  1. "It..." The Fae woman spoke sheepishly through welling tears. "It's my son, Kagamine. The Faultwarren Bandits broke into our home and kidnapped him. The only lead I have is this." The Fae Woman proceeds to hand over a crumpled up piece of parchment that she had clutched in her hand. Unraveling the note reveals it to be a ransom note, likely from the kidnappers. It contains explicit details on how to arrive at the meeting point as well as dictating that a rather large sum of Col be brought for the exchange of her son. The location is in the heart of the Forest of Wavering Mist, a sprawling
  2. As he crested the top of the stairs, Wulfrin found himself in a grand chamber, a mural deicting an angel leading an army of what appeared to be mortal men into Hell and waging war against devils and demons alike. His eyes continued to follow the mural to its end where the angel placed their sword into the ground and around it a pristine white cathedral rose around it. Wulfrin's gently traced a coloumn to the center of the chamber where a longsword rested, blade lodged in the marble of a raided dais. "Weird there's no monsters guarding this," Wulfrin said as he approached the blade with ca
  3. <<Quest Details>> The tranquil village of Flora is settled within the southern region of Floor 3. It's name comes from the fields of colorful delilahs that surround it, broken only by the barely cobbled roads that lead off towards other various points of interest on the floor. The village is reminicent of a quaint medieval village, with buildings tightly packed around a central square then becoming sparse quickly beyond. Most of the buildings are crafted from heavy timbers with aged stonework covered in vines. The rooves are commonly thatch with wattle and duabe sprinked throu
  4. The demonic soldiers pressed forward, having shaken off their stunned condition. His platinum sword sliced through the air in a vibrant arc as it cut a large swath through the air. The advancing soldiers each took a blow from Wulfrin's blade as the four targets burst into a shower of small light particle effects signifying their defeat. An info panel appeared detailing the dropped loot from Wulfrin's fiendish followers. Wulfrin immediately went back into quick traversal mode, returning his blade to its scabbard. Wulfrin kept moving, weaving in and out of the ongoing conflict to the best o
  5. "So the usual then," Wulfrin chuckled as he prepared for battle. He turned to address the other somewhat familiar faces as well. "Foyle and Jeeves right? I'll admit I've only had brief interactions with you two, but I'm glad to see you're still mulling around Aincrad. How's Firm Anima treating you?" Wulfrin's blade did not help the already spooky cult vibe as Icingdeath's trademark frosty aura clung to the ground as the group pressed onward. Freyd, the newly reformed tank, was naturally at the tip of their four man sword as they trudged towards what looked like some twisted version of the
  6. "So the name of the game is tour the floor?" Wulfrin pondered as they traveled to the eastern town of Srona. "Cool with me. Honestly, haven't gotten to see much of this floor, so I welcome the sidequest." Surprisingly enough the trip was quick. The combination of horse-powered travel and pleasant conversation helped in that regard. Wulfrin couldn't help but feel sorry for Morningstar though. Poor guy ended up with a temperamental ass of a mount for the journey. Wulfrin deliberately kept his horse, Sunshroud, at a pace even poor old Gregory could keep up with as to make sure his guild lead
  7. "This is just like last time..." Wulfrin mumbled under his breath. "It jumped Nari and myself last time." Wulfrin wasn't about to fall for the same trick twice. Despite every fiber of his being telling him to press forward, he stopped and watched as Jomei approach the center of the obvious boss arena. There was silence for a moment before a large shadow bounded into the area. Kumatetsu emerged from their 3 o'clock side, teeth snarling and gnashing, ready for their next meal. At that same moment Wulfrin moved to intercept. From under the beast, using its shadow as a makeshift portal, Wulfr
  8. Once again Wulfrin was at an impasse. His energy had almost entirely depleted once the Mamma Boar entered the scene. The key difference was this time Wulfrin could last more than just one hit against her. He was going to have to rely on Blighted Fang to inflict its deadly plague upon his target until his energy could recover. If he could manage to squeak out one final Sword Art against the boar, this fight could end. Unfortunately fate had other plans. Wulfrin readied his blade and charged the angered mother boar. His blade went off course significantly without the help of the system to g
  9. "You're more talkative than the last one," Wulfrin chuckled as he stepped around Yona. "But my companion has a point. I'm kind of on a winning streak, and I'm not gunna let you ruin it." Then Wulfrin went into motion. His blade wreathed in the familiar light of the same Sword Art that felled the previous target. By his best estimate, Wulfrin assumed this Minotaur was more fleet of foot, so he adjusted his attack accordingly. He moved for the center of mass, where Govarron would have little options of escaping. Wulfrin's blade found flesh and in a few short seconds the healt bar went from
  10. "Well that's one off the list," Wulfrin chuckled. "Now the second one is gunna be... for lack of a better term, child's play. We're going down to floor 9 to put down a three headed dog. One of two steps to a fancy new sword art." Wulfrin led the group back towards the teleport plaza and initiated the floor shift. In stark contrast to the Underdark feeling of Floor 25, Floor 9 was a volcanic hellscape. Rivers of molten rock flowed like water, changing the topography every few in game hours. The portions that were cooled were smooth and sturdy enough to stand on, though the area still remai
  11. In true Shades of the Gemini user fashion, Wulfrin seemed to materialize out of the shadows of the quickly setting sun. Having the shadows cling to his form was something he was still adjusting to, but Wulfrin couldn't deny that the ability had come in handy more times than he had expected it to. He had spotted Freyd asking questions around the festival and the thought of some sinister plot brewing had piqued his interest. "I wouldn't be so sure," Wulfrin scoffed at The Whisper's denial that their common foe couldn't have a hand in the plot. "While it is unlikely that he would show his fa
  12. Wulfrin descended into the valley below ready for a fight. This time it was less about testing waters and more about just pushing forward towards the citadel. For the most part he was managing well enough to evade the battle unfolding around him. That was until a group of demonic warriors broke off and began to assault him. Unable to out run his new opponents, Wulfrin spun around on his back foot and brought up his sword to bare against the four demons still following him. His platinum longsword erupted with the light of his stunning strike, Phoenix Wing. In one arcing strike, Wulfrin managed
  13. Wulfrin stepped into the hellish landscape of Avernus, its fiery atmosphere clawing at Wulfrin's Survival skill to little effect. He had emerged on a cliff overlooking a massive valley bellow where two sides remained locked in an unending battle. The two factions warring were both of fiendish make, but Wulfrin was able to find a distinction. One side was organized, following a strict hierarchy. The other was simply running off of chaos and numbers. "Devils and Demons," Wulfrin commented from his high vantage point. "If this some how spread to the other floors who knows what could happen.
  14. Wulfrin quickly scrolled through his inventory. He was both surveying the items he had accumulated from his bout with Cerberus and preparing for his descent into hell. His Phoenix Memoir faded to a simple set of travelers clothes. His ring, Dragon's Hoard materialized onto one of his fingers as he entered what he deemed Loot Mode. His last venture into the area revealed he was more than able to clear it with out the aid of his regular kit. His health steadily climbed as did his energy. So long as the latter was back to full, he should be in no danger from here on out. "Let's not fret the
  15. Wulfrin charged Cerberus, Inferno Rage for the last time, his blade raking across the massive canine's digital form with an equal amount of ferocity and precision. At last the entirety of Cerberus burst into a cascading array of digital fractals. Wulfrin fell to his knees almost immediately after out of sheer exhaustion. His energy was low. His health pool was lower. To make matters worse he was staring directly into the hellish landscape that he had come for. "Well that was eventful," Wulfrin sighed as he surveyed his surroundings. "All that remains now is the Bleeding Citadel." "Yo
  16. The dominos were set up perfectly for Wulfrin to achieve victory. He charged forward and wrapped up the three Infernal Hellhounds and the right most head of Cerberus, Inferno Rage in an AoE stun art. It was an unneccessary use of the skill as all the targets were immune to the stun, but they weren't going to get an attack anyway as the three hellhounds and Cerberus's right head fell limp to Wulfrin's volley. That left the middle head for Wulfrin to face. Wulfrin anticipated the attack from his singular target and effortlessly dodged Cerberus's frantic last attack towards the swordsman. The boa
  17. Oh boy it's time :D Buying: Gungir's Shard ID: 239050 Cost: 10 Mon
  18. "Hey uh..." Wulfrin announced himself as he entered the familiar kitchen of Fondante's Inferno through the back entrance. "I've got a favor to ask." His darling wife was slaving over another beautiful assortment of deserts and pastries, as was her usual routine. Wulfrin, as was his routine, snagged one of the treats for some "quality assurance testing". "So uh..." He continued with his mouth full of frosted cupcake. "If you still have that demonic shard from your gathering quest, do you think I could bother you to use it on me? It would be going towards a reusable charcuterie board k
