What does it do exactly and what does it look familiar to?

*facepalm* XD Well the shield has paralyze on it, first of all, similar to Oikawa's Paragod build (before he converted to a two-handed sword wielder). Actually, I think I'll rescind my statement for now, because I think in terms of skills I'm not close to his build at the moment.

Just a question regarding the Two handed weapons passive +2 Damage, it's just +2 Damage initially when you rank the skill, right? It doesn't stack for each rank you put into the skill, meaning that a Rank 5 Two handed weapon give +7 Damage?

Correct, its just +2 on the initial Rank in it.
