors, the woman walked with heavy steps through the cold depths of floor four.     Can <<Riposte>> be stacked with a non stunning Sword Art? Or does <<Riposte>> only do base damage and can not be stacked with Sword Arts?

      Strictly speaking riposte does zero damage. It just triggers if you 'hit' and does not trigger if you 'miss'. You are basically using parry as your sword art.

      Plus you need to actually be attacked. If a player goes 'nah' and meditates or drinks a potion, then the riposte goes away unless you use parry again.
